Excellent scenes with Tiffany and Jack. Kellie Bright was my stand out performer tonight. Her face said everything when Jean was talking about her cancer. No words needed. Superb. Did laugh at Shirley giving Jean the crisp bag to blow into and then carrying on eating the crisps. Nice to have Timothy Bentinck aka David Archer as Ruby's barrister. And we all knew that Nu Nu Nu Nu Nu Ben would get the Duff Duff.
when did phil sell his club share to mel, was it to ray?
It was to ray.
I’m not sure, if he signed it over to her before or just another mystery.
is ben behind phil's problems?
shirley being nice to ben, just no, he killed heather
shirley and jean, good scenes
Phil and Sharon really do deserve each other, she's acting like some glorified gangsters moll and is so bloody full of herself.
Max Bowden has made a good start as Nu Ben, a very confident performance. He is nothing like the character of Ben, no glasses, contacts and no hearing air? It will be interesting to see where this goes. I wonder if there will be the same chemistry between the characters of Ben and Jay that Harry and Jamie had? And what is Ben and Lola's secret? Phil looks out of his depth. Paul Usher is brilliant as Danny, it would be great if he had a semi permanent place on the show.
lola seems terrified and scared, is it of ben?
his paul ring tattoo gone?
ben isnt into lola and lexi
why did "susan" kick out lexi and lola, billy and jay live there too, adam isnt good for her
jean was brave, shirley not but funny, good friendship
Linda and Tina were funny winding up Shirley. I agree Jean and Shirley have a great friendship and it works. We are now seeing Adam in his true colours and Ben has not lost his angry side. A nice mixture of light and dark tonight. We are being spoilt another very good episode, what is going on. EastEnders may not be top of the ratings but it is top of the soaps right now in terms of content knocking spots of Emmerdale.
Jack is very good with Tiffany, I like their scenes
Jean and Shirley are great
I hate Stacey's big black coat, I know it is a prop as Lacey is pregnant
Ruby got justice
A good week for EastEnders, it just keeps getting better and better. The Jack and Tiffany scenes were the highlight for me. Who needs Max? Max who??? I loved the ending, i did not realise there were two benches in Albert Square. :)
Roll on Monday. :cheer:
the plan is to rince phil who is broke, revenge
liked mel's honest outburst, if only ian, sharon, phil and kathy were in the pub for her to tear into
I am liking the Nu Ben. Phil has met his match. Loved Mel in the Vic. Jack needs to steer clear of Mel.
Was anyone else totally unconvinced by Phils threat to Keanu that he would need a wooden overcoat if things went to far with Louise. Someone really needs to smash Phils pudgy face in.
I love it when EE remember their rich history. The scene with Kathy and Sharon on the bench was perfect.
Gray Chantelle's husband is going to be an interesting character. There are rumours that he is going to have fling with Ben? I can't see that happening. Louise's face was a picture when Tiffany pushed past in Mclunky's. I am glad Kathy saw through Mel.
And a great Duff Duff with Sharon Tyson. Loved it when Sharon said Get a Nose job.
spoilt brat denny whacking sharon, well holy god did not expect that
all bang wallop slap punch beatings lately
Line of the episode goes to Sharon 'There's no hook-a-duck pond to push me into, Sonia!' :D Hide your paddling pools.
The Kim and Kat scenes were very funny and sad at the same time. I am liking Gray, he is interacting well with the rest of the square. I forgot about Sharon nearly marrying Jack. EE are certainly firing on all cylinders right now and top marks for the archivist.
very sharon centric week
does phil know denny punched sharon?
the ben lola dynamic is strange, why is she putting up with him, all to rince phil, does she need money badly
Nu Ben is not nice at all. All credit to Max Bowden, I like how he is playing the part. No Judy Garland musicals for macho/psycho Ben. Poor Kim bless her. Hunter looked dreadful. Gray and Chantelle are settling in well. Why did Keanu not thump Ben? If anything Nu Ben could take Keanu.
As much as the human trafficking is an important story to tell, I don't want too many issue based story's at once. This is not Hollyoaks it's EastEnders
How did Grey buy Kim's house, was it not to be auctioned?
I'm not keen on Chantelle and Grey just yet, she needs to have more scenes with Karen and her siblings, has she meet Bayley?
I am still slightly confused about Lola and Ben's plan
when will keanu knock ben out
