do you know who it is? I really hope it isn't Joe cos him and Robert playing dirty in business stuff is one thing I think it would be a whole new level to do that to Ross, if that makes sense

Yes, the blond woman is playing a rather sick joke on Ross, pretending to fancy him when she does not. Her friends put her up to it.
