I loved that they danced (a little) and kissed publicly - how can anyone not see they are in love.
I loved that Paddy noticed how much :cartman: loves :ninja:.
I loved that Chas hugged :cartman: as well.
I loved that they called each other husbands and liked it - also Mr Sugden and Mr Dingle to each other was cute.
I loved the last scene, they are so much a couple.

I wished:

They would have had a dedicated wedding episode and removed the ridiculousness of the Faith stuff, I actually like the Faith character but it spoiled some of the romance. I think the Laurel and David storylines are really important and interesting, they felt squeezed in to the wedding for no reason, they deserve to be treated with more care and attention.

I remain somewhat frustrated at two things:-

1. I so so wish we would have had a proper marriage or indeed a public commitment ceremony, IanMc failed to deliver what he repeatedly promised
2. Even with the Lucy excuse they could have easily written this as a proper wedding, they could have had them do the legal paperwork before they left for the Vegas trip that didn't happen with the excuse that they knew Chas would want to see them marry when they got home. They could still have had a last minute marriage with Robert using his powers to secure a venue and registrar - stranger things have happened. Then they could have had the shindig back at the Woolpack with wellie and all the tack.

Finally,

If IanMc reads any of these ramblings, I think he is good and has done well especially with Robron, I wished he had been more honest about the 'wedding' being a private commitment with an after party with family than the hype of it being a wedding. I think Ian needs to resolve this some time in 2017 by Robron having a registry office marriage (small and intimate, no drama) he could even just have it in an episode without any forewarning how great would that be !!!!!!!

hi Paul well said ive been a Robron since day 1 and now a proper couple and with all thats going to happen while Aaron`s inside Rob will be gutted he not his husband beside him and i think he will it out on one person and that finn i know Ryan said he wont but i think he will and he to be there for Liv but once cahs+Liv leave and Lucy +Isoble do there leave Aaron will have to rely on Rob and i think Rob will step the mark and be there for and Aaron will get through his Dark times ahead knowing that Rob we be right behind him and all this will make Robron Stronger when Aaron gets out sooner then we think i say about mid April

hi Eddy i seen that ED FB ealier and wouldnt be nice if we had a bedroom scene say like the day after the wedding i know its maxine`s episode again would be a lovely scene just before the vedict so lets all stay postive and we know that Aaron wont be jail for the whole 12 months with all the plans that IM has made for Robron and the a new set for Mill Cott i say Rob+Liv will move in first and Aaron once he free i say about mid APRIL or May or even before it has to be after the the life of Aaron Dingle episode and once Isoble+Lucy leave for there stuff Aaron only has Rob to turn to

Sorry guys I was mad busy last night and all day today so couldn't come on sooner. It's half term so I've been up to my neck in taking kids here, there and everywhere.

I'm loving the wedding photo-album ED did.

There was some really lovely scenes and stuff and I did enjoy it all. Even the other stories didn't bother me but the Faith/Police stuff I could've done without but loved her comment about not kicking 'blondie' out of bed for leaving crumbs.

I don't think it was fair to describe that as a wedding though tbh and frankly they've both made promises to each other in they past that they haven't entirely stuck to so I do find it difficult to buy into these being meaningful vows. Like I said I did enjoy it and im sure they can consider themselves permanently committed to each other.

Really I just find it unfair (call me childish if you like) that couples people don't give a monkeys about get to actually be married like David/Tracy while Robron don't. Not to mention it's Robron that are ALWAYS being tested in some way while again other couples get a free ride like Vadam. Yes I know it means more screen time but it means more hate and complaints too and then there's always the stuff we wont like to watch as part of this 'testing' procedure that IM has deemed necessary.

Personally I think there are other ways to give couples screen time that don't include half a dozen 'tests'.

Seriously though, despite my disappointments over this storyline and the lack of 'legality', I have been thoroughly involved with everything this last week. I'm shattered. I would really have liked a little rest before the beginning of the prison stuff. Just a few weeks of Aaron and Robert being happy would have been great and we could have all recharged our batteries.

Yes agree but maybe because Ed know robron have got a huge fanbase. Other couples like vadam maybe popular but people probably don't care in the same way which just means Ed think they can string us along all they like and we'll still be here. Trouble is they're probably right. Said what I thought this morning but I'm still just as invested in them

very true well said i think ED and IM have invested alot in our Robron and we will get a legal cival partership once aaron`s free which i think it be sooner then we think he defo wont serve the 12 months and with all the plans IM has for them dont just add up something must happen and we all have have just be pataince and it will all work out and Emmerdale have bulit a new set for Mill Cott they wouldnt do that just to have Aaron away for 12 months and ED knows that having the amazing Danny+Ryan on board and doing great Drama +angst and they work so well together and have a great working realantionship and of course just like IM he dont wont to upset us fans into the bargain

So Chas might be going to Prague with Charity and that is to tie in with Lucy's Maternity leave. If that's the case who is going to run the pub - possibly Diane come back behind the bar for a while? That would be good if she did.👍🏻

I think that part of the problem is down to the fact that the storyliners have run out of ideas for Robron. They need a good kick up the butt or, more preferably, some new blood with fresh, creative ideas.

Until that happens we are just going to get more of these blooming 'tests'.

i argee Eddy mybe we get all this once Aaron gets out which i think he will be in a few months we have to a little pataince ED have imvested in Robron to get them where they are they have built a new set for Mill Cott yeah and i sure we get what want in time ive faith in IM and will give us something back or he will us Robron fans going to ED and shout at him and like IM said he dont want to upset us to much and like he said he has lots of plans for Robron and he cant do that if Aaron is away for 12 months so hang in there Robron will be fine and i guess Rob and Liv will move into mill cott first and Aaron afterwards btw once Isoble going here GCE`s and lucy having here babies Aaron will only have Robert and the Dingles and Rob will step up to the mark and be there for his husband and this will make more Stronger form it

I understand that Chas will be on her own with Sarah in Prague. Charity either doesn't go in the first place or she comes back early leaving Chas and Sarah out there.

or Robert could always help out to but of course he be working at the haulage and scrapyard and doing up the Mill Cott which bothe Aaron+Robert have been doing and of course Rob will be getting to appeal against the 12 months which of course they will be doing that yeah

A couple of people on the other forum have mentioned how last night's episode was like a defining episode and that one chapter had closed and another chapter has begun. The SSW and the last couple of episodes have proven that when ED put their mind to it they can come up with some cracking episodes. I really hope that they bear that in mind when they write the next chapter for Robron because they are TV gold and a very special couple :wub:. I used to love Hollyoaks McDean but for me they weren't a patch on Robron. Robron are just in a league of their own:love: Also, after watching the last couple of episodes especially, whilst I've always thought that Danny's a phenomenal actor, Ryan is just getting better and better :wub:

Yes I think it was the end of one chapter, like now the story will shift on to another.I've said it for a while that this journey that Robron are on is one that is bulding them up to be the ultimate soap couple, strong and untouchable and judging by the wedding promo stuff and the aftermath I was right. All the angst and declarations leading up to ssw led to them both talking and then becoming engaged, we had the whole trust story which has now been dealt with - chapter closed and now we have had the commitment. The only way is up :D Once Aaron is released from prison I think it will be a tough time for him readjusting but I think ultimately ed need to iron out all the loose ends, maybe some help for Aaron, and they can move forward. Obviously there will be angst as this is Robron, but who doesnt love a bit of angst :wub:

we said and i argee ED and IM know what they have in Robron and Danny is amazing Actor and always deliver and Ryan is amazing too and will be throughout when Rob will hold it together and will do anything to get Aaron out and start his new life with his soulmate and husband and i think once Robron move into Mill Cott at the start it be Rob+Liv who moves in first and then Aaron will do after he gets out i say he be out sooner then we think IM has built a new set for Mill Cott and i think Aaron wont serve the full term he be sooner the we think and then Robron can have there new life together as husbands it will be have faith it will work out

They have invested soo much and they all love them. Even the cast are shippers :D I love Mark C's tweets about the wedding:D
They have given them (or made the story give them) Mill Cottage, one of the biggest houses in ED and have rebuilt the set so the intention must be to keep them long term. I think Rob & Liv will move in first. I think we will get her alcohol related story first the they will move in there to 'start a fresh' and get it ready for Aaron. We also have Adam/Rob scenes coming up so that should be good. I think Isobel will be filimg for a few more weeks then will probably take time off like you say, for GCSE's/revision time. They start middle of May and run through until end of June so I dont know how they will explain her off screen. Either she will 'go see her mum' or they will talk as if shes there but never be seen :D

I agree with everyone they are moving to a new stage, the prison stuff will be horrid and then we will have Robron going with :ninja: coming home to :cartman:

I'm really looking forward to seeing what's next for them after Aaron is released from prison. It wouldn't surprise me if there will be an official wedding, maybe when Lucy's back from maternity leave. I loved Ryan saying in his interview that Robron are more concrete now :love: One thing I would like to see is Robert struggling without Aaron because Robert's always the strong one. I know he told Aaron at the end of yesterday's episode that he'll wait for him because he's waited before but it's really different this time because Aaron was always there before, he just needed to wait until Aaron was ready, but this time he's going to be separated from Aaron - something that's never really happened to them before :heart:

It's amazing to think how far they have come. I cant wait to see what the future holds. I love how Rob is with Aaron, although I would still like the odd glimpse of his dark side but only if it's for protecting his family(and obvs not get caught lol):D
We all lose our positive vibe sometimes, sh!t happens :D but it all works out in the end :wub:

I think we will get one too at some point and could just even be them going off on their own. I loved that he said that too, he's so right, they are more solid than ever before.
I think we will see a bit of Robert struggling, there was a spoiler about it for the 6th I think and maybe him Chas & Liv will all support eachother. He will find it so hard with Aaron not bein around :( he will be like a lost soul as will Aaron inside. It isnt right to have these two apart! its like having Ant without Dec :D

I always feel the best way is to look at the bigger picture. There is sometimes stuff I dont like but given time to think on it and what it will ultimately lead to, it will always lead back to end game, that is their plan, they want them together for the foreseable, there will just be a lot of 'twists and turns' along the way :D

I reckon that the betrayal comment is most probably something along the lines of maybe Aaron confides in him about what's happening to him in prison but tells him not to say anything but Robert talks to someone after promising that he wouldn't

hiya well said and put IM and ED have invested to much now and of course Aaron wont serve the full term it cant if IM has plans for them he cant if Aaron is away for 12 months they built a new set for Mill Cott for a start and Rob+Liv will move in soon and Aaron to once he free and of course they will lodge a appeal yeah and i think when they do that the ball will start to roll and mybe he be out in 3 months say mid April ond early May and when Lucy is away to have her babies and isoble for her GCE`S Aaron only has Rob and the dingles and this when Rob come into his own and be there for Aaron

I hope when Aaron comes out they have a house warming party at the Mill & toast a new chapter for them!! :)

BTW for those of you who also use DS wanted to state that I'm confused by them, I thought they'd be offline for 1 day & now it's the 3rd day & I can't access it!! :wall:
