Current Episode Discussion - II

The explosion epi was great but I was a little disappointed as I felt it lacked a bit of grit.
Can't wait until Matt finally sees Sadie for who and what she really is. Poor Jimmy!

Poor Noreen one minute she was busting for the loo and the next she was flying over a bannister.:crying:
Liked the way we saw Dawn's face at the window before and during the explosion.
I think I may of even liked Scott a little Thursday night.
Nice Matt/Tom scenes once again and I of course liked the scenes with his brothers as always.
Shadrach he just gets more disgusting by the epi and I just cringe, as well as crack up, everytime he tries it on with a woman. But I love him!
Belle fantastic as always.

Looking forward very much to the coming weeks.
Excellent viewing once again.

My pleasure:) Anyways I liked old Noreen, thought that her and Val worked really well together and had hopes of a bit of romance for her. Shadrach who if I remember correctly was having a little flirt with her before the explosion..:lol:

Very emotional and heart touching episode Friday. I particularly liked the fact that we saw almost all the characters involved in tears, even Zak.
The King scenes for me were lovely, particularly as we had Matt/Tom literally clinging to one another during the search and afterwards at the hospital. Bob was excellent and the scene with Terry and TJ where he was telling his son that it's o.k, whilst trying to fight back the tears.
Shadrach hysterical as always, I just loved the way Chas ws chasing him down the road and gave him a hug before he fell into a ditch:lol:

I think that was the saddest part about it - everyone had gone, knowing their loved ones/friends had been found and not one person was even concerned about Noreen's whereabout, knowing that she was around. I just hope she gets a mention in this weeks upcoming episodes.

Yep this is exactly what I think ems. Emmerdale have done this to have an effect on us and it's worked.

They have proven that she's not so pointless afterall if we feel for her like this.

I'm hoping that Val will suddenly remember that she invited Noreen along and we will have a heart touching scene when she discovers that she is dead. I reckon that Noreen may of left everything to Val.
I agree Birks/emms I also think this was done to have an effect on us. I have to admit although Dawn died and the scenes afterwards with Bob were very emotional (and before) I wasn't as affected in the same way as I was at the end when Noreen was found and there was no one there for her.

and one non-charcter who I'm guessing was the estate agent. So three so far. Sadie identified a body whom the Kings thought was Jimmy as it turned out it wasn't. Jimmy isin hospital with spinal injuries. (Suspected)
