I think everyone was in too much of a shock about the horrific attack and worried about the extent of Jason´s injuries that they did not think about informing him, it is difficult to judge how much time had lapsed by the time Todd found out from the police...Quote:

how much of jason's life has tony missed but eileen called him and his past isn't good also like todd
