I don't' think Meena cares whether Ethan finds his mother or not. Like most things she does she seems more motivated by manipulating and controlling Manpreet. Like you say she could have given the phone number directly to Ethan without involving Manpreet, but I wonder if she is hoping that Manpreet will get caught out, and get into trouble, or even struck off. She seems intent on getting some sort of revenge on Manpreet for things that happened in the past. Like you I doubt she could have obtained the phone number so easily. I am not sure with an attitude like her's, she is entirely suited to being a nurse.

Have you noticed how fast text messages are read... a quick glance at the phone and they relate a saga.

I guessed during the ad break that Meena did not have the number for Ethan's mum, and that it was her number she gave him, perhaps a burner phone. I think this is all part of her plan to get Manpreet and Charles together, altho' I am not sure if she is doing this for "good" reasons, more likely just to break to break up Manpreet and Rushi. She really is a nasty piece of work.

I just do not understand or get Meena

Mandy wants the family to pay for Paul's funeral, the family should be helping Lydia and Sam, Charity was kicked out but they expect her to pay, has Debbie still got Al's money or did Priya return all to him, get Debbie to help Lydia

Nate is injured off work, Kim has to get in another farmer or have Jamie do that as well as manage Home Farm business, HOP business and be a vet :p

Where is Rhona working as a vet?

Did David take his own son or Frankie for the photo shoot?

The Funeral Directors were daft enough to let Viny have the funeral. If he doesn't pay them, what can they do about it. He has no possession, no fixed abode and no money.

Chas and Marlon should sell half the pub to Charity.

I don't think anyone gets or understands Meena. Being kind you could say she is just a "mischief maker", but I think she is trying to get payback against Manpreet for a real or imagined past hurt.

I think Kim got the money back otherwise she would have gone to the police about Al.

Nate's injury is a bit far fetched, I would imagine it is quite difficult to get a car to run over your foot. If you are close enough to get your foot under a wheel you would be close enough for the car to strike your body and do more damage. This seems to be something that happens mainly on TV.

Think David took his own son. These promotions, of a free sitting and print, were thought up by Kodak to increase the sale of film. Photographers hoped to earn money by selling additional prints, but this rarely happened as most people took the free print and did not order extra ones.

Maybe Rhona is working for an agency.
