I hope the producers don't read these boards. Look at Louise Berridge she saw the "kids" wanted more of Shannis on the EastEnders messageboards and look what happened! She couldn't fit Den into it but because they whined on about Shannis this and that she introduced a Shannis/Zonnis fest :rolleyes:

If we get anymore of Mofie I'm blaming you and the other fans (if there are any).

This storyline is the pits and if my show is taken off the air because of it, they'll be a war on.

Well he does have cellulite on his chin but he must be popular in the totty stakes because all you used to get on the official board was Dennis and Alfie topics everywhere.

my only owrry is that once alfie leaves, all eastenders fans will hate little mo, and i hope not as characters that are hated will evenually have to leave

not all younger viewers vote for best actor based on "whats totty or not", and i dont think most would think that shane richie was "totty", i mean hes old enough to be my dad and hes not even that good looking

I loved Little Mo in her abuse storyline with Trevor. They just don't seem to know what to do with her since. She doesn't work with Alfie though and that's the popular opinion. It's proving such a turn-off for viewers.

Not ALL younger viewers but there's a "brigade" out there who wouldn't know decent acting if it jumped up and bit them on the chin.

The problem is an episode could be rubbish but say if Dennis or Jake appeared topless then you would get the "brigade" saying. "That was the best episode ever" etc and it's so annoying because it's not what the programme is about especially when you were actually a viewer when EastEnders was the best soap on television for a reason. Top plots and acting!

exactly bb, i vote for acting talent too. to start with, even though i think hes really fit, i didnt like nigel harmans acting and so didnt vote for him in the best actor catergory, just voted for him in the sexiest male catergory. however, i think his acting has improved but probably still wouldnt vote for him as best actor as although i think hes now quite good i think there are others that are better

it would make a rubbish epi slightly better but it would still in my books be rubbish

I don't think they are. He's just brushing her off or only paying attention when she's talking about Little Mo. We haven't seen the old Alfie for months, it's just that boring face he pulls.

I just think that when Alfie is with Mo he becomes boring like she is. I mean for expample if you lookaed at the Salsa night, compare Kat and Billy dancing to Alfie and Mo. Kat and Billy were really getting into because Kat was enjoying having fun. I never really liked Little Mo. I can stand Molfie for a while, then I just cannot face it any longer!

True! The show used to be so good and I'm not just talking about in the 00's either. In the 80's and 90's it was the best thing on British Television and even in 2000-2002 it remained the best soap. Then it got wrecked, dumbed down for the younger viewers and that's when everything died a death although it can and probably will come back.

I couldn’t agree with you more there. I hate Mo and Alfie with a passion.

Louise Berridge messed it up big time when it came to shannis. On the old BBC forums there were quite a few adults who liked Shannis that thought that the love triangle was pants and was annoyed that Den got sidelined. However there was also many kids with the 'shannis forever' and 'Dennis is fit' repeat posts and LB just assumed that if she put Zonnis there, we would all love it. :rolleyes: She could have fit Den into it if she had her head screwed on. No body wanted winey Zoe. This is why I like to think of Mofie as the zonnis of last year -both complete farces. If the writers never had Den have his ridiculous affair with Kate and developed his opposition on S&D relationship some more, then it would have been better.

Now it seems like they are repeating the whole mess with Kat/Alfie/Mo. Kate Harwood has been good for the show and ee has shows a great improvement over recent months. I really do think storylines are fine EXCEPT for Kat/Alfie/Billy/Mo. I can see this one dragging until Christmas. How else are they going to mark his departure? This storyline is as lame and predictable as it gets really.

As for Shane Richie, I don't rate him at all. Like you said QV, he plays himself and I really don’t class him as an actor. May sound harsh but its the way I feel. It annoys me how year after year he picks up these awards and for what? just standing there and joking. It’s ridiculous. There is some male talent in ee and Shane is not one of them and fair enouigh Nigel Harman isn't the best that ee has but at least he can act and show some range in his emotion, which can't be said for Shane. (just my view)

Shane Richie only does loud and brazzy and joking around. He doesn't do serious stuff and get away with it.

Actually, I know who is not getting killed etc. I suppose it was a question of semantics, and that I am peeved that this story line with Lil'Mo and Alfie will probably end up happening (baby alfie). This just goes a bit far in all directions and I would have liked to have seen something else happen, that's all.
