I am glad that Hazel and Heather have made up and it looks as if Heather will be bridesmaid, although I can't quite trust Hazel, this pregnancy scare might just make her say things she does not really mean.

I am glad that Hazel and Heather have made up and it looks as if Heather will be bridesmaid, although I can't quite trust Hazel, this pregnancy scare might just make her say things she does not really mean.
i thought hazel was too old to get pregnant, since gary is in his 30's, how old exactly is she meant to be
I think she's 52.
I think it will be the menopause starting rather than a pregnancy.
Whats Dawn got to do with the wedding?
She wanted her just because she would have looked good in the photos.. as apposed to Heather. I love Heather :D
Yeah, I think it's the menaupause too, I don't know why she doesn't think of that :p Did she actually go to the doctors or just stand outside?
she is of the right age to go thru the change.. if she is pregnant,, she will go thru a HIGH RISK PREGANCY,,
Menopause can cause missed periods,,( been there done that )
She did not actually go to the doc she just stood there and took off, Minty went in and got the literature on eating disorders.
I don't think she considers herself as going through the menopause, she is so loved up, thinking about her age is not something she is likely to do.
I don't think Roxy should have told Ronnie. I'm with Christian on this one. Roxy never liked the Ronnie/Jack relationship from the start and she was only doing it to get one over on him. True, Jack did wrong. He resisted Selina on Thursday but he should have remained true to Ronnie on Friday but he's not like Max. He himself admitted it was a mistake and he wanted Ronnie and why throw away a perfectly good relationship for a one night stand? I love Ronnie and Jack together as a couple - I wonder if they are at it every night. She seems to get up out of his bed every day. Anyway - I really hope they will get back together at some point.
So Gary is 37. I thought he was 36 years ago. I know they revise ages. But this is a bit ridiculous.
Where has Patrick gone of to?
I like Jack and Dot he is genuinely nice to her.
So Hazel is 52 and Garry is 37 is that possible.
I that Hazel is not pregnant but maybe going through menopause or has a serious illness. Poor Minty he is all excited.
Nice punch Ronnie so she believed Roxy and didn't even question Jack.
I like the relationship between Christian and Roxy. He is going on me.
Why didn't Dot ask Max, Tanya, Abi and Lauren to record a message.
BTW is Bradley still gone?
Did Bradley go with his mum in the end? I can't quite remember. He must be coming back soon because ...... you must read the spoiler section :p
Ok where are the following characters:
MAX
TANYA
ABI
LAUREN
LIBBY
BRADLEY- ok he went off some where
STACEY- ok she was seen in Duabi,, sunning her buns .. so shes on vacation from EE,, she should be back soon ???
PATRICK
PAT
BEN,,
SEAN
Ok loads of folks are missing from our screen, some I couldn't care less, but gee whiz thats a load of people missing:searchme:
The people who play the Brannings must all be having a long break as they featured heavily over Christmas/New Year and were in alot of episodes.
Patrick is obviously around but off screen as Dot played back the message she got him to record.
I read an interview with Samantha Janus recently where she spoke about her break coming up so she will be offscreen for a while. Personally I think that's a good thing - Ronnie and Roxy have featured too much for me in recent months.
lol, it probably would. It was so sweet the message from JAck.
Loved the bit where Ronnie took the ice i was wondering what she was using it for and then i realised it was for her hand after punching Jack.
if that was me though I would have put the ice over his head and took the champagne
I thought tonight's episode was absolutely brilliant. June Brown deserves every award going for her performance tonight. I was half expecting it to drag on a bit but it felt like it was all over in about 10 minutes.
I laughed, I cried and it made me think about how I am with my own children. More like Auntie Gwen than Dot's real mum that's for sure.
Stunning.
I just watched this on BBC3. All I can say is that this episode was simply incredible. I was in tears - so moving and June Brown was just completely outstanding - a true Eastenders gem. The script, the acting was completely flawless. This whole episode felt so real, and I would rather have an episode like this over a sensationalised episode any day.
Not wanting to exaggerate but for me this episode was the best episode I've seen from Eastenders in recent years. June Brown is a true gem to the acting profession.
I wasn't very impressed by it at all? Don't really see what it achieved? :searchme:
IT was absolutly amazing, i thought it would not be like that at all. June Brown was tremendous.
Ok so it might not have been every ones cup of tea,, but I thought it was a pretty good episode, I was in tears, and I also laughed out loud..Does any one get the feeling ( my partner thinks so ) that Jim may not be coming back to our screens??:searchme:
June Brown IS a great actress. :D
i was at my friends and we watched it for 5 - 10 mins then turned it over, sorry but we couldnt watch a whole episode of dot,
If we wanted a monologue we would have watched shakespeare
No offence to anyone who enjoyed the episode though, it may have gotten better after we stopped watching, but everyone is entitled to their opinion
I thought it was a very risky thing for EE to do but I didn't even noticed the 30 mins go by I was that absorbed in what Dot was saying.. June Brown is a fantastic actress and she pulled this off really well.. I laughed, cried and got angry with her... it was very well written, well put together and I totally enjoyed every minute of it.. Well done June and EE :clap::clap::clap::clap:
I think that June really carried it off.xx
wasnt impressed with the episode, love EE but was risky of them to have a whole episode like that
It was lovely, well done, June Brown.
Was it meant to achieve something??? For me it explained so much about Dot herself, why she is the way she is. I just kept thinking of John Barton and thinking if his wife did the same for him??? Everyone refers to Dot as a battleaxe and it was nice to know why she clings so much to her faith.. I loved her talking about Ethel and her past.. Had to laugh when she talking about the kids with their "earpods and ppx".. she makes me laugh so much at times.. I thought it was very very heartfelt and wonderfully scripted.
As Davey said, make a big change to have such a great episode that doesn't involve cliffhangers or explosive storylines.. Well done Tony Jordan, June Brown and EE!!
Loved it, wonderfully done, from beginning to end. A*
i sat watching last nights episode worried that i would get really bored. after all one character sitting for 30 minutes talking?????
it was brilliant - poor dot, alone again!!!! the writing was superb and so was the acting. the papers were right. june brown is the ONLY actress in soap who would have been able to oull that off
well done tony jordan and june brown!:cheer:
So clare from hollyoaks who was after money is now a claire in EE who appears to also be after money :hmm:
Whoa,,,,, I guess i do not know who this Claire Bates character was,, before i started watching ee i guess.. I guess she is after some one with loads of dosh,, it says next week she will set her sights on some one else, hmm I am guessing some one with money and looks,,
Poor Minty,,,,, is he ever going to have a HAPPY LIFE ???
Garry could be a bit more supportive rather being a selfish little boy...
Ok some one explain who CLAIRE is :searchme: :hmm:
