As a carer for her mother, she is older more mature

It did make me smile at the end when Kathy said "Bobby." Well she had to didn't she has he had a new head and we did not have a clue who he was. :D
Another recast, EE must have the most recasts out of any soap.
A fairly decent episode, a mix of characters, the funeral scenes were touching with Bailey and the Taylor's.
The best think about EE right now is the range of characters being used. Kate Oates is making better use of the characters she has.
lola afraid of killer bobby not killer ben
I like the Nu Bobby, a very subtle performance from clay, showing being frightened, awkward, guilty and out of place. I loved the scenes with Ben and Bobby.
So Lauren and Peter are back together, how long before they are back in the square with Peter with a new head? The Mick/Phil scenes in the Vic were well played and Linda's reaction in the Minute Mart when she found out Sharon had a bun in the oven was priceless.
Line of Tuesday's episode goes to Sharon “Could murder some piccalilli!” :D
I am intrigued and am liking the Nu Bobby so far. A great Duff Duff, role on Tonight.
Will Sharon tell Phil tonight, i very much doubt it.
gangsta sharon
Lots of nice little nuggets, Denise going over to the Beale's in the Vic, under played beautifully. Ben seems more at home at number 45 with the Beale's than at the Mitchell's. Clay Milner Russell playing Bobby is a revelation and brilliant playing the awkward, nervous and unsure side of Bobby.
It was good Mo gave Stacey some home truths. A good duff duff, I think Bobby may have done this to himself? Perhaps a self harm storyline?
rainie take abi and the money, go off be happy
Good old Rainie. So pleased she fleeced them both. Serves them right. I am liking that we are seeing snippets of Grays story. It sounds like he had a sad time of it. Bobby being radicalized would be a brave move and an interesting story.
princess louise can't get a job herself
I loved Mick and Gray pretending to be a couple, forget "Ballum" we could have "Micray" replacing Robron. :D
Who has stolen the money? Stacey?????
A pretty good Pride episode. It was lovely to see Bernie enjoying herself. Gray was great. Also I loved Ted. Where was Kim, she would have been there.
I do not care about Adam, Iqra or Habiba and care even less about Stacey. Go Go Go on maternity as soon as possible please and take Martin with you!
I enjoyed the scenes with Pride then switching to Ben and Stuart. Stuart has reverted to type and is no better than his revolting father Jonno.
Loved the scene with Bernadette and Tina on the Prince Albert balcony. Overall one of Eastenders better episodes of late.
where does ted live, back in his own flat?
what has stacey done with the money?
So Ben was not beaten that badly after all. He looked half dead on Friday. I like the scenes with Chantelle, Gray and Mick. Stacey, Stacey, Stacey, Sod off. The old Kat would have slapped her from here to kingdom come. As much as I like the Ahmeds, those scenes were a bit rinse and repeat. Do I care about Habiba? No I don't!:cartman:
tina and irqa is that the massood niece name not one with adam
karen is such a good character, lorraine is great
I can't help feeling Rainie might discover that baby Abi will stop screaming so much if she allows her out of her prison once in a while!
Poor Chantelle, I thought she didn’t look happy. Gray has a very good facade, didn’t see that coming.
I am so disappointed in EE going down this route with Gray and Chantelle, I know it is soap and we can't have "normal" but Kate Oates has gone down in my estimation. It is going to be another Little Mo and Trevor. I know it is an important issue and needs to be raised but EE has done done this storyline. I was enjoying the couple being almost human and normal.
I did not expect or want it, I wanted to explore more about Gray's background
Gray and Adam were introduced as good decent family men and now bad
I am not happy about Ben's storyline also
Linda has a gay son, a son with mental health issues and a daughter with epilesy but seems in denial and ashamed of little Ollie with autism
Honey should have confronted Habiba too
Did Jack buy Adam's story Habiba?
Why were people still going into the hotel and up the stairs while the fire alarm was going?
How come Phil is only just remembering about the Slaters and the money? Shirley and Phil make a good team, excellent how they got England winning the Cricket with Ben.
I loved Max putting Saint Kathy in her place. Rainie was so funny running out of that hotel. So Jack has been arrested. Will Jack go down for GBH?
I see Jon Sen has got his name as Executive Producer finally on the credits with Kate Oates as Senior Executive producer, although Kate has a new role now as head of continuing drama across the BBC. I am sure Kate's name will stop on the credits if only to wind ITV up reminding them what they have lost. :rotfl:
That did occur to me as well. But then, EE is noted for its clunkingly obvious scripts that refer to things or people that have been forgotten for months or even years only when the person or story is due to come back as part of a totally different storyline.
sean could come back and sort out phil
jean is shirley's friend she should have her back not phil's but money and baldy phil's pig charms work wonders
