Funnily enough I was told this story this morning by one of our Front of House Staff at the theatre. He said he used to be a delivery driver and, back in the 1990s, he had to deliver some books to a school in Sunningdale. When he got to the village, he asked someone where the school was, they said he couldn't miss it if he travelled on straight down the road he would come to a house with a big Cadillac in the front garden and between that and the next house, which also had a big cadillac in the front garden, there was an opening on to a lane which led up to the school. The two houses belonged to Freddie Starr and Diana Dors. He said the person who told him said it very matter-of-factly, as though it was nothing out of the ordinary to have two stars like that living in the street.

Diana Dors had one of my Flats built back in the 60s.

Had a good afternoon BBQ, just chilling with the family.

Im still chuckling that Trump had his daughter replace him at a G20 meeting sat next to Mrs May. Oh but she is the 1st Daughter isnt she:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Id say we are all going to hell in a hand cart, but we cant afford one and Europe wont let us borrow one, so it will have to be Lldl bag for life instead,

Americans must feel some embarrassment the first family just provides a lot of humour for the world to see. With all that money you would think he would be able to get a better hairdo.he should get a hair transplant or something.

Embarrassment is the last of the USAs problems, they have a insane egotistical monster in charge. A man so insane he has even created a new position of 1st Daughter to sit in on world conferences, a daughter who he has previously made very letchy comments about.

All the while we have Mrs May who bought 10 DUP MPs for a billion pounds having to dump one of her own for being a rasist, now shes appealing to Corbyn for help to sort out Brexit, I mean the guys too busy trying to get us 100 billion in debt buying the youth votes and spewing guff at any gig he can get into to really care about the mess the country is in.

Please let Wimbledon end soon, Im losing the will to live.:wall:

I too dislike DT, he acts like a child when he doesn't get his own way. What is our world coming to? If we ran the country things would be so much better, I would make richer people pay more tax, the low income, students a lot less ( or in extreme case NONE AT ALL):cheer:::cheer: and increase the living wage to £100.00 an hour for those on low income ( including students) reduce the pay per hour for those on high wages to £7.20 per hour.

My husband collapsed a street away last weekend. He came out of hospital Thursday evening. Its due to low blood pressure apparently which they cannot do anything about. So now we do not leave him on his own which is not the easiest thing to do when we are all out and about. When i asked if they could give him medicines for low blood pressure they laughed. I suppose that means there are no medicines for low blood pressure and that is universally known fact.

Your husband is allowed to have a bit more salty food than you should normally have .. the odd cup of bovril, for example (other brands are of course available). If he is able to exercise, that would be useful too, just a brisk walk for half an hour every day or as long as he can manage will help raise the blood pressure. I have the same problem and have been much better since I got the dogs and walk them every day :)

Today I am mostly questioning why the meaning of life is 42 Rest in peace Douglas Adams, you are much missed by us loonies with two Heads and glasses that go black to shield us from seeing stuff that would make us poo ourselves. Oh and dont get me started on the S.E.P concept of life (someone elses problem)

The Hungry Horse breakfasts are lovely, had several when visiting UK earlier this year. :D

Im very vexed by the Job Centre. I told them as soon as my flat was rented out and thus became an asset not my home. I fully expected them to thus stop my payments, yet they sent me a letter today saying it would carry on as before????? Im one to play strictly by the rules as Im too pretty for prison. I guess I will have to ask them again even thou I detailed everything in my last letter...

Took in another of next doors packages..yawn.. the geezer woke me up and the neighbour woke me up again collecting it.. its a hard life you know, eating and sleeping all day.

Booked an appointment with me Doc re the annoying swirling blades in my vision that are getting worse, dont hold out much hope she can help me as even the main man the Professor at the eye hospital couldnt explain them away, well Bests is so extremely rare hes only ever come across our family with it. But its messing with my depth pereption now , I keep walking into things .. or maybe I just drunk... got to laugh about these things.. worse happens at sea, especially if Im in charge.

Re my benefits... seems as Im on ESA support contributory or what ever its called its not means tested.. in other words they will keep sending me the dosh as long as I fit the criteria of being a visually impaired loonie... it swings in roundabouts because off my pension I do pay national insurance and tax, this just means they give some of it back.

The thunderstorms last night were biblical, Southampton copped it worse than we did by all accounts, I tracked them on my phone with an app showing where the lightening strikes are in real time, technology is getting ridic. Unusually the storms came into shore here, normally the isle of wight deflects them away east or west.

I love thunderstorms and was hoping for some here in Cardiff, but no such luck. My dog was happy about that though (well, he would have been if he'd been capable of watching the weather forecast :D).

I get really panicked during thunder storms as my cousin got hit by lightening when he was 18 and died. I hate it when i am driving and it happens.

Actually the safest place you could ever be inside a car, thats if its made of metal not plastic, its called the Faraday cage effect, The charge seemly goes round the outside and then earths itself on the ground, thou it has nothing to do with rubber tyres.

If caught in the open stay away from trees as a strike would make them explode, simply kneel down with your butt in the and your face flat to the dirt, the theory is that its better to get a strike to your butt and not directly your head, or maybe it just makes it easier to kiss your own butt goodbye.

A big no no is using a land line thats hard wired during a storm, its ok to use cordless and mobiles indoors but not outside as any metal object could cause a strike. Plus if you dont have surge protections on pcs etc unplug them, same goes if you PC is hare connected to the router.

Best storm ever was sailing down Southampton water with a 60ft metal mast just asking for a direct hit :cartman: I wouldnt of minded, I knew angt would go gown the metal shrouds then jump to the sea with no harm to the boat, but it had a metal steering wheel directly connected to the boom and thus I was trying to touch that baby as little as possible from as far away as I could. As per the family sat below waving their cups of tea at soaked me every now and again with smug grins.

Ive witnessed a tornado kicking off during a thunderstorm, It was only a cat 1 but per square mile Britain gets more of them than tornado alley in America.

But lightening fasinates me, its known now that an arch of energy goes upwards before the strike comes down wards, then an arch of energy goes upwards from the source of the stricke in the cloud and this is all about how the ozone layer is generated and protects us from the suns harmful rays.

My new best mate Lord Bucket head told me all this, well he is still upset he couldnt beat Mrs May to be an MP so hes been out about searching for the allusive cash cow and magic money tree to save our planet.

Good old Trumpy tweeting again, post his sacking of all transgenders in his military. the excuse being about medical costs when the actuality is any new recruits would have to be at least 18 months in to gender reassignment post opp and existing service persons would only cost them a max total of 3 million. But they never got to the recruitment stage so in fact all Trump is doing is sacking people because it will bring the nasties who hate all thing other than straight men or women because he needs their support as he is in for pasting over the investigations on him.

The attack on the LGBT community could be a scary start to him even going to war with someone to distract away from his alleged corruptions and pull the , you need a strong leader at this time, card. Considering he promised to support LGBT individuals in he campaign speeches !!!!

Having more problems with my eyes, have a swirling vortex that basically completely blinds me for a second when its there and its becoming there more and more freqyentlu now, off to the Doc on Tuesday and hopefully will see Proff at eye hospital as soon as possible.. its kinda testing my normal upbeat mood.

Anywho the land lady is off with her troop of Guides to camp this weekend, I get the week to myself.. just as well really as I think my very being is erking her at the moment.. but then she has had a couple of weeks being a teacher to tired tots at work who just want their mummies.. then she comes home to the fun black hole that is me her lodger.

I may be delusional but I seem to still have my weird effect on some, in Robert Dyers on Sat out of the blue a worker lady actually handed me her card and said call me if you need anything.. I wasnt even buying anything, I was stood there patiently while relatives where taking half an hour over deciding what dish scrubber they were going to buy.. I have to say thou she was very attractive and a lot younger than me.. then on Thursday land lady ran into one of her teacher mates, who was very intense to say the least... in a specific way.. towards me.. yikes .. I keep looking in the mirror and seriously cant see hwat they see :lol:

Doc has given me some new anti sad meds which I hope wont turn me like the last lot into a pocket rocket of flatulence that would endanger the worlds ozone layer. :cartman: Been on these ones before and had no issue, so fingers crossed.

No luck with my fun swirling white fan in my eye, Doc never heard of it, but then to be fair the Professor, the main man at the districts eye hospital hadnt either. After I had researched for hours using a web crawling I had got its medical name and possible causes, one being that it was a form of migrain? Doc offered me anti migraine pills but said they may make me nauseous combined with other pills I take so I left it there and will just enjoy the firworks in my eye.. been ignoring problems in my eyes all my life another one aint an issue if it dont give me pain.

Went to the local cafe for full slap up English as its next to the Chemist, umm.. it was expensive and not the best Ive ever had, egg was over cooked sausage was of low quality and it had no hash browns or black pudding just cheap beans and a burnt mushroom.. the tom was ok. Id rate it 4 out of ten, but then the place does have a booze licence which on days could earn any food more marks.

So the US has told NC that they aint their enemy, no the US are every bodies enemey at the moment, Trump will be falling out with God next professing he is more Godlier.

Have you ever tried white pudding, Splashy. Well worth sampling if not. Cooked the same way as black pudding . Top fodder with some smoked bacon.
