We finally get a good episode of Casualty. Sad to see Zoe leave. Poor Max. :( Glad Jaye Griffiths has joined the cast, a good actor. Loved her in the Bill. She may be a spy for Hanssen? It looks like they have history and know each other?
Robyn is really annoying. Almost smack in the mouth annoying. I thought the scenes with Dylan and Zoe were lovely.

Love this show but oh boy do I have issues with Fishty Freds spawn on this show....Reeeeta ..the creation of him off Eastenders fish stall is just a dire actress,appalling useless and soul sucklingly terrible just dosent touch describing how incompetent she is in the role. (I may need an intervention over my Reeet hating)
I mean I loved the painting sitcom back in the day and I soaked up the Minders, Terry s off spring in EE, even thou she did my nut in with her pronunciation of BABY but this is beyond the pale. ..(love that term, its far from PC now but dosent confuse folk as much as saying pouring oil on stormy waters)

I mean she has managed to remove most of her question intonation issues but they still surface now and again to the annoyance of my ears.

Oh boy... we just got rid of the awful Reeeeta but now they have foisted Amy from Emerdale on us...shesh man...
Add to that they have hired the writer who only does naff cliches and reruns of Tweenies and we have had the worst ever epp of the show so far.
Its ironic, The Bill was destroyed by one actress being shoved in our face, she couldnt act or say words that meant anything, yet Casualty hasnt been able to cast the perfect actress to do the same to their show, but boy oh boy are they trying. :wall:
Had to stop watching, Amy from Emerdale was doing my nut in, she basically only does one charachter herself and badly.

The actress that played Amy in Emerdale is playing Amy again in this show, her Geordie mumbling is so annoying, I keep saying what did she say! Jays bro isnt much better, hes trying to play the down trod bullied son, isnt that what he played in Emerdale? June from the Bill turns up, who just happens to of played down trodden blokes sons mother on Emerdale.
Charlie and Duffy need to get an off set room and spare us this disingenuous dribble.

I couldnt be bothered to read any guff but Im guessing they were going for a seamless one camera no cuts filamage.
Its the same kind of boreoff where they had Dot doing a montage on Eastenders. Its more about the crew trying to sell themselves to other employers rather than caring about the viewers It was this kind of new age straight out of media studies thinking that killed the Bill.
Made me chuckle, the mumbler as I call her, you know the lass from Emerdale Carls ex squeeze was demoted to linking scenes by walking throu them, they didnt trust her to speak anything. :rotfl: I think she did have a mumbling line a bit later, not a long one.
But it was Ok because Charlie and Duffy where there ...:cartman:

Wow.. the actress who plays Connie is fully commuted to this role, you cant fake that level of no hair. I hope she is just acting and this isnt a parody of her her real life.
Poor Naphen, sucked into the misery and spat out because Connie over stepped the realms of their friendship and is punishing him for her error.
Nice to see dead nanna from Eastenders up and about, thou as per she was vile to the Doc who treated her, he blew under the breath test so her stepping in front of the car was her fault. Now Louise, she needs a lesson in how to speak to someone without them then wanting to insert her in a laundry shoot head first.
