 Gosh thats huge!
Hmmm how boring. Wouldn't watch it.
Britain's Got Talent stars Kate Nicholas and Gin the dog are planning to tour UK schools.
The dance act will teach pupils how to train pets and are charging £500 for a rendition of their performance on the ITV show.
A representative told The Mirror: "We've sent letters out to a number of schools.
"We'll see how it goes, we had to think outside the box as it's not the type of act you can take to a nightclub."
Kate and Gin lost in the talent show final to 14-year-old George Sampson.
No offence towards Kate and Gin they were a great act and it would be a good idea to go around schools, but in reality no school is going to fork out £500 from their budget to acommodate this.
That's a good point Kath. Their act isn't exactly educational in respect to the national curriculum.
SIMON Cowell has signed up Britain’s Got Talent choirboy Andrew Johnston — and hopes to net another of the show’s singing sensations Faryl Smith.
He has identified the young pair as big stars of the future.
Andrew, 13, was left weeping after his pal, busking breakdancer George Sampson, beat him to scoop the ITV1 show’s £100,000 prize and a spot on the Royal Variety Performance.
But he will be singing Hallelujah from the rooftops after being signed to Syco Records, Cowell’s division of Sony BMG.
Simon is also keen to snap up 12-year-old Faryl.
She amazed him and fellow Britain’s Got Talent judges Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden with her stunning rendition of Ave Maria.
A source said: “Simon is talking to Faryl’s parents now about signing her. He thinks Andrew and Faryl could be the most gifted young singers for years.”
However, the show’s winner George, 14, has NOT been signed up yet.
The insider added: “It’s quite difficult with George as he doesn’t sing, that’s not his passion, so we are coming up with lots of exciting ideas for him.”
Andrew, of Carlisle, Cumbria said last night: “I can’t believe it — I’m so excited, it’s a dream come true.”
His performances have been viewed by more than 15million people on You Tube since he first auditioned for the show.
A Syco Music spokeswoman said “We are absolutely delighted to be working with Andrew, he’s incredibly talented and has huge potential”
Andrew joins sexy classical quartet Escala, the Britain’s Got Talent finalists who have also been signed up.
It's payday for Simon
IF you broke a rib swinging round a lamppost after being inspired by watching GEORGE SAMPSON win Britain’s Got Talent, the pain might have been worth it.
The wee street dancer has asked me to help him choose FIVE backing dancers for the first move in his new big-budget music video.
He has ditched the expensive, chubby and old BGT judges SIMON COWELL, PIERS MORGAN and AMANDA HOLDEN to call in my help instead.
Now we’ll co-judge the dance wannabes together — and we want YOU to enter.
I would say George rang me. But the little fella didn’t have any credit on his phone.
Shouting above the noise of screaming girls on his mum’s phone, he told me: “Sorry about my phone. I’ve used up all my credit calling girls.
“I’ve taken down at least a hundred numbers since I won. I need a little black book.”
He added: “I want to offer five members of the public the chance to appear as dancers in the video.
“This Friday we will choose our favourite five dancers to come to London next week to film the video. I want everyone to apply for this — as long as they’re cool. But I’m just glad to be working with a judge nearer my age for a change.”
Personally, I’ve got no time for the sort of dancing dogs, MICHAEL JACKSON impersonators and muscly blokes doing air-karate that BGT served up to us.
But I was chuffed for George when he won the show and landed the chance to star at the Royal Variety Performance next December.
And if his popularity after Britain’s Got Talent is anything to go by, his career is off to a flying start — George already has 500,000 pals on his Bebo site and a £15k-a-week security team to keep his army of fans at bay.
*You can enter George's search by clicking here to go his Bebo page*
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...cle1336153.ece
But hurry up — you have until this FRIDAY to come up with a routine then rehearse, record and upload your efforts for our analysis.
Ten finalists will be whittled down to five winners. They will then be named next Monday and win an all-expenses-paid visit to London to spend a day on the film set throwing their shapes.
There is no age limit on applications — so your embarrassing dads and idiot uncles can try their luck. But don’t expect them to get the gig.
George releases his vid on August 3, as a music dvd to buy online and in supermarkets and high street music shops.
And George, I’ve topped up your phone credit with a tenner.

Any of you dancers out there interested? :D
Britain's Got Talent winner George Sampson has signed an advertising deal with NatWest bank.
The 14-year-old breakdancer will front a campaign to promote NatWest Adapt, an account available exclusively for 11 to 18-year-olds.
The campaign will debut online and run for three months initially. Sampson's face will also feature on several bank cards.
Speaking about the agreement, he said: "It's absolutely mint! I can't believe I'll be on the front of bank cards - I really hope NatWest have enough cards for all the girls especially!"
NatWest brand director Richard Taylor added: "We're delighted to have George on board for the NatWest Adapt campaign. We're excited about his creative talent and he is incredibly popular amongst the 11-18 year olds the Adapt account is designed for."
Hope he is not burning himself out with all these deals he is being offered.
BRITAIN’S Got Talent star Jeremy Lynch faces a new nerve-racking audition — at a top football club.
The keepy-uppy king has a trial with Charlton Athletic after his soccer skills wowed TV’s Simon Cowell and fellow judges.
The Essex student, 20, will spend a week training with the Championship outfit next month hoping to fulfil his dream of becoming a footballer.
Midfielder Jeremy, who was on Arsenal’s books as a kid, said: “I haven’t given up hope of turning pro.
“When I was let go by the Gunners at 14, I cried. I’ve now got to get into the Premier League another way. But I’m determined I’ll get there.”
Jeremy’s “freestyle football” skills took him all the way to the semi-finals of ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent in May.
But he suffered an attack of pre-match jitters and dropped the ball twice.
Viewers still voted the popular rookie in the top three of his heat.
But he narrowly missed out on a place in the final when the judges selected Scottish singer Andrew Muir to go through instead.
The competition was eventually won by street dancer George Sampson.
Cowell told Jeremy: “It’s like forgetting your words twice — but you are a showman and you have star quality.”
Jeremy admitted: “I was devastated I dropped the ball and failed to make the final. But winning a contract with Charlton will more than make up for it.”
Jeremy starred in last year’s movie documentary In The Hands Of The Gods — about five freestylers going in search of legendary player Diego Maradona.
I wish him good luck with his trial, he certainly has a footie talent. :cheer:
Good that something came out from it then :D
The father of Britain's Got Talent winner George Sampson was removed from his son's 15th birthday celebrations by bouncers.
Brian Sampson attended the breakdancer's special birthday show at the Chicago Rock Cafe in his home town of Warrington last weekend.
The 40-year-old, who had only seen his son once in the past five years, caused a row at the event by swearing at a member of his ex-wife Lesley's family. He was then escorted out of the venue, but returned later and stood at the back.
"I just wanted to see George on his birthday. I wasn't the one who was going to cause any trouble because it was George's big day," Brian told The People. "But a member of Lesley's family came up to me and I told him to **** off. He then told the bouncers that I was here and explained to them about the split with Lesley and how I wasn't allowed to see George.
"The next thing I was being led out of the venue by three bouncers who told me in no uncertain terms that I was not to cause any trouble. They said it would be better if I stayed away so I was forced to stay and watch at the back. They didn't take their eyes off me throughout the entire time."
Brian split from George's mother Lesley five years ago, but their divorce was only finalised last year.
He added: "It was a shame that I couldn't wish George happy birthday but at least I got to see him, even though I didn't get to meet him. Hopefully I will be able to see him properly soon."
He doesn't see his son for five years but turns up to his 15th bash, not long after George won £100k :hmm: His dad isn't fooling me.
Yeah why hasn't he shown his face for his son's last 5 birthday. Money grabbing slimeball comes to mind.
BRITAIN’S Got Talent champ GEORGE SAMPSON is turning his hand to magic to add to his dance routine.
The wee breakdancer has been trying out tricks in front of family and friends.
He may add some of his new skills to a dance DVD he is filming.
He said: “Dancing is always going to be number one for me but, who knows, when I get too old I could always become the next DAVID COPPERFIELD.”
Well, I’m all for the young scamp learning new tricks but I reckon Bizarre’s favourite magician, DYNAMO, may have something to say about it.
The street magician cornered the market for the body-popping card trick years ago.
George will certainly have to graft some to match him
bless his little cotton socks! he's done ok that little boy:thumbsup:
Awwww Kate and Gin are on Alan Carrs Celebrity Ding Dong!!!! :D:cheer: IO love Kate and Gin! I thoguht they were great! :D

Faryl Smith has reportedly signed a £2.3 million record deal with Universal.
The Britain's Got Talent finalist, who caught the public attention for her rendition of 'Ave Maria' on the ITV show, was also being sought by Simon Cowell and a number of other record companies, reports the Daily Mail.
The 13-year-old's parents are said to be impressed with how Universal has helped turn opera singer Katherine Jenkins into a global name.
Smith said: "It's all just so overwhelming. I'm honoured to be joining such a fantastic record company, especially since it's where Katherine started. She has been brilliant, there's so much to learn and she will always take my calls, I feel much better knowing she is around.
"This is about the opportunity of a lifetime for me, singing is my passion and to be given the opportunity to make a career of it at such a young age is a dream come true."
Universal's Dickon Stainer said the size of the deal reflects the company's faith in Smith as a "long-term artist".
Smith's debut album is expected in May 2009.
Aww I hope she does well, I liked her. Amazing voice
im pleased she has a great voice
SIMON Cowell’s pal Sinitta is embroiled in a Britain’s Got Talent bias row.
A 50-strong choir she assembled auditioned and was put through to the final by the judges — despite miffed spectators describing them as “mediocre”.
So Macho singer Sinitta, 42 — who used to date Simon — encouraged them to appear on the ITV1 show after getting churchgoers together for a charity performance last Christmas.
She was in the front row of the crowd, offering direction as they sang at last Friday’s London audition.
Unlike almost all the other acts, judges Simon, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan allowed the choir to sing their version of Bill Withers’ Lovely Day uninterrupted to the end.
A source said: “It looked very fishy. Simon admitted he’d met them before through Sinitta and kept looking at her all the way through the performance.
“She was giving them encouragement and support from her plum position on the front row — just behind Simon.
“They got some criticism but they got through even though they were only mediocre at best.
“It felt like they’d been given special treatment because of Sinitta’s connection to them.”
But a spokesman for the show denied foul play, saying: “Simon made it very clear that he had met them before. People are only put through if the judges think they are good enough.”
Amanda Holden has claimed that working with four judges on Britain's Got Talent was too "confusing".
The actress said that Kelly Brook had to be axed from the reality TV series because there was not enough room for her in the show's format.
"Kelly's a lovely girl, but it doesn't work with four people, it doesn't," she told GMTV. "Because when you get two buzzes, and then two non-buzzes, Ant and Dec and everyone was going, 'What does that mean?'...and it was so ridiculously confusing.
"It was a shame for her because she was thrown completely in at the deep end."
Kelly Brook was let go by the talent show panel on January 20, just six days after being appointed.
Britain's Got Talent returns to ITV in May.
I wish they would stop going on about it now!
I mean they changed the x factor 3 to 4 and that worked in the auditions they are just making excuses now
SIMON Cowell got mobbed by screaming girls at the Britain’s Got Talent auditions, says fellow judge Piers Morgan.
The ex-journalist reckons Cowell’s recent split from girlfriend Terri Seymour added to the “stampede”.
But he said Madonna could be Si’s ideal new woman, adding: “They’re both fabulously rich — and have massive egos.”
Lucky Simon :)
ANT and Dec told yesterday how a host of STRIPPERS turned up at this year’s Britain’s Got Talent auditions.
The duo got hot under the collar at “exotic” acts who prompted fast buzzer action from the ITV1 show’s judges.
Dec said: “The vibe this year is burlesque.” But Ant added: “They call it burlesque, but it’s stripping. Burlesque is, like, feathers and it’s quite tastefully done.
“We’ve had a lot of stripping. Which is brilliant if you are a fellow standing in the wings watching.”
This year’s show, which starts in May, was also swamped with dancers following 14-year-old George Sampson’s win last year.
But one guy went further and combined Paul Potts-style opera singing with some HIP HOP dancing.
Dec said: “It didn’t go down too well with the audience.”
SATURDAY Night Takeaway is looking for old embarrassing diaries for the show. If you can help, email [email protected].
Ant and Dec have admitted that they were furious when Simon Cowell hired Kelly Brook for Britain's Got Talent without consulting them.
The show's hosts did not learn that Brook had been recruited for the talent programme's judging panel until the first day of auditions in Manchester.
Brook was axed from the ITV1 series just six days later after producers decided that the format did not work with four judges.
"We didn't ask for her to be sacked. But it's completely true we were annoyed that she'd been brought in because we hadn't been told about it," Ant told the Mail On Sunday. "We arrived for work, got to the hotel in Manchester and found out there was to be a fourth judge for the show.
"Simon hadn't told us. He hadn't told anyone. Kelly was just there. She's a great girl and she looked fabulous, but if anyone had asked us straight off we'd have said it's almost irrelevant. It could have been anybody and it wouldn't have worked. We wish somebody had asked us. But no one did and no one consulted us."
Dec added: "We were angry about Kelly. But it was because no one asked our opinion. What was upsetting was that it happened in the first place. It was wrong from the start."
Britain's Got Talent returns to ITV1 in May.
Britain's Got Talent star Amanda Holden has claimed that she would appear on the programme for free.
The actress revealed that judging hopefuls alongside Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan on the hit ITV1 show is one of the highlights of her year.
"It's a real blinking easy fabulous job and I'd do it for free - they're a fool to pay me," she told PA.
Holden also promised that the forthcoming third series of the programme will be the most entertaining yet.
"I can honestly say I think it's the best series so far. The three of us never stopped laughing, crying in my case and generally having a good time," she explained. "I went home with tummy ache for having such a good laugh every single day, it was great."
Asked if she is tipping a particular act for victory, Holden replied: "There's a father-son act that I particularly like, that are kind of in the same vein as Signature last year, which is, you think they might be doing one thing and they end up doing something else. There's lots of big surprises."
Unless they are executive producers which they might be
Ant and Dec can't be miffed all they want but Mr Cowell is pulling the strings in this show and any other show he is invloved in. He's head huncho who does the hiring and firing. Simon can easily get rid of him the same way her got rid of Kate Thornton.
I think they had a right to be mad, I mean you know they present it and are part of the team, they have a right to know whats going on, I mean it makes them look like idiots if they dont know whats going on with the show
Amanda Holden has admitted that she fears being axed from Britain's Got Talent.
The actress has appeared alongside Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan on the judging panel since the show's launch in 2007.
In November last year, Holden revealed that she would be furious if Cowell hired a younger fourth judge for the programme.
The music mogul later ignored her warning and recruited Kelly Brook, but the star was axed after just six days. At the time, producers stated that the format was "too complicated" with four judges.
Speaking to The Mirror, Holden explained: "Well, now I know there won't ever be a fourth judge on Britain's Got Talent.
"But Simon could well change his mind about me or Piers - even Simon might leave one day if he gets bored, but I know it's his favourite job.
"It will be me or Piers who gets the chop - I'll be devastated. Britain's Got Talent is the best gig in the world and, as long as it lasts, I'll be thrilled."
Holden has previously claimed that she would be willing to appear on the ITV1show for free.
she wont be axed if she keeps wearing short skirts
