Ledger masseuse 'called Olsen four times'
The masseuse who found Heath Ledger made four calls to Mary-Kate Olsen to ask for advice, police have said.
Diana Wolozin spent nine minutes calling the actress before phoning for an ambulance, and contacted her again after paramedics arrived.
According to the Associated Press, she knew that the pair were friends and that Olsen lived close to Ledger's Manhattan apartment.
Police currently estimate the actor's time of death as between 1pm and 2.45pm, although he was not pronounced dead until 3.36pm.
It has also emerged that Ledger's housekeeper saw him sleeping and thought she heard snoring at 1pm, before Wolozin showed up at about 2.45pm for a 3pm appointment.
Police believe he was already dead when she arrived and that it was already too late by the time an emergency operator told her how to perform CPR.
Olsen was in California on Tuesday, but sent her personal security guards to the apartment to assess the situation.

Talkshow host mocks Ledger's death
A US talkshow host has caused outrage by mocking the death of actor Heath Ledger.
Fox News presenter John Gibson began his live radio show with a funeral anthem and described the actor as a "weirdo" with a "serious drug problem".
He played a clip from Ledger's film Brokeback Mountain, ending with the line "I wish I knew how to quit you". He then said: "Well, he found out how to quit you."
Gibson followed with a second clip in which Ledger's character says "We’re dead", before repeating the line himself and re-playing the quote.
He added that he was wondering if Ledger killed himself "because of the stock market or because of John Edward's poor primary showing".
Ledger was found dead at an apartment in Manhattan on Tuesday at at the age of 28.
The cause of death will not be determined for at least another week after an initial autopsy proved inconclusive.
These people are despicable. Making "fun" of dead people is sick.
Depp poised to take over Ledger role
Johnny Depp may take over Heath Ledger's role in fantasy film The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus.
Shooting on the Terry Gilliam-directed movie was put on hold when Ledger was found dead in his Manhattan apartment on Tuesday.
According to The Sun, the project was less than two months from completion and Gilliam now wants to film the rest of it with Depp in the lead role.
A source said: "There is a point in the film when Heath falls through a magic mirror. He could change into another character after that and that is where Johnny would come in.
"It's a weird, fantasy, time-travel movie so Heath's character could easily change appearance. It would be a poignant moment. Johnny's not working at the moment so everyone is praying he will do it."
Oscar nominee Daniel Day-Lewis paid an emotional tribute to Ledger during an appearance on Oprah Winfrey's chatshow yesterday.
Beckham's name used to sell condoms
David Beckham's name is being used to sell condoms in China without his authorisation.
The make of contraceptive has become a huge hit, outselling every other brand in the country.
Its marketing campaign suggests that men who use the condoms will score in the bedroom like Beckham does on the pitch.
However, the footballer's Chinese fans are said to be unhappy with the use of their idol's name and want the make to be taken off the market.
The Sun quotes one as saying: "We do not want Beckham to think the Chinese people are disrespecting him. We love him here."
Beckham's spokesman said the condoms were "not an official brand".
Heath Ledger died of natural causes?
It is possible that Heath Ledger died from natural causes, it has been reported.
The Brokeback Mountain star was found dead at his apartment in Manhattan, New York last Tuesday.
The New York Police Department confirmed that drugs had been found in the apartment, but a 90-minute autopsy conducted last week was inconclusive.
Toxicology and tissue tests are currently being carried out to determine the cause of Ledger's death.
It has been suggested that he may have died of natural causes because the level of toxicity in his system caused by medication is arguably too low to have killed him, according to TMZ.
Authorities investigating Ledger's death have also ruled out reports claiming that the actor's masseuse was involved in a plot with Mary-Kate Olsen's bodyguard to remove illegal drugs from the room.
Officers insisted that they were with the bodyguard the entire time and there would have been no time to carry out such a plan.
A private memorial service was carried out for Ledger in Los Angeles on Saturday. His former girlfriend Naomi Watts and ex-fiancée Michelle Williams and their two-year-old daughter were present.
Ledger memorial service held in LA
A private memorial service for Heath Ledger was held at a chapel in LA on Saturday night.
A small group of the actor's close friends and family gathered at Westwood Village Memorial Park for the 30-minute service.
Actress Naomi Watts, who dated him for two years from 2002, was among the guests, along with his ex-fiancée Michelle Williams and two-year-old daughter Matilda.
Reports claim that there was a high security presence at the memorial following a religious group's vow to picket it in protest at Ledger's role as a gay cowboy in Brokeback Mountain.
The group moved on to a private dinner at the Beverly Hills Hotel after the service.
An onlooker told Us Weekly: "Even though it was a sad occasion, everyone was smiling, hugging each other and holding hands. It was a really positive group."
The 28-year-old was found dead at his New York apartment last Tuesday.
He will be buried later this week in his hometown of Perth, Australia.
How can he be buried when the cause of death is still unknown?
Lawson 'won't leave children a penny'
Nigella Lawson has revealed that she will not leave any money to her children when she dies.
The TV chef and her husband Charles Saatchi are said to have a combined fortune of £110 million and own a £7 million mansion in London's Belgravia.
Saatchi, 64, is worth at least £100 million from his modern art collection and advertising firm Saatchi & Saatchi.
However Lawson, 48, told My Weekly that she believes people do not benefit from having too much cash, saying: "I am determined that my children should have no financial security. It ruins people not having to earn money.
"I argue with my husband Charles, because he believes that you should be able to leave money to your children. I think we'll have to agree to disagree."
She has 13-year-old daughter Cosima and 11-year-old son Bruno from her marriage to late journalist John Diamond, while Saatchi has daughter Phoebe from a previous marriage.
Lawson had a privileged upbringing as the daughter of former Conservative Chancellor Nigel Lawson and late socialite Vanessa Salmon, heir to the Lyons Corner House Empire.

Spice Girls cut reunion tour short
The Spice Girls have announced that they are cutting short their reunion tour.
Despite promising global gigs when they revealed their tour plans in June last year, the girls have now cancelled planned concerts in Australia, China, South Africa and Argentina. The last gig will now take place on February 26 in Toronto.
In a statement, the group explained: "Really sorry if we didn't get to see you this time round. We all have other commitments in our lives. But who knows what will happen? We've had an amazing time."
One report suggests that Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell wanted to complete the tour, but Melanie Brown and Melanie Chisholm said that they did not want to continue.
An insider told The Mirror: "Mel B wasn't having any of it. She misses her husband and children and said she couldn't go on. She's also been flooded with US offers after her success on Dancing with the Stars.
"Mel C agreed it was time to call it off. She was the least excited about the tour. She also feared it might jeopardise her solo career (what solo career?). The others wanted to go on, but couldn't persuade the Mels. Without them, there was no point."

"Out of respect for Eva's privacy, we do not wish to discuss further details."

Jennifer Lopez's dad confirms twins rumour
Jennifer Lopez's dad has confirmed rumours that the singer is expecting twins.
Lopez announced in November that she was pregnant with husband Marc Anthony following weeks of speculation. She was reported to be carrying twins after ordering matching baby supplies for a boy and girl.

He added that he had already bought presents for the new arrivals, saying: "In Puerto Rico it's custom to buy an azabache [black stone] bracelet for babies to protect them from the evil eye. It's part of our culture."
Beckhams 'plan to adopt African girl'
David and Victoria Beckham are rumoured to be planning to adopt an African orphan following David's recent visit to Sierra Leone.
The couple are said to have been considering the idea for a while, but the footballer has become increasingly keen after visiting the poverty-stricken country two weeks ago.
He spent time at a health clinic, witnessed a birth and joined workers vaccinating children in the community during a four-day trip in his capacity as Goodwill Ambassador for the UN’s UNICEF Children’s Charity.
He said at the time: "I was close to tears. I had to step back and take a deep breath. I'm a very emotional person and I'm even more emotional now I'm a parent."
According to Grazia, the pair have spoken to friend Tom Cruise about his experience of adopting two children with ex-wife Nicole Kidman.
A friend is quoted as saying: "Adoption is something David has been talking about for some time. Tom has talked to David about how adoption changed him and how he’s been able to change the lives of two amazing children.
“If there is one subject that can move him to tears, it’s the thought of being unloved, uncared for and with no hope or future.”
The source added: "It’s clear they both think adoption is great.”
However, a spokesperson for the Beckhams dismissed the claims, saying: "They both have said that they admire people who go through the adoption process, their focus is raising their own three boys."

It is not known where the ceremony will be held, but it is thought he will be buried alongside two of his grandparents in a family plot.
Meanwhile, the isolated city of Perth is mourning the loss of one of its greatest sources of pride.
Shannon Harvey, the film critic at the local Sunday Times newspaper, told the Associated Press: "It's probably the biggest news we've had in Perth in a long time.

Kirstie Allsopp expecting second child
TV presenter Kirstie Allsopp is pregnant with her second child.
The 36-year-old, who hosts Channel 4's Location, Location, Location, is expecting a baby with property tycoon Ben Andersen.
She told the Daily Mail: "We're thrilled to bits. The baby is due in August - and I'll bet it's another son - which means we will have the exact gap we wanted between the two.
"The only downside is that I have been laid low by morning sickness. In fact, I'm going to devote time during my pregnancy to researching it and why I feel so dreadful - after all, it's not an illness."
The couple have been dating for four years and have 18-month-old son Bay. Anderson also has two sons from a previous marriage.
However, Allsopp insisted that there were no plans to tie the knot, saying: "Ben and I are committed to each other and I have a big sparkly ring but we are not planning to get married."

Hammond 'may take Richard & Judy slot'
Richard Hammond is making a pilot for Channel 4 seen as a possible replacement for Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan at teatime.
It is reportedly one of several programmes, but the only chatshow, hoping to get the slot when the veteran pair depart in the summer. A not-for-broadcast pilot will be made this month by So Television.
The Top Gear presenter fronted Richard Hammond's Five O'Clock Show for ITV1 in 2006 but it struggled to attract viewers. He has also hosted Brainiac for Sky One and a documentary about Evel Knievel.
A Channel 4 spokeswoman said: "We are doing a number of pilots for daytime slots and this Richard Hammond show is one of them."
When will ITV and C4 realise that chat shows don't get ratings in the 5pm slot?
Lacey Turner 'punched in car park'
EastEnders star Lacey Turner was punched in a supermarket car park after a night out clubbing, say reports.
According to The Sun, the soap star was on her way home from the Destiny club in Watford when she was knocked to the floor by a gang of men.
Turner, who plays Stacey Slater, was reportedly with her co-star Aaron Sidwell (Steven Beale) when the attack occurred.
A witness said: "They’d been having a really good night, but you could see she wasn’t happy. I left at around the same time and saw her and Aaron walking across a nearby supermarket car park when the group of men approached them.
"There were a few words exchanged and suddenly one of the blokes lashed out. He hit her with a very powerful punch - it knocked her right to the ground. She looked really shaken up and had to be helped to her feet.
"Everyone stopped. They couldn’t believe what had happened. A couple of people helped her into a car and she went home."
However, a friend of Turner has denied reports of a fight, insisting that she was "accidentally clipped" and that she stumbled onto the floor.
The friend added: "Lacey walked past a fight. She was lucky not to be hurt, but was enjoying a scheduled day off yesterday. She is fine and will return to filming today.
Gascoigne detained under Mental Health Act
Paul Gascoigne has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
The former England footballer was detained following an incident at the Hilton Hotel in his hometown of Gateshead last night.
A Northumbria Police spokesman said: "Police attended the Hilton Hotel in Gateshead yesterday evening after we received a report of concern for a 40-year-old man staying at the hotel. The man was detained under the Mental Health Act and no one was injured during the incident."
A Hilton Hotels representative said Gascoigne had been staying at the establishment for just a day and had not been seen making trouble.
She told the Guardian: "He checked in on Wednesday morning. The call actually came in from the police so it was not from the Hilton.
"There was nothing that happened at the hotel to make us think that there was anything wrong and once the police arrived that evening, he was escorted peacefully away. It's a very sensitive situation."
Gascoigne has been treated for stress, depression and alcohol addiction on several occasions during the last decade.
Last November, he was banned from boarding a plane in Malta because he was deemed to be too drunk. He had left rehab in Arizona the previous month.
Hammond admits to suffering depression
Richard Hammond has admitted that he suffered from "depression" after his near-fatal car crash in 2006.
He revealed that he struggled to deal with the range of emotions that he felt after the accident because of damage to his brain and confessed that he still struggles with memory loss.
Hammond told The Sunday Times: "I damaged all the complicated bits of the brain to do with processing and emotional control.
"[I was] prey to every single emotion that swept over me and I couldn't deal with it. I had to relearn things from scratch.
"I'll still have a week when I'm freaking out about something and I'll realise it's because I'm encountering a new emotional state and I have to evolve a new strategy to cope with it.
"My memory is a lot better but the other day I forgot the PIN numbers to all my cards. All of them. Completely gone."
The Top Gear presenter crashed a jet-powered dragster while driving at 288mph at an airfield near York 18 months ago.
