It was possible to buy 'Spice' on-line in the UK until they changed the law about 5 years ago. But it can still be bought on the Dark Web so presumably could GHB. It is possible that Max would know how to do this.

I think so. David told him that he had his drink spiked with GHB by Josh so he probably did online research and found out how to get it. I am surprised that David never asked him what was in the packet? He is only 15 so David would be entitled to ask what his son is ordering online.
