Because Ricky has told Pat that he has a good job earning lots of money, when, in fact, he is out of work with no money, so he can't afford the flat.
Yes he worked for his ex's dad so with them being history he'll have been given the push. Looks like he'll end up living in Pats, I wish I had a house like that, seems to fit an endless amount of people in.
I can't work out how many bedrooms it has, Bianca said 3 or 4, but it must be 4 if the social handed the kids back (when Kevin lived there was pat, denise, kevin, carly, chelsea, squiggle and deno?)which is strange when Tanya's is only a 3 as the girls will have to share when Oscar needs a room. The Beale's only has 4 bedrooms? even after a loft conversion, as Lucy had to share with Bobby and Steven shared with Peter when Christian was there.
Talking of which...I've lost track of where Chelsea and Libby are now. Would someone be kind enough to fill me in? Thank you.

I doubt Max would be interested. He turned down Claire didn't he? If Bianca;'s never met her uncle or hasn't grown upp knowing him as her uncle it's quite natural.
