kat hushing tommy upstairs so she could get a ride, what a mother, he was burnt last time
My heart broke for poor Bailey, clutching her mum's top was so sad. Strong performances all round and mixed in some nice humour with Kush, Kat, Stacey and Martin.
Is Ben and Callum going to have a fling?
So Ewan returns, deep down Lola believes him about Ben. The Jay and Callum scenes were very good. Tanya Franks as Rainie plays the part so well, I hope the character stays around. The only poor scenes were those with Bex. Sadly she is the weak link along with Louise who was not in this episode. Karen slayed it again, quality stuff.
ben put a hit out on billy
I hate the new Ben and his Michael Caine impression
jack couldn't cook denise dinner in his place, why did he organise abi babysitter?
Ben does have a conscience? Kush and Kat? Kush would not look twice at someone like Kat, a knackered old bird slightly past her sell by date. Carmel would be having kittens if she was around.
I did smile at the Carters scenes with Shirley, Tina and Mick. Shirley being horny is quite scary.
kat uses her boobs, shirley on tinder :p
ted what's his purpose? kathy's plan is to get ben a fella in her gay bar
I wonder what would happen if the scriptwriters were told they mustn't use any of the following plot devices.
1. No more burnt dinners
2. No more running out of milk and having to go out to the shop
3. No more just happening to overhear a conversation they weren't supposed to hear.
4. No more seeing something by chance and getting the wrong end of the stick
5. No more traffic hold-ups when driving somewhere in a hurry
6. No more returning characters with a secret
7. No more surprise pregnancies after just one....er...you know
Would it mean the end of soaps as we know them?
Not convinced there are enough Gay residents on the Square for Kathy's plan, although there is Tina, Bernie, Ben, "confused" Sonia, and maybe Gray????
As for TEd, think considering he is the only visible resident on the Square aged over 50 (no sign of Dot, Patrick, Cora) it's a mystery why, when considering the older age population in the UK is increasing, (not according to Walford!!)
is he going to be the new busybody, watching people and getting the wrong end of the stick in the Square
Older people are lonely and just looking for some purpose, bring on the new eccentric aulder fella!
Beside me there is an older chap who stops and loves to gossip, he has kept me well informed on the neighbours!
add callum when ben turns him :p
I thought there was a very good mix of characters, a good ensemble piece. Poor Stuart. I thought Rainie Tanya Franks was superb. An expression from her says a thousand words. Quality.
shut up max how he forgets his own innocent ordeal for murder but he did sleep with young lucy
I am on Stuart's side, Martin blaming anyone but himself and Sonia, they are the parents pushing Bex to Oxford and Max leading the charge with a pitchfork why now showing an interest in Bex?
Karen and Kim were great, love those characters
Ben and Callum, where did that come from?
Denny better hide from Karen
It was great to see Stuart smack Martin. He so deserved it. Martin has no redeeming features now days, there is only two people to blame over Bex and that is Florence Sonia Nightingale and Martin Bonehead Fowler. Kush should be grateful Martin has broken up their bromance. the friendship is all one sided. Kush is better out of that one, especially when he is going for joint custody of Arfur.
I loved Gray sticking up for Karen, he was not scared of Phillip. Ben and Tina teaching Kathy on gay tribes was funny. “Have you thought about a dark room?”
Martin is a plank. Kush go for joint custody, you will get it. Brilliant scenes at the end with Halfway and Ben. The Daran Little script was good.
Tony Clamp is playing the tormented Callum so well. I am glad they have given him something to get his teeth into. The scenes with Ben are very good.
The Kat and Stacey scenes at the end were old school EastEnders. IMO Arthur would be better off with Kush, Stacey better watch out as Kush at the moment is only going for joint custody , why not go the whole hog and go for custody!
ben showing emotion, sad missing paul
i like callum's storyline but it seems to have come from nowhere, he was not cut up of losing his army place before
whitney a clothes designer
was hoping honey would catch cheating adam, maybe next year
Some good stuff going on in EE at the moment. It's just such a shame it's all being spoiled by this Mick Carter/Spice Girls competition nonsense. What a load of garbage!
I don't think Ben acting sad was very convincing, and I hope Callum doesn't have a fling with him. Just find it hard to believe as Callum seems to adore Whitney.
ben and callum is going happen
ben will be best man and maid of honor at halfgay's wedding :p
kate oates likes big gay drama, creating / turning a character gay
Nice to have Arshad and Mariam back, they are quality. Stuart and Ben in the Vic lavvy was a funny scene. It was good to find out more about Iqra and why the sisters came to the square.
Kim for me is LOL funny "The gays... They love their meat." :rotfl: Denise had got to sack Kim.
The end scene with Ben and Callum was well played and believable. My heart broke for Halfway when he said he felt alone.
The Keegan/Bailey and Ted/Bailey scenes were good and Letitia Dean was very good at the end, but I have no sympathy for Sharon.
ben looking for a stiff :p
bailey is amazing
sorry phil not your baby
kim should have hired carter spice for albert
I can't believe that Phil and Sharon don't have a dishwasher!
kathy has a killer son and grandson
