Current Episode Discussion IV

Lol! I could barely hear what he was saying aswell. Franks voice really does annoy me even if it is his trademark. Don't get me wrong I like the storyline with stacey and her mum but I thought it was very similar to yesterday, It didnt do as much for me tonight. I thought pat was truly great tonight battling with her conscience. Best of all I liked the scenes with Chrissie, I thought she was funny when she was explaining to her lawyer about her bail money. Then the fiesty superbitch side when she wanted to get everyone at her trial. Then when she was in her cell with that annoying Gail woman asked if she had children,she looked so upset:(

frank and pat ... a tad predictable, but not that bad
stacey and jean - fab, just love this whole storyline, stacey giving her mum a bath and getting her to swallow those pills and then how stacey says 'i've been doing this for years, i know what will get her better' just makes me feel so sorry for her, a teenager looking after her mother and trying to make her better time and time again
chrissie's little psycho revenge thing though :rotfl:

OK, but for a Sarah Phelps episode it was a little flat.

Jean was good, and Pat brilliant as always. I don't like Frank but it's good that Pat finally gets a storyline. This is obviously tying up loose ends with the pair as Mike Reid has said this is likely to be his final appearance in EE.

The Jake/Chrissie scenes were very weak. Jake Maskall was absolutely awful in his scenes particularly.

Personally I liked their scenes better than I did yesterdays. Possibly because they only mentioned the imagainary 20k a few times, so I could actually concentrate without shouting "It was 5!" every two seconds. :lol:

No just decently written and well acted storylines instead of ill thought out and poorly acted cack. What is the point of Fwanks return. After all the defendant wont be back :rotfl:

I can tell you though that this is likely to be Frank's EE finale this week, never to return again.

I actually think Pat and Frank work well as a cupl- better than the other women he has been wit. I don't mind him that much. I suppose they brought him back temporarily because Den kicked the bucket. I couldn't help eeling a bit sorry for him yesterday though. If he were sensible ten he and Pat could stay a couple and he could give up all the affairs etc but - well Den and Frank - what a pair. Both had everything and wasted it.
