Emmerdale's Debbie Dingle continues to be tempted by a life of crime next week as she considers getting involved in drug deals.
When Debbie meets a client named Pete, he asks her whether she'd be interested in some extra private work involving drugs - and she is delighted when she hears how much money would be involved.
Cain, Charity and Dom all try to protect Debbie as they know that Pete is bad news, but will she listen?
Here, Charley Webb - who plays Debbie - shares her thoughts on the latest surprising developments for her character.
Debbie is in for a shock in the next few days when she learns that Chas and Cameron are engaged. How does she feel about that?
"Debbie is devastated, but she just tries to pretend that she's alright. But obviously she isn't - who would be in her position?"
Is Debbie any closer to getting over Cameron?
"No, she's still madly in love with him and she's heartbroken. I don't know how long that's going to last, but if this happened in real life, how would you get over it? It could possibly go on for a long time!"
Debbie isn't pleased when she hears that Cain has had another fight with Cameron in her defence. Why is that?
"It's because she doesn't want Cain to hurt Cameron, as she still loves him. It's that awful thing where you love somebody and no matter what they've done to you, you don't want to see anything bad happen to them."
What's the latest on Debbie's business plans?
"Debbie is setting up a courier business, and she has decided that she's going to make loads of money out of it. She doesn't care if what she's doing is dodgy - as Debbie knows there's usually money involved if something is dodgy! She isn't scared of getting involved in things that might go wrong."
After things backfired when she tried conning Dom, would Debbie try to use another man in the same way?
"Oh God, yeah! She's very ruthless at the moment and it's because she's had an awful year. Her daughter Sarah nearly died and has got an illness that she'll never get better with. Debbie knows that there is a time limit on Sarah.
"With Chas and Cameron, her best friend and the love of her life have both shafted her. She just wants another focus and this desire to make money is what she's focusing on at the moment. It's all about heartbreak."
What can you tell us about Debbie's meeting with Pete?
"At first Debbie and Charity meet Pete together, but Charity is wary of him and makes Debbie promise that she won't get involved with him. Debbie says that she won't, but the whole time, she knows that she's going to, as he's mentioned private work involving drugs which would make her a lot of money.
"Again, it's all about money - it's all about making a better life for her kids, and I think Debbie just doesn't really know what she's doing at the moment. She knows everyone will disapprove, but she just does it anyway."
In the end, Cain intervenes by threatening Pete with a baseball bat and warning him to stay away from Debbie. How does Debbie feel about that?
"She's so angry about this, because it just totally messes things up for her. She knows that she has to find a way to get out of this mess now!"
What happens next?
"Pete phones the house and sends some flowers to Sarah, which is quite threatening. Debbie is so angry about this and she thinks, 'I need to put an end to this because it's now affecting the two people I was doing this for in the first place' - her children.
"Debbie isn't frightened of Pete, though - she's more frightened of what she'll have to do to put an end to it."
Debbie then arranges another meeting with Pete - this time on a secluded country road. How does it go?
"Debbie gets quite annoyed at first because Pete has brought a driver with him, when she'd told him to come alone. But she's not frightened - she's so strong-minded in her head.
"Debbie knows that she's going to have to sort this situation, and she doesn't care what she has to do to get it over with. But you'll have to tune in to find out exactly what happens!"
With all this criminal activity, doesn't Debbie worry that she's risking being separated from Sarah and Jack if she gets caught?
"Oh no, Debbie doesn't think she'll get sent to prison - she's confident that she'll get away with it. She knows that someone else will always get her out of the rubbish - probably Cain and Charity!
Emmerdale star Charley Webb has said that her character Debbie Dingle will struggle to be happy without ex-partner Cameron Murray.
Debbie's behaviour is currently spiralling out of control as she ponders a possible life of crime to boost her earnings, which would allow her to better provide for daughter Sarah and newborn son Jack.
In a new interview with itv.com, Webb insisted that Debbie's antics are all down to her heartbreak over Cameron, who has committed himself to her aunt Chas following a secret affair last year.
Webb explained: "Obviously Cameron was a massive part of Sarah's life, and now that's gone, I think Debbie is trying to replace something that is missing.
"She just wants to do everything she can and make sure [the kids are] happy and don't want for anything, and she's just completely going the wrong way about it."
She continued: "I think this is definitely a different Debbie, and it's definitely the most ruthless we've seen her, and it's all because of what's happened to her and what she's been through - losing control, and now she wants that control back."
The 24-year-old admitted that Debbie would be pleased if Cameron were to suddenly realise he wanted her back.
Webb said: "I think there would be a couple of things that would make Debbie happy for once in her life - which would be the business, making a lot of money.
"But deep down, what it's all about is Cameron and she's totally still in love with him, even after everything that he's done, so of course [the second thing would be] if he came back to her. Whether she'd take him back I don't know, but it's definitely what's missing in her life at the moment."
Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
Emmerdale's Debbie Dingle is left devastated next week as she is reported to social services as a bad mum.
Debbie's behaviour has been spiralling out of control this year, and it seems that she is finally facing the consequences of her actions when her parenting is called into question.
The shocking development comes at an emotional time for Debbie, who is already reeling after discovering that Robbie Lawson (Jamie Shelton) has been stalking her.
Here, Charley Webb - who plays Debbie - chats about the latest story twist and whether her character can ever get back to normal.
How does Debbie find out that Robbie is the one who's stalking her, rather than Kirk?
"Debbie finds out because Charity figures it out and shares this information with her. It's a big shock, as Debbie has been using Robbie quite a lot and now his feelings have become a little bit stronger towards her. Everyone has been asking, 'Are you two together?' and Debbie has just been saying, 'Oh please!' She's been really mocking Robbie and that's affected him.
"Because Robbie's feelings have become stronger, he's been wondering what he can do to win Debbie over. He wants to be needed now that Debbie doesn't have Cain and Cameron in her life anymore. Robbie thinks that he can take their places, and Debbie will need him and want him."
How does Debbie deal with the situation?
"She wants revenge! With everything that's happened in the past year, Debbie is now determined that nobody will ever cross her. Now she'll fight for her happiness and for her kids. Robbie has let Debbie believe that her children are in danger, so she's not going to let him get away with that.
"At first, Debbie doesn't let Robbie know that she's aware of what he's doing. She basically gets her revenge by setting him up on a dodgy booze run and calling the police to report him."

Robbie undergoes questioning at the police station
How does Debbie view Robbie now?
"She absolutely despises him. Before this, she had really trusted him. Debbie doesn't take people into her heart very often, and although she was using Robbie, she was fond of him and they had started to become friends. However, she didn't feel romantically towards him as she's still madly in love with Cameron. Now Debbie doesn't want Robbie in her life - she just hates him."
Does Debbie fear the repercussions of reporting Robbie?
"Robbie warns that it's not over, but Debbie thinks that she's in complete control of this situation. Debbie says that there's nothing Robbie can throw at her without her being able to come back with something even stronger."

Robbie lunges violently at Debbie
How does Debbie feel when she is reported to social services?
"Debbie is so shocked, because ultimately in her mind, everything she's done recently has been for those two children. To know that somebody is doubting that really shocks her. In Debbie's mind, she has done nothing wrong and is just trying to do what's right for her children."
As she doesn't know who reported her, we'll see Debbie rant at everyone at Sarah's birthday party. What were those scenes like to film?
"It was actually very difficult. The scenes were very emotional and those kind of scenes are really hard to do, because you need to get in that moment with 15 of your friends around you all watching! I've loved doing this storyline as it's been another amazing one for Debbie, but it is difficult when it's emotional because I don't cry at the drop of a hat, so it takes a lot out of me.
"The scene is very similar to the one where Cain pointed the finger at everyone at The Woolpack, but just with more dialogue. I think Debbie has just had it at that point."
As Debbie tries to work out who reported her, does she suspect anyone in particular?
"It could have been any of them. Debbie really doesn't know who it was, so she suspects them all. To be fair, it really could be any of them because Debbie has been going off the rails so much."

Debbie is suspicious of who made the call
Does Debbie fear she might lose the kids?
"Absolutely. She's never meant to neglect them and she's never meant to do the wrong thing. Although Debbie is very hated at the moment and people think everything she's done is horrendous, she is a bit of a victim. But I think when someone's acting like a complete bitch the entire time, you do forget that!"
What effect will this have on Debbie?
"I think this is Debbie's wake-up call. Her life couldn't get any worse at this moment in time. She's lost the man that she loves, she nearly lost Sarah last year, and now she's close to losing both of her children. If she did lose Sarah and Jack, Debbie's life would be over because her mum and dad have pretty much turned their backs on her.
"Charity is trying to make Debbie see sense the entire time, but she knows that Debbie has gone too far. Debbie has been wearing a mask that she doesn't want to drop, because she thinks that if she does, everything will spiral out of her control."
Will we ever see the old Debbie back?
"I think so. I've always tried to maintain that vulnerability with her and the layers in the performance, because there have to be layers. She's just broken-hearted and can't get on the right track again. Although Debbie is playing a complete bitch at the moment, it's all for a reason and it's all because she doesn't want anyone to get at her ever again. She never wants to feel like things are out of her control."
Emmerdale's Charley Webb has revealed that dramatic storylines keep her from leaving the show.
The 25-year-old actress, who has played Debbie Dingle for 11 years, told The Sun that although filming recent scenes can be emotionally draining, she is pleased to be "challenged".
Webb said: "I enjoy it more now than when I joined.
"I feel lucky that I'm being so challenged right now. There are times when I think maybe it's time to leave, but then I'll get a storyline to really sink my teeth into and love my job again.
"I'm sure there will come a day when I won't feel as content though and then I'll try other things."
Webb admitted that she is preparing herself for a public backlash after upcoming scenes are aired in which Debbie's counterfeit vodka leaves Belle Dingle fighting for her life and Debbie disowned by her family.
She said: "It's fun to play a bitch, but I feel sorry for Debbie because none of this is really her fault - the way she has become is a result of her having her heart broken by Cameron and her daughter Sarah almost dying.
"I already have old ladies shouting at me in the street! They either tell me I need to be nicer or ask me: 'Have you got any vodka?' Now I'm thinking: 'Oh God, she's going to be hated even more!'"
Webb also revealed that she feels she might be perceived as "quite moody" off-screen.
She said: "I don't go round smiling all the time so I think I could be perceived the wrong way.
"I can come across as quite moody, but it's just because I'm laid-back and not showy. I'd rather people see the character I'm playing than see me."

I like debbie better now than before. Think her stories have been really good and she plays the bitch part well. wonder how she will cope when the truth about cameron comes out

Emmerdale fans will see life get even worse for Debbie Dingle next week as she is disowned by her own family.
Debbie has already alienated most of her loved ones in recent months, but the final straw comes when Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) is rushed to hospital after drinking some of her dodgy vodka.
Facing a backlash from the Dingles, Debbie doesn't get any sympathy from Andy (Kelvin Fletcher) either as he blocks her access to their children.
Here, Charley Webb - who plays Debbie - reveals what's in store as her out-of-control character hits rock bottom.
How is Debbie feeling in the aftermath of being reported to Social Services?
"It's really hit Debbie hard. I think it's the one thing that has shocked Debbie into action a little bit, whether it's the right action or not! It's brought her back to the ground again and it's made her think twice about her behaviour."
Is Debbie still plotting revenge on anyone?
"I think it's gone past that for Debbie now. She's just heartbroken that it's come to this, so she's not really interested in revenge anymore."
How does Debbie react to the news of Charity and Declan's one-night stand?
"Debbie is quite angry about this, because I think she feels it's similar to the Chas and Cameron situation. She thinks affairs are all similar, and in this case Katie lives in the village so all of the parties involved know each other. Debbie does relate it to Chas and Cameron, even though that affair was obviously on a different level."
What are Debbie's feelings towards Cameron at the moment?
"Debbie's feelings for Cameron have never changed. She still loves him and that's always stayed the same, even after what he's done to her. Debbie is just heartbroken every time she sees him - it's always a complete smack in the face. If Cameron ever made a move on her, I don't think Debbie would be able to stop herself because she's so in love with him."
How does Debbie react when she finds Belle unconscious at her house?
"Debbie completely goes into panic. She sends Sarah to get help because Belle is unconscious on the floor, and Sarah brings back Cameron. Then they rush Belle off to the hospital."
How do the Dingles react when Debbie is forced to admit that she's to blame?
"Oh, that's the final straw - the Dingles say she's not part of the family anymore! She's been completely ousted by the Dingles and it really does hit her hard. Not a single person supports her, so Debbie is completely on her own at this point."
Does Debbie hit rock bottom?
"Yeah, I would say so! There's been a lot of crying and a lot of shouting before this, but she's hit the bottom now."
How does Robbie manage to stir things up further?
"Robbie basically tells everyone that Debbie mixed the vodka herself. Robbie says that Debbie used double strength, and of course that isn't true, but nobody really believes her.
"There's a point where Debbie goes to pick up her kids from Andy and he just slams the door in her face. Robbie is watching on smirking, and she absolutely wants to kill him. She's right over there to confront him, and luckily Diane steps in.
"Debbie hates Robbie now. This situation all spiralled out of control because Robbie had feelings for her. He stalked her and now he's ruined her family life. She was already on the outer with the Dingles as it was, but now it's even worse."
How does Debbie feel about Andy stopping her from seeing the kids?
"She's heartbroken. There's nothing else you can throw at her. She's had everything taken away from her now."
Can anybody get through to Debbie after this?
"I think she's definitely pressed a very big self-destruct button, but I'm sure there are a couple of people who could get her out of this mess. It's just a matter of whether or not they're willing to help! She needs somebody to take her side a little bit, but that's really difficult for her mum and dad at the moment, so who knows?"
Can she ever become the old Debbie again?
"I think so, but I think it'll take a lot. Underneath everything, Debbie is a nice person. She's not an evil person, but she's damaged, she's gone down the wrong road and she's had bad things happen to her."
What advice would you give to Debbie?
"Just to get back on the straight and narrow, really! All of the illegal stuff is just making things worse so she needs to stop that."
Have you enjoyed playing out this storyline?
"It's been great but very, very tiring. It's really emotional and it's been very draining. We have full-on filming days and then I'm learning my lines at the end of each day, so there are no gaps. But I'm sure there's a light at the end of the tunnel somewhere!"
Have you had much reaction from viewers?
"Yeah, as I think people have really got into this storyline. Debbie is in such self-destruct mode, so people have been giving me advice!"
Can Debbie and Chas ever be friends again?
"I don't know, but I don't think that's going to happen in the near future. If this had happened in real life, how could Debbie ever be friends with Chas again? I'm sure there'll be something to draw them together one day as there always is with the Dingle family, but who knows when that will happen?"
I really like Charley Webb, she is an amazing actress. And yeah I was one of the haters of Debbie, but now I just feel sorry for her. I was hoping she'd get back with Andy and they make a go of it for their kids. I wonder whats in store for her love life?

Emmerdale star Charley Webb has revealed that her character Debbie Dingle's feelings for ex-boyfriend Cameron Murray haven't changed.
Next week's episodes will see Cameron (Dominic Power) betray current girlfriend Chas (Lucy Pargeter) by sleeping with Debbie as he starts to think that she really was 'the one' for him after all.

Debbie and Cameron in Emmerdale
Webb told TV Times: "She loves him. Her feelings haven't changed and every time she sees him it's like a big smack in the face.
"It's interesting to play because I can see why she's behaving like this. It's good to keep the layers.
"Someone who's a full-on bitch is boring and that's not Debbie."

Cameron tries to deter Debbie from leaving
However, despite Cameron's change of heart, Webb isn't optimistic over Debbie's future.
She said: "There is no kind of gap in sight but I am sure there is light at the end of the tunnel somewhere.
"Viewers seem to be really enjoying Debbie's story and that is what counts."
Webb recently revealed that she felt lucky to be challenged with such dramatic storylines.
Charley Webb was outstanding in her performance tonight, taking on three very strong women Lisa (Jane Cox) , Diane (Elizabeth Estensen) and Charity (Emma Atkins) this is why I just love Emmerdale.
Emmerdale star Charley Webb has told Digital Spy that fans will see Debbie Dingle's softer side in the aftermath of Gennie Sharma's death.
Debbie will be left in turmoil over the next few days as she has to come to terms with her role in causing Gennie's terrifying car accident.
Debbie is currently unaware that Gennie (Sian Reese-Williams) actually survived the road crash and only lost her life as killer Cameron Murray (Dominic Power) suffocated her.
Speaking to Digital Spy, Webb explained: "[Debbie faces] massive guilt. I think everything's just coming on top of her, one thing after another. She is struggling with that and this will really hit her hard.
"Maybe it will make her a bit softer for a little bit - I don't know for how long. But the guilt is obviously pretty huge for her."

Our video also sees Webb offer her thoughts on Debbie's dark side and how she wants the troubled mum to progress in the long term.
Webb also gives us the gossip on Debbie and Cameron's attempts to cover up their involvement in the car accident, and why the pair have ended up back together.
debbie should tell all to charity and cain and not cover for cameron the scrum bag he cheated on her with chas and she still loves him
Emmerdale star Charley Webb has teased an autumn stunt planned as the climax of killer Cameron Murray's storyline.
The actress, who plays Debbie Dingle in the ITV soap, said that she is "terrified" about filming a special week of episodes featuring her character and Chas Spencer (Lucy Pargeter).
"We're both terrified. We keep joking about making it back to the village in one piece," Webb told the Daily Star Sunday.
"We pulled off such a huge thing last year with the live episodes that we couldn't let this October go by without something big happening. And this is big.
"There's going to be lots of emotion between Chas and Debbie. They're going to have to work together to survive."
Emmerdale producer Kate Oates explained that the scenes will be "exhausting" for the actresses as Cameron's (Dominic Power) true colours are revealed.
Emmerdale star Charley Webb has revealed that her character Debbie Dingle will fear for her life when she traps Cameron Murray into confessing to murder.
Since playing back the dictaphone which revealed that Cameron murdered Gennie Walker after her car accident, Debbie has been working with the police to try and get him to confess his crimes on camera.
However, the plan goes wrong when Cameron confesses but the police don't arrive in time to help Debbie, leading to a furious Cameron holding her hostage.
Webb said: "Debbie is scared and feels very much like she is putting herself in danger over this. But she has to do it as she feels utterly betrayed and knows he has to be caught for what he's done.
"She is not worried until Cameron does turn on her. Then she is seriously worried... she screams the word and says you can come and get him.
"She fears for her life - Cameron is a killer and she knows she is trapped."
Speaking about Debbie's feelings for Cameron at this stage, Webb said: "She still loves him. She is heartbroken, betrayed and angry and massively torn but still loves him despite all this. She also hates him but he is the love of her life.
"She knows he has to go to prison which makes it all even sadder. She is in a lot of shock but has to do the right thing."
Debbie has got better looking , and her L E G S .... Hope she stays
Emmerdale's Debbie Dingle faces her worst nightmare next week as she comes face-to-face with serial killer Cameron Murray again.
Having escaped from a prison van, Cameron (Dominic Power) is back in the village to convince Debbie to run away with him.
When Debbie refuses to cooperate, a terrifying chain of events unfolds as Cameron holds a number of the villagers hostage at The Woolpack...
Here, Charley Webb - who plays Debbie - previews her character's horror in the gripping week of episodes.
How does Debbie feel when she hears that Cameron has escaped from a prison van?
"Debbie absolutely starts to panic. She thinks he is on his way back to the village. She pretends she isn't worried to others, but she clearly is."
Has Debbie warned Sarah that Cameron is back?
"Debbie says to Sarah, 'If you see him, you run!' I think having to say that has broken her heart. She can't really explain to Sarah why she has to run, so it's not great. It is very difficult for Debbie to find herself in that position - having to warn Sarah about Cameron."
What does Debbie think Cameron's plan is?
"Debbie is thinking the worst. She believes Cameron is on his way back for revenge!"
When Cameron was put in the police van, he did give a very revengeful stare. Was that meant for Debbie or Chas, or both?
"It was directed at Chas. With Debbie, he is more regretful. The scenes filmed in the house were very emotional. Obviously everything he has done is horrendous and can't be condoned, but there were moments when you could see his sadness."
After everything, does Cameron still love Debbie?
"Yes, he believes if he comes back he will be able to explain everything to her and they will be able to run away and be together."

Cameron's escape
When Sarah goes missing, does Debbie think it is Cameron who has taken her?
"Debbie is absolutely panicked. She is really worried and with the police swarming, she's very concerned. Everyone else is saying it's not Cameron, but Debbie knows it's him. She's the only one that thinks Cameron is back in the village and responsible for taking Sarah."
Does she think Cameron will harm Sarah?
"I think at the back of her mind maybe somewhere she would like to believe that he wouldn't put Sarah at risk, but at the moment she's thinking he's just trying to get to her - and by taking Sarah, that is his only way. So Debbie is worried."
In the end, Andy and Moira find Sarah safe and well, but she tells them about Cameron. When the news gets back to the pub, they bolt the door. Is Debbie terrified?
"People in the pub are just panicking generally, then we realise the police aren't outside keeping watch. They are meant to be but they are not. We don't realise why they're not at that point. So Chas goes and bolts the door and of course Debbie freaks out going mental saying, 'I need to get Sarah'. That is her concern. She knows Sarah by then is at Andy's, but I think Andy is on his way to the pub and she realises he won't be able to get in."
How are Debbie and Chas with each other?
"At this point Debbie and Chas are being a bit snipey with each other. I think they kind of come together, but they are not united."
What is her reaction when she sees Cameron has gained access to the pub and is standing there with a gun?
"She just can't believe what she is seeing. She is in complete shock and so much is running through her mind. She doesn't necessarily notice the gun at first, it's just him, the sight of him, after everything they went through in the house. He absolutely terrifies her. She just doesn't recognise what he has become."

Cameron tells Chas and Zac he has come for Debbie.
Dominic has explained that Cameron's personality is swinging between a normal family guy and a crazy killer. Would you agree with this?
"Yes I would, absolutely. I do think the fact he started killing people is an indication of this as I don't think Cameron set out to start killing people."
Tell us about the hostage situation. Does Debbie fear for her life?
"I don't think she does at first. I think it's more that he is scaring her rather than fear of Cameron shooting her. I think for a lot of the hostage situation, she knows that he would not shoot her. I don't think she believes he will do that to her. She is just trying to get Cameron to listen to her, really. Debbie is more heartbroken and terrified of the situation and of course for everybody else's safety."
The pub's cellar is flooding in the story, and we know that you filmed some underwater scenes. Was it exciting?
"It was amazing [filming the scenes] at Pinewood and everyone was really friendly. We worked in the most amazing underwater tank ever! It was a truly awesome experience and we met some lovely people. It was great seeing the set and how it changed during filming. They did a great job. We had to do a diving course in order to do this filming."
Have you ever dived before?
"I have never dived before and probably never will again! I can't say it was the best thing I've ever done. It was okay but I'm in no hurry to rush off on a diving holiday. I think it would be better to do it properly with a mask but we were in water where we couldn't have a mask on, so it was very different. But we had the most amazing divers who really looked after us."

Cameron arrives in The Woolpack.
Did you enjoy your experience filming this?
"Yes, as we had the most amazing director, Duncan Foster, who we all love - he's absolutely brilliant. We knew we were in good hands. I think Emmerdale is amazing at the moment. It's definitely down to our producer Kate Oates, who is just a genius in my opinion. She is coming at every angle with bigger and better things and amazing storylines. She is really working hard and it is great.
"Everybody is doing an amazing job. The whole crew has a new lease of life for the show. It is in such good shape. We all feel like we are working on something really good and we all want to make it even better. I think the cast are really strong at the moment and all the storylines are great - I am finding myself rushing home to watch it because I'm really enjoying it as a viewer.
"I need to get home to watch it every night to see what is going to happen. I have to watch it on ITV+1 because it's Buster's bedtime, but each night I want to see what is happening with other people's stuff and I'm finding myself wanting to watch our bits too, even though I know what's going to happen!"
Did you film in the night shoots with all the rain machines and the water effects?
"I got absolutely drenched, it was ridiculous! Those rain machines are crazy, you can't even talk when they are on as the rain is beating down so hard. It is really hard to get your dialogue out but I'm sure it will look good on screen with the beating rain."
The Debbie/Cameron story has been massive. How has it been to film?
"I think Dominic is an amazing actor and has done a lot of really strong stuff. He is a very instinctive actor and his choices are always good. He's very talented and he is clever too, particularly with how he has played this. It's been amazing - I can't wait for these scenes to be on screen so everyone can see it."
hope cameron kills her off for good this time
Emmerdale star Charley Webb has hinted that there could be a new romance on the horizon for her troubled character Debbie Dingle.
Debbie's love life has been a disaster in the past two years due to her on-off relationship with serial killer Cameron Murray, played by Dominic Power.
Speaking at an Emmerdale press conference yesterday (October 10), Webb suggested that Debbie may not be single for long after turning her back on Cameron.
Webb explained: "There's always somebody, isn't there? I'm quite excited to see who the next one is, actually. I kind of know but I'm not going to give it away.
"I don't know it fully. I'm very excited. It'll be interesting to see who. Hopefully somebody nice maybe. That'll never happen, but we'll see!"
The actress added that she would be disappointed if Debbie manages to get her life back on track for good in the coming months.
She laughed: "Being happy's boring!"
^ Adam or Dom I think
I bet it`s one of the new Barton boys. Although knowing Debbie, she`d go for the Dad of the Barton boys.
Debbie Dingle gets a glimpse of how strongly Pete Barton feels for her next week when he goes to great lengths to protect her.
After Debbie has been arrested for assaulting a male customer, Pete (Anthony Quinlan) successfully resolves the situation by threatening him into dropping the charges.
Here, Charley Webb - who plays Debbie - offers her thoughts on her character's erratic behaviour and her ongoing storylines with the Barton brothers.
Debbie is about to get involved in some dodgy dealings again…
"Yes - basically, Ross gets involved with getting dodgy cars and selling them, and he wants Debbie to be involved with it. At first Debbie is having none of it, but then she's convinced and they start this thing together. It's more that Ross is doing it and Debbie is getting the benefits of it, really."
Is Debbie nervous when the police turn up at the garage and start asking questions about missing cars?
"Yeah, Debbie's having a bit of a weird week anyway, and when that starts happening she's like, 'Okay we need to stop this now'. Belle's in court and Debbie just feels that they don't need any other trouble for the family. Debbie tells Ross that they shouldn't do it, which doesn't go down that well with him. But Cain also points out that it's not a good time, so Debbie is very firm with Ross about stopping it and getting rid of them."
Debbie also has an alarm fitted next week. Is she feeling particularly on edge at the moment?
"Yeah I think it's been a continuation from Cameron. Debbie has basically put up a massive front and just pretended that everything's fine, but of course if you've really been through that, I don't think you would be fine. I think that it's always on her mind and she's just covering it up.
"Next week she's just having a particularly bad week. She's having nightmares about Cameron, which we see at one point, and I think it's waking her up quite a lot. Debbie is not really telling anyone about it and she's not being very honest, she's just trying to do things on her own as usual. So that's why she gets the alarm fitted."
What happens between Debbie and the male customer she attacks?
"Debbie turns up to a call-out and the guy is a little bit flirty. It's nothing major, but I think this week for her is a particularly difficult week. Everything has got on top of her a little bit and this front that she's putting on kind of falls down a little bit.
"This guy's behaviour is just slightly more than what Debbie wants. When he goes to touch her, she just completely flips out. As soon as she arrives, he makes a comment about admiring the view - and because she's feeling the way she's feeling, I think it just tips her over the edge a little bit."
How does Debbie react when she is later arrested for assault?
"It's a massive thing for her to be arrested and be in this situation. It does freak her out and it does make her sit up a little bit, but I think she's just having a bit of a meltdown. She almost has a mini-breakdown for a few days, and she can't quite get to grips with herself like she normally does. A lot of that is about being tired, as she is waking up a lot in the night having these nightmares.
"Debbie's mask falls down a little bit, and that's why she has a little bit of a breakdown. Even when the police come to see her, she's almost a little bit vague and she's quite numb to it. She's quite flippant about it, and that's just her being a little bit weird."
Pete steps in to protect Debbie by threatening the customer into dropping the charges. How does Debbie feel about that?
"At first she's really annoyed about it, but then at that moment she just sees someone to protect her and someone who is looking out for her. At that second and that day, that's exactly what she needs, even though she'd never admit it. So at first she's thinking, 'I can't believe that he's got involved' and then within three seconds she's kissing him."
Is Debbie ready to make a go of things with Pete?
"I'm not sure she'll ever be ready to be involved with anyone else again after Cameron. I think that will definitely scar her for life. Debbie has never really let anybody into her life before. There had only ever been one person and that was Jasmine, and then she let Cameron in and he screwed her over.
"Debbie already found it very difficult to let people into her life, because of her parents, the upbringing that she's had and how things always seem to go wrong. Now I'm not sure that anyone will ever fully get in again, and if they do, it would have to take quite a long time."
What does Debbie like about Pete?
"It's just the fact that she knows he's quite a stable guy. She thinks that he's a nice guy and he's not your typical bad boy that she normally goes for, so I think that's what attracts her to him. She also sees a bit of a protector in him."
Have you enjoyed filming with Anthony Quinlan?
"Yeah, I've known Anthony for years and he's best friends with my brother [Jamie Lomas], so he's a bit like part of the furniture in our house. It's great as we get on really well. We kind of bicker a bit like I do with my brother, so it's just very natural."
Ross seems to fancy Debbie too. Do you think she'd go for him?
"I think Ross would be the obvious one Debbie would go for, because he's very similar to the people that she's been with in the past. He's a bit of a bad boy, and I don't know if Debbie can ever really resist that. I think they always say you go for someone like your dad and Ross is more Cain-like. I think she always has gone for people like Cain - even though Cameron was quite normal at first, they still got into the relationship by having an affair and it was always a little bit dramatic.
"Part of Debbie doesn't want that for her life, because she wants to have a nice life for her kids, but I'm not sure - there's just something in her where she can't quite resist it."
Will Ross cause more trouble between Debbie and Pete?
"I think the way it's been played is that there's a little bit of jealousy there and they seem to be in competition quite a lot. Ross has obviously grown fond of Debbie for whatever reason - she's awful to him so I have no idea why! I do think that Ross is a little bit jealous and maybe there are some feelings from him, so he may set out to destroy things for Debbie and Pete. I don't know, but it probably won't go smoothly…"
.
I am really surprised Debbie is so close to the police that they would check up on Pete for her
I think that her experience with Cameron has something to do with that
Poor Debbie, and now she's involved with pedo-Pete.
.
Because you can now legally get police checks if you suspect somebody has a history of domestic violence under Clare's Law
Clare's Law:
The aim of this scheme is to give members of the public a formal
mechanism to make enquires about an individual who they are in a
relationship with or who is in a relationship with someone they
know, and there is a concern that the individual may be abusive
towards their partner.
If police checks show that the individual has a record of abusive
offences, or there is other information to indicate the person you
know is at risk, the police will consider sharing this information with
the person(s) best placed to protect the potential victim.
Your local police force will discuss your concerns with you
and decide whether it is appropriate for you to be given more
information to help protect the person who is in the relationship
with the individual you are concerned about.
The scheme aims to enable potential victims to make an informed
choice on whether to continue the relationship, and provides help
and support to assist the potential victim when making that
informed choice.

Debbie Dingle will consider turning against her own mother Charity next week in order to keep her boyfriend Pete Barton out of prison.
Debbie vows to choose Pete over Charity after he is tasked with getting the scheming blonde to confess to her involvement in last year's arson incident at Home Farm.
As previously reported, Pete will soon be charged with manslaughter after it emerges that his drug dealing led to a young girl's death.
Just when things look bleak for Pete, however, he is shocked further when DI Bails tries to strike a deal with him.
Pete hears that he could escape a prison sentence if he helps the police to secure a confession from Charity over her own crimes. Uncomfortable over the offer, Pete soon tells Debbie how he has been asked to trap her ruthless mother.
Charley Webb, who plays Debbie, explained: "Debbie is really shocked. When she's slept on it, her reaction is that there has to be another way.
"At that moment, I don't think there's any part of Debbie thinking that the right thing to do is to drop Charity in it."
Despite this, Debbie later has a surprising change of heart when she learns that Charity has teamed up with Ross Barton and Aaron Livesy to steal cars and sell on the parts. Unhappy that Charity has already gone back to her old ways, Debbie decides that Pete has to come first.
Webb added: "When Debbie hears about the cars, she thinks 'that's it now' and she doesn't owe Charity anything. Debbie is constantly looking out for Charity and doesn't get anything back.
"Debbie then has to persuade Pete to go along with the police's plan. Her idea is to record Charity and if they've got something on tape, they can use it. The police say that wouldn't be enough, so then Debbie thinks they can force Charity into confessing."
However, Webb warned that Debbie could possibly get cold feet as the reality of betraying her mum hits home.
She said: "It's a big thing and maybe when Debbie's had time to think about it, it might just all get a little bit too much!"
So there is a possibility Charity's comeuppance isnt over?
Double post
I don`t understand why the police are using Pete to get to Charity. Surely they have enough evidence against Charity already with the video confession from Declan?
And Charity slipped up to her part in the insurance scam to her lawyer, that`s why she wouldn`t represent her. Surely they can subpoena that lawyer to admit that Charity confessed to the lawyer, then retracted. Charity said something like "it wasn`t just me it was Declan too'.
If Charity doesn`t see jail time in her part in this - I will be livid.
Kate Oates has revealed that there is a new twist ahead in Debbie Dingle's love triangle with Barton brothers Pete and Ross.
Debbie (Charley Webb) has attempted to settle down with Pete in recent months, but fans know that she also has a spark with the farmer's bad boy sibling.
An upcoming episode will see Debbie cause chaos for the Barton clan when she spreads their darkest secret, letting the villagers know that Emma tried to kill Ross when he was a baby.
Oates told ITV's This Morning: "A lot of people know that we've got a bit of a love triangle brewing between Debbie, Pete and Ross.
"Debbie's really happy with Pete at the moment, but she's about to make a huge mistake and blow the family secret. She's about to tell everybody what Emma did to Ross when he was a baby.
"Not only does that really hurt Ross, it also makes him think that she owes him. When he gets himself into some serious trouble with some serious ne'er-do-wells, there's only one person he's going to turn to for his 'girl Friday'. The question is, is Debbie going to help him out or not?"
In the meantime, viewers will also see a possible romance brew between Ross and show returnee Carly Hope (Gemma Atkinson) next week after Emma tries to set them up.
Emmerdale fans can expect more twists for Debbie Dingle's love life as she soon finds herself torn between her current partner Pete Barton and his younger brother Ross once again.
Next week's episodes see Debbie cause big trouble for the Bartons by exposing how Ross's mum Emma tried to kill him when he was a baby. Shocked that she could be so indiscreet, Ross soon retaliates by tricking Debbie into helping him with a dodgy job which would earn him £10,000.
When things start to go wrong for Ross and Debbie while out on the job, they have to hide away in a hotel room for their own safety - causing sparks to fly between them as they get some time alone.
Here, Charley Webb - who plays Debbie - reveals details of the drama in store.
Why does Debbie blow the Bartons' dark family secret at The Woolpack next week?
"Debbie and Emma absolutely do not get on after Emma spends the night with James. At first Debbie actually talked Ross into giving her a chance. Debbie knew all the background and was quite supportive, but now she sees certain things in Emma.
"There's just a couple of little evil things that Emma does and Debbie works her out quite quickly. She sees Emma watching James and Chas a lot, so she thinks that's weird. She knows something is not quite right here.
"Debbie basically blurts out the Bartons' secret during an argument because Emma is fuelling it. Debbie warns Emma that she knows what's going on, but Emma tries to play her at her own game and says, 'You think you've got Pete where you want him. Well, you haven't. I might just mess it up for you!' Debbie just really loses it and goes for it. Emma tries to claim Debbie's not a good mum and that's just the final straw. It just comes out of her mouth."
How does Debbie react when Ross ropes her into a dodgy scheme later in the week?
"Debbie is furious because she hasn't got a clue what's going on. She thinks they're just going to deal with a breakdown, so she's not very happy about that. Debbie is never that happy anyway, but she's very annoyed about this!
"Debbie very much likes to be in control, so when she's not, she doesn't like it. I think Ross brings that element to her life where a bit of control has been taken away from her, so she's not that impressed."
Who do you think Debbie should be with? Ross or Pete?
"That's a really hard question because they're so different. Pete gives Debbie that sense of security and she's happy with him. He brings a lot to her life that she's never had, I suppose. He's that person that she can always go to, so he's safe.
"Ross is the excitement - he's the person that's a bit more like her and maybe a bit more like her dad, so that's what attracts her to him. Obviously the safer option is the better option in the long run, because it's more security for her kids and her future, but who knows?"
Has Debbie forgiven Ross for the time he rejected her and left her humiliated?
"No, but I think that was very much a control thing for Ross. Debbie has always had the control and I think he was just playing her at her own game a little bit. She knew that.
"There's always something with Debbie and Ross - there's chemistry. So it just depends which life she chooses - whether or not she's going to go for the safe option, or maybe somebody that she's got a little bit more excitement with."
Do you hope Debbie might have learned her lesson with bad boys?
"No, that's boring! Who wants to learn their lesson? I think it would be boring if she was just happy forever - it's not as interesting."
So do Ross and Debbie cross a line when they're shut in a hotel room together as part of this scam?
"It does come very close. There's a bit of a line that is crossed. They get to the point where it could just happen, but I think Ross blows it. He gets a little bit too serious with Debbie and that snaps her back into reality somehow. She's like, 'Oh my God, what am I doing here? This is wrong.'
"But before he does that, she's kind of getting carried away with it a bit. It could have happened. If the wording had been different, maybe they might have done it. It just goes a bit far for her and then she's like 'woah'."
Why do Debbie and Pete later get engaged?
"Debbie and Pete get engaged just after the job at the hotel. She's still very confused about her feelings. She's kind of put them to one side and was just trying to get on with Pete and move on. Ross had Donna at that point, so it was kind of easy for her to do that.
"Obviously the situation has now changed. When it all happens in the hotel, Debbie knows what her feelings are and she's scared of them. When she gets back home and she's in her domestic situation and she sees what she's done - or what she could have done - she just thinks, 'I have to make a decision now. Do I go for it or do I play it safe?'
"She asks Pete a question about what he would do with some money and he basically gives her every right answer. It's all about looking after Debbie and protecting the kids and the family. She just makes this decision in her mind where she's like, 'Right, that's it. I should be with you. You are what I need. You're the whole package'.
"That's why she goes for it. It's because she's scared of what she's really feeling. She thinks if she secures that and proposes to him then that's it - she can't make a mess with Ross."
That's not going to make her feelings for Ross go away though, is it?
"No, absolutely not. Those feelings are right there and that's why she does all this. She just thinks she needs to secure something in her mind. Pete is the security and that's what she needs to go for. She's just trying to fight off every feeling for Ross, but every time she moves he's just there."
Are you looking forward to having some juicier storylines again?
"Yes, I've had quite a lot of time off just to have a bit of a break from being so manic and busy, but now it seems to be bang right back into it. It's one thing after another so you're just trying to get your head back into that!
"I've had a break and I've recharged my batteries a little bit. After the siege storyline, I was so exhausted that I think it was just time to chill for a little bit and have a bit of mum time, but we've had quite a lot of good stuff now.
"I think what's interesting with Ross and Debbie is there's so much to explore with them. When you put them together, they can almost do anything. Sometimes when you put two characters together, there's not much you can do with them because one of them is a bit safe - that's what it is with Debbie and Pete. They're what you see as the happy couple, but then the other side of that is Debbie and Ross have always got something exciting going on."
Who do viewers want Debbie to pick?
"I really think it's 50/50. I think viewers have invested in the character of Debbie, so the ones who want to see her happy are like, 'Go with Pete'. The ones who want it to be more exciting say that she needs to choose Ross.
"It's interesting that at the moment it is still 50/50. We haven't done anything together for a long time, so the fact that they've still got Debbie and Ross in their minds is interesting. The Donna stuff was so big that I kind of thought Debbie and Ross would be over. It will definitely be interesting to see after the hotel stuff what comes after and who the viewers pick, because it is very different after that."
Emmerdale have promised a big summer storyline this year. Do you know your involvement yet?
"Yeah! It's going to be very big and very interesting, Let's just say holidays are a no-go for me over this summer!"
Emmerdale star Charley Webb has predicted that fans will continue to be split on who her character Debbie Dingle should be with.
Dramatic scenes over the coming months will see Debbie at the centre of the action in the lead-up to her wedding, as she finds herself torn between her fiancé Pete Barton and his bad boy brother Ross.
Discussing who the viewers want Debbie to be with, Webb said: "It is 50/50 at the moment and it is quite mixed, but I think since the audience have seen the hotel scam with Debbie and Ross, I think they quite enjoyed that.
"They saw the chemistry and I think they found it quite exciting. So I would say at the moment that they maybe are going with Ross because it's more exciting, but hopefully they will be in turmoil over who they want her to be with."
Webb also admitted that while she thinks Debbie should opt to stay with Pete, she can understand why she is tempted by Ross.
She said: "I think it's really hard because I think she should be with Pete because he is the person who is going to give her the stability and safety and he will the best for her family and kids.
"But then Ross brings this excitement to her life which she likes. There are pros and cons to both, but obviously the safe decision would be to stay with Pete."
ITV soap boss John Whiston recently teased that Debbie will be on a collision course of passion as her wedding gets closer.
