I found Maisie very OTT as was Ryan i was laughing at them
i was laughing at Maisie
I thought the fact she was sick said it all, briliant reaction. I feel sorry for the little lad, loved the picture at the end of Maisie and Nathan and the little boy looking at them,
I dont think miasie as been ott but I just dont like her acting in my head I keep thinking if it was another actress it would have beenn a better job
she was better then the others though
i thought Maisie was brilliant....i've never really been keen on her character but she proved herself, i justhope they give her something more now to maintain the good acting, she'd clearly put quite a bit of effort into it instead of he drab performance normally. I thought Natasha did really well too, i could sympathise with her chaarcter throughout and was actually quite pleased she was the murderer, although i did think it was going to be a 'who dunnit'.
Max's performance was quite shocking to sayit was his big finale and i cant say i was a fan of the creepy/haunting music that they played....
Maisie & Natasha have blown me away with their acting. Ryan & Nathan are just 'eye candy' really and Mark too was pretty awful.
I've just caught up. An outstanding set of episodes. That 8pm Thursday episode in particular was fantastic. With regards to Natasha shooting Mark, I think it was a sudden burst of anger that prompted her to shoot him. The way he was talking after he gave the gun to her, I just knew she was going to lash out. I think Natasha was so hurt and no longer wanted to be controlled by Mark and be under his thumb. She was with him for such a long time, the lies he told were massive and the way he just acted as if he had a right to call the shots and take charge of the family, after everything he did - I think that made Natasha angry. She wants to protect and do best by her family and she didn't want Mark hindering her, by pretending he could go back and play happy families. I thought that scene in the woods was one of the best.
Mark's acting was on the dodgy side but apart from that, I completely disagree with the bad acting. Amanda's scenes on Friday with Maisie, Nathan and Will were purely superb. She was so so convincing. Maisie and Ryan's reactions were also realistic and credible.
Overall, a great week of performances and intense drama in the Dales.
I think anyone who criticises Nathan's acting would be being a bit unfair. His performance was just understated which doesn't equate to bad acting. You could see his anger and hurt underneath and I thought his understated performance was effective.
In contrast, Maisie's hysteria was also well done. I think the writers were successful in showing the different reactions to this kind of news that can destroy a family.
I hope the Wyldes leave Emmerdale now
I thought maisie was very good, (obviously im in the minority), but i think her hysterics were totally acceptable considering if the argument between faye/mark/natasha had happened 30 mins later, she would have just commited incest.
I thought she was very good, but throwing herself across the breakfast bar seemed a little OTT and looked comcial. However, we all react differently and it was a reaction that in reality we all might do.
I think Maisie still wants to jump Ryan's bones she is jealous he is staying at Katie's place
I can wait for Katie to discover the truth about Maisie and Ryan i hope its soon
Debbie looks absolutely huge now in certain scenes. Wonder how much longer she'll be there and how Charlie will leave for her maternity leave
Why is Ashley still giving Sally the time of the day? He should have told her to Bog Off and slam the door in her face, not invite her in :wall:
thats wat i was thinking to
The name of the restaurant: The Ganges :rotfl:
Sally
omg wat was she thinking:eek:
Ashley didnt hit her very hard. There wasnt even a mark on the front of his car or the bonnet
Might have been the angle, she went flying :)
She was wearing a thick winter coat, might not have any cuts until she hit the ground
that was the most disturbing thing i've ever seen, sally is so messed up she needs to put in a straight jacket and locked away
She was scary and is definitly mental. Love pollards, the Ganges! Hilarious.
Sally  But Ashley should have just phoned the hospital to find out how she is, no need to wait around and even see her in her room. What an idiot, he still has not learned. :wall:
Sally is one crazy lady!!!
I love Jimmy and Nicola together she is now likeable and funny :D
Ashley needs to stop and realise he needs to try and get Laurel back and leave nutter Sally by herself
He needs to stay away from her alltogether, silly moo will tell Laurel all kind of lies about why he keeps visiting her in hospital. I think Sally would to die before she will leave him alone, she is that obsessed with him.
sally is crazy:angry: and ashly needs to stay away from her
Charity will get a job with the King's and I can guess what will happen in the future ... her and Carl have to go on the same trip ...
It is bound to happen ... this is soapland and Charity and Cain MUST not have a boring relationship where they are faithful to each other n:rolleyes:
