jack is an idiot jeopardising his freedom leaving his kids alone for a killer a guilty killer at that
did jack shop in hunter, why is max advising mel?
does max know the money is missing, is he blaming rainie?
An okay episode, Charlie Winter as Hunter imo was good in those scenes.
Jean and Tiff were lovely and very touching with Dot dusting the picture of her wedding to Jim.
The rest was mediocre. Are we meant to care about Kathy and Masood? and don't get me started on Evie.
I forgot there was a second episode until the continuity announcer said at the end.
Part two and it is slightly amusing Jack really does not give a stuff about Hunter. This storyline seems rushed all of a sudden. I wonder if Kate Oates thought 'Sod it, lets get this over with?'
Kathy really does not like Jane does she? God help Bobby being stuck with Kathy when he comes out. I hope he finds that Hockey stick and bashes her over the head with it.
I agree, his "I know what you're after and you're not getting it" was pathetic. To see him practically bawling "I want my mummy" down the phone to Mel was so satisfying.
Not such the would be big man now, is he.
sometimes i find dot too much, was she not bullying the doc, poor chap, sanctimonious do gooder
go on karen
Phil is a gangster?
Since when?
Do Ian, Sharon and Kathy not care about the Doctor, they would know him
I can't believe I am saying this, but it was nice not having wall to wall soap tonight. It was good to have a break from Eastenders being on. Can we have Monday and Friday as a soap free zone on the BBC. Leave ITV as the soap channel.
I can see a life without EastEnders on the BBC.
Happy Birthday EE. :)
The Ahmed sisters is the same ole. I dislike them already! Similar to how Ronnie and Roxie were broguht in. Sorry but not very original.. Did we need to have them arrive in this episode.
Apart from that a good episode. A fitting send off to Dr Legg. Lovely to see Mary and Lofty. Sad to see Masood leave. I hope Mariam and Arshad are back soon. A nice ending without the duff duff.
It's funny Mary reminiscing when she left the square on the bus and stuck 2 fingers up at Walford, I can remember that episode like it was yesterday. I do miss those days, hopefully Kate Oates can capture this in a new era for the show. Fingers crossed.
Heartily agree, they are extremely annoying and while they don't know the circumstances it's very annoying that finding Dr Legg's pendant, their first instinct "Let's keep it'. I bet the restaurant will be run to hell, so I hope either the new owners of that share or Ian turfs them out.
Can't see Max putting up with it, not unless he tries his old tricks on one or both of them but considering he's trying to get Abi's baby, he might be a bit more careful.
Really, a couple of episodes in, Habiba and Iqra haven't got any better. As mentioned it just seems like they're trying to make an Asian Roxy and Ronnie. I really thought that Rainie would have been wise to them. The way things are going the restaurant is going to go down the toilet quickly.
I never liked Alia, she always seemed to have a 'deaths head' grin and was so know it all in the factory. Rana, I didn't mind, but this whole story line with control freak Kate is just putting me off. If Rana had half a brain she'd be out of there. Haribo and Iraq.... :D
I loved Mel giving Sharon and Kathy a few home truths.
so now stuart has a drugs past, common bond for him and rainie
Patrick certainly needed a haircut. His hair was a disgrace. So long.
The tumble dryer scene was funny, although Karen biting that savaloy did make my eyes water and almost wanted me to turn veggie. I love Bailey she is a good little actress and has great comic timing.
I thought Kat was buying a car off Rainie for a second. :D I liked the counselling session scenes with Stuart. I think Kate Oates may keep the character? I hope so.
Mick and Linda looked great in their wedding outfits. The Ruby storyline is taking an interesting turn.
Are Mitch and Karen a couple, if he can be faithful, I think he fancies Denise :p
dot the millionaire leaving for ireland
stuart is barred from the vic by mick but then drinks in there celebrating dot's inheritance
make up your mind ruby
where is jean, where is that caravan?
Rainie and Stuart are electric, how long before they have some how's your father?
Halfway (Callum) looks very fetching without his Benny hat. Sonia (Natalie Cassidy) has been rather good of late. I did smile at Martin giving Mick a kiss.
So we loose Dot, Mick and Linda for a while.
Iqra’s a grade A bitch. She needs taking down a peg or two. Habiba is the nicer sister. The Rainie/Stuart and the Karen/Mitch scenes were the highlights of the episode. Bailey is a star. The pace was better in this episode.
I really like Mitch and Bayley
I liked the scenes with Kush and Mo a genius idea to put these two characters together. That should be fun, Mo and Muscles. :D
I am intrigued by the Stuart and Rainie Scenes, I wonder where this will go. Rainie is better without Max.
big mo with toyboy muscles kush :p
I liked the prolonged Kush towel scene. Kush is carved by the gods. The Kush and Mo scenes work so well. Kate Oates is shaking things up mixing the characters up and I like it so far.
The Karen, Dinah and Bailey scenes almost broke my heart. Very sad and poignant scenes with Tiffany. Is that the last we will see of her?
bex after kush too
I would have perferred to see Haribo having a go with Kush, but i get they need a storyline for the Dentist, just not so keen on the Dentist, bet wet?
I know she was a bitch in the past but I really am feeling sorry for Rainie. It does seem that she is trying to turn her life around and Max is being a total asshole as usual. Not to mention he's got another woman, how the hell does he do it?
