Well, I am cooking cabbage soup as I type this to start a 7 day diet as prescribed by a cardiologist. My bellydancing teacher lost loads of weight, so she said, she is quite big and it does not show really but she reckons she lost around 16 kg in 3 weeks. I am desperate to lose at least 7 kg, prefer to lose 10 kg if I can so please keep your fingers crossed for me that I can keep it up for the week and that I lose some weight. :) Posting this here might keep me on the straight and narrow and I won't cheat. Can't have any alcohol and I do like my red wine :crying:
