I think the episodes have been brilliant! I thought Ruby's death was done well and very sad. Excellent last scene from Val! I don't think Ross is dead because he wasn't properly buried. Think it was done that way so we'll have a shock return one day.....

I am very surprised Ross was killed by Pete even if it was accidentally, Pete didn't bury the body I wonder will he be found soon if the body will be still there

Really good episodes. I do not for one minute believe Ross is dead. Emmerdale (and the actor) are trolling us. I personally hope there are no more deaths. I think 2/3 (with Ross being ambiguous) is enough.
So is Val dead or not?!

I liked Val too and as a long term character she deserved some time..but nearly whole half an hour was about her..!

Val definitely dies during the Thursday episodes. She only appeared to Eric in yesterday's episode (Friday 7th) as part of a dream/hallucination/supernatural ghost scene.Quote:

I just can't get into this community in mourning-feeling at all..I mean only 2 characters+pilot got killed in the crash and we as viewers should be feeling some sort of loss here?? Really? For me the whole thing was just a big flop-so much hype beforehand and then nearly all survive. I've only cried with Cain inside the hall waiting for Kyle and when Pete dumped Ross in the woods. Still hoping for some twist in that storyline.
Tonight's episode was kind of meh. I agree with the above poster. The community feeling seems really forced. Ruby was a talking extra and even people like Bob and Brenda didn't seem that upset. Also no aftermath with Cain/Kyle?
Agreed, total let down. People were left disappointed with last week and it only got worse. I thought Ali was supposed to be returning? Ruby's death was supposed to have massive repurcussions and her wife (I think they're legally married?) has found out about her passing off screen!
