Yeah, I was on the floor kneeling trying to catch the mouse with a cup. It was using me as a shield against the cat. :lol: Then I couldn't see it anymore, stood up and could feel it clinging on for dear life. So I shook my trousers and it fell out. :rotfl:

I've dealt with so many mice they don't really scare me anymore. :p Its just a pain she always brings them just as I'm going to bed. :lol:
I have 2 days off work :D woohoo... it was packed yesterday, non-stop and I worked 2-close with half an hour break.
So the plan for today is to sort out the house because I haven't had chance to tidy up because of work, and then my brothers going to stay with me tonight and we're goign to watch films and eat Dominos..... OMFG! I just heard thunder :| I am now not impressed at all :(
Have had 6 days of pure stress, my husband and I nearly split up when my best friend got it into his head to tell my husband how he really felt about me, and announced he had been in love with me for 5 years. He then threatened my husband so I kicked my friend (now ex-best friend) out of the house. I had no idea he felt that way about me. I had only been doing what friends do and supported him through tough times ie work issues and death of his lovely mum.
My poor husband was crushed emotionally and said I could go be with my ex friend if I wanted to - I asked him why I should go and he said my friend has more money than him. Money has never driven me, as long as we can pay the bills and keep nasty people away from our front door thats all that bothers me. We have one big issue that Im struggling to find a resolution for and thats my friend and I are in business together so how do I deal with seeing him when I cant bare to be near him?
Havent slept properly since and have had such a dreadful headache its driving me nuts. My husband is being so sweet and keeps thanking me for standing by him. I love him, been together 10 yrs, and I have learnt a very valuable lesson you never really know what friends motives are for their friendship with you, and i hate thinking that way.
Now I just want to put the barriers up around myself emotionally and thats so not me, Im always happy go lucky, with a smile and laugh for everyone... any advice on how to deal with this situaltion would be gratefully recieved.

The mouse up the leg sounds halarious, unless of course you are scared of them....if it had been a spider up the leg I would have been flat on the floor as I would have fainted lol as I really cant deal with them no matter how small they are lol.

The bit I have bolded is very true. On several occasions I have questioned a friendship with someone I am very close to. We supported each other through hard times and then came the "how do you feel about me" talk. You need to talk to your friend and tell him where you stand and your intentions i.e. to stay with your husband. Whether you stay friends with him can only be your decision but you do have to talk to him as you're in business together. Also let him know that threatening your husband is unacceptable. If you don't want to speak to him, write a letter. Explain what he did wrong and why you are upset with him but don't get angry or start throwing verbal punches.
At the end of the day, we can't help who we fall in love with. I don't know what he intended to achieve by telling you but he maybe went the wrong way about it.
I went down London the other day, and on the trip down sat next to this really great bloke... and we totally clicked :D We've been in touch today and hopefully will be meeting up next weekend... the crap part is, he's off to work in Australia in a few wks time... :crying: You have to laugh at the timing of it really...:lol:
First day at college today. well sorta, was just an introduction type thing. Didn't really speak to anyone new but will hopefully find some new friendlings in the coming weeks! :D I hate this big change now; it's different changing from primary to high school, i dunno if it's cos we're younger or whatever. but it's strange being the youngest group again.

My temporary bus pass is a complete mugshot! Haha.. they want £150 for a bus pass! They can stuff that.. I'll just drive and then pay the bus far on the odd occasion I don't drive due to bad weather and that.
I start next Tuesday :) I'm soo excited, I noticed on the register list that there was a guy called Ben Jones in my class, a few years ago I used to speak to a ugy of that name, and last year he left College but said he may go back the next year (being this year) so I'm interested to find out whether or not it's the same guy... how weird would that be though?! Haha
I so wanted to go out tonight... but the weather is absolutely pants, so I think I'm going to have a night in :)
