After Mondays excellent episode, not the best of episodes tonight, EE is one step forward two steps back.
Always a joy to watch Ann Mitchell. I can't work out Linda, to start with I thought she was playing Stuart? If she isn't this is not Linda, there is no way she would turn on Mick and side with Stuart.
The scenes with Hayley and Kat were watchable, I could not careless about Mel and Ray. They both deserve each other.
And again we are back to Ian Vs. Max, who wronged who more :wall:

Mariam and Cora were the stand out performers tonight.
A very good episode tonight. Why would Hayley go back with that witch of a mother? Perhaps because of Kat and Alfie.
I can't make my mind up about Linda.

Ashley McGuire as Bev nailed it and was outstanding tonight. I hope Linda is playing Stuart otherwise the character will become toxic and ruined.

There have been people saying Mel and Ray deserve each other but I'm pretty sure Mel is not as daft as she's making out. She knows Ray is up to something. I don't know what her plan with the ring is.
The scene with Ray and Louise was creepy, I was expecting them to kiss
I love it when Cora is vile. No one can match that vicious tongue. She would make mince meat of Ena Sharples.
Jack and Max scrapping is like the good old days, although Jack could have knocked the ginger ferret into next week if he had chosen.

The scenes with Bev and Hayley although a little repetitive were very well played.

It's pretty hypocritical of Max to get at Rainie and Jack for kissing when he basically needs neutered himself. As mentioned, he's not got the best record.

I believe Mick has told Linda to play it as realistic as possibble, the rest of the family are not in on this. This is to catch Stuart out. Some first rate acting tonight from Linda Henry and Kellie Bright. I did lol at shirley when she said she could only do the north in small doses. :D
Also great scenes with Martin and Stacey. They have a natural feel about them and they bounce off each other well

I lol at Mo being called a "Crackhead’s Fagin!" Jessie Wallace was very good. Also I like the relationship between Kat and Hayley.
Not overly keen on the Mel and Jack scenes the weakest part of the episode. Is Ruby stopping in the sqaure? Is she back for good?
