Well done Olly
The Black Eyed Peas have climbed to the top of the UK singles chart with their Dirty Dancing remix 'The Time (Dirty Bit)'.
The group notched up a fifth UK number one with their techno track, after an energetic performance on last Sunday's X Factor semi-final saw the song advance five places and snatch pole position on this week's chart.
Settling in at second is 'Whip My Hair', the debut single by Hollywood star Will Smith's daughter Willow, who at just 10 years old becomes one of the youngest artists in chart history to score a top ten hit.
Elsewhere, Rihanna continues her hold on the chart after 'What's My Name?' and 'Only Girl (In The World)' both climb to four and five respectively, while her collaboration with David Guetta, 'Who's That Chick?', holds steady at nine.
The mass of new entries and climbers around the summit of the rankings push the X Factor finalists and 'Heroes' off the top spot and down to seven on the night of the show's grand finale, while last year's runner-up Olly Murs lands right behind them, after falling four places with 'Thinking Of Me'.
Outside the top ten, a previously unheard Michael Jackson track featuring Akon entitled 'Hold My Hand' becomes the second-highest new entry of the week at 11, while Alexandra Burke's 'The Silence' also makes a respectable placing at 18.
Meanwhile, festive-themed tune 'Christmas Lights' by Coldplay climbs five places to 13, while YouTube star Alexa Goddard gains six places with a Cher Lloyd-inspired cover of 'Turn My Swag On' at 20.

Take That have dominated the UK album chart for a fourth week with Progress, which has now become the biggest-selling record of 2010 so far after breaking the one million sales barrier.
The popular boyband's first album as a five-piece for 15 years remained comfortably in pole position after shifting over 200,000 copies - a sales increase of 15% from the previous week - a month after its chart debut.
Commenting on this week's second and third-placed finishers, Martin Talbot of the Official Charts Company said: "Take That have really made the Christmas albums market their own this year and it’s all the more impressive given the competition from Michael Bublé’s Crazy Love and Olly Murs's self-titled [album] each selling over 100,000 copies this week alone."
Elsewhere on this week's chart, former number one album Come Around Sundown by Kings of Leon makes a reappearance in the top ten after advancing six places, while The Black Eyed Peas surge ahead eight spots to take The Beginning to nine.
Also experiencing a Yuletide resurgence in sales is Annie Lennox's Christmas Cornucopia, which rockets 11 places to 18 from last week's 29, and X Factor winner Alexandra Burke, who 58 weeks after the release of her debut album Overcome re-enters the top 40 at 22 with a deluxe version of the record.
However, unable to cash in on the holiday season are last week's high-charting new entries Love Live Life by N-Dubz and Endlessly by Duffy, which both fall out of the top ten after crashing eight and ten places respectively to 15 and 19.

X Factor star Matt Cardle has been declared as this year's Christmas number one with his winner's single 'When We Collide'.
The ex-painter and decorator sold a total of 439,000 copies in the six days since his victory on the ITV talent show, putting him ahead of this week's runner-up Rihanna and 'What's My Name?' by more than 300,000 copies.
Cardle - who has also secured the fastest-selling non-charity single of the year - stated: "I can't believe it, as if winning wasn't enough. I honestly didn't think I'd even make it on to the live shows, let alone win and now be the Christmas number one. I can't even begin to describe how it feels. It's nuts, crackers and crazy.
"To think that many people have supported me and bought the record is absolutely mindblowing. Thank you so much to everyone. I'm going to have one or two beers to celebrate!"
In third place this week is 1963 classic 'Surfin' Bird' by The Trashmen, which clocked up just under 70,000 sales following a Facebook campaign to avoid having an X Factor star as the Christmas number one for the fifth time in six years.
The new arrivals and risers at the peak of the chart send previous runner-up Willow Smith and 'Whip My Hair' tumbling down the rankings to nine, just a few places behind a massive climber in the shape of Take That's 'The Flood', at six from last week's 15.
Although Facebook users failed to dictate this year's Christmas number one, as they did in 2009 with Rage Against The Machine and 'Killing In The Name Of', several other singles endorsed on the site have made a substantial impact on 2010's Yuletide chart. The most successful of these alternative tracks are Biffy Clyro's original version of Cardle's cover - entitled 'Many Of Horror' - at eight, and Cage Against The Machine's silent 1952 piece '4:33' at 21.
Meanwhile, several other X Factor-related artists slide out of the top ten for the first time, namely last year's runner-up Olly Murs with 'Thinking Of Me' at 14, the 2010 finalists and their charity single 'Heroes' at 15 and guest judge Nicole Scherzinger's 'Poison', which drops eight places to 18.
By contrast, festive classic 'Fairytale Of New York' by The Pogues and the late Kirsty MacColl glides to 19 from last week's 26. The 1987 tune has appeared on the chart during December every year since 2005 and peaked at 12 last Christmas.

Take That have held on to the album chart top spot for a fifth consecutive week, as Progress adds another 330,000 copies to its tally.
The boyband gave their mega-selling album a publicity boost with appearances on both the Strictly Come Dancing semi-final and the X Factor final last weekend, which helped bring the record's total sales to 1.44 million.
Meanwhile, the next three albums behind Progress - Rihanna's Loud, Michael Bublé's Crazy Love and Michael Jackson's Michael - all posted six-figure sales numbers this week, shifting 194,000, 139,000 and 113,000 copies respectively.
Take That's recent performances also help launch Robbie Williams and his greatest hits collection In And Out Of Consciousness back into the top ten, the former-chart topping record advancing to seven from last week's 14.
Also experiencing a small sales bump amongst a top 20 consisting of 12 fallers are The Script with Science & Faith and Rumer with Seasons Of My Soul, both of which hop forward one place to this week's 16 and 19.

Matt Cardle has secured a third week at the top of the UK singles chart with his debut track 'When We Collide'.
The X Factor champion's tune became the first chart-topper of 2011 - having already won the titles of last year's Christmas number one and the last number one of 2010 - after holding Rihanna and Drake's 'What's My Name' into second place for a third consecutive week.
The only other new face in this week's top five is Katy Perry's 'Firework', which rises from eight to five, while Olly Murs returns to the top ten after temporarily dropping to 12 last week.
The stability at the top of the chart is not replicated between positions 11 to 20, which are populated by a significant plummeter in the shape of Katy B's 'Lights On', down seven after arriving at four last week, and a total of six climbers.
The most notable of these are Mike Posner's 'Cooler Than Me', Jessie J's 'Do It Like A Dude' and The Wanted's 'Lose My Mind', which after settling for spots in the bottom half of the top 40 last week advance seven, three and ten places respectively to 17, 18 and 19.

Yes come on Matty boy 3 weeks at the top. :D
Rihanna has notched up the fifth UK number one single of her career with 'What's My Name?'
The Barbadian singer has become the first female artist in history to achieve five number ones in consecutive years, starting with mammoth hit 'Umbrella' in 2007. The only other performer to have achieved this feat is the legendary Elvis Presley, who scored a number one in every year from 1959 to 1963.
Rihanna's success means that Matt Cardle dips to the runner-up spot this week with 'When We Collide', having successfully managed to hold his X Factor duet partner from the top of the chart for the last three weeks.
Katy B and Miss Dynamite yo-yo back from last week's 11 to their original position of four with 'Lights On', while Jessie J celebrates being named as the BBC's Sound Of 2011 by seeing her track 'Do It Like A Dude' rocket into the top ten for the first time, landing at five from 18.
Meanwhile, Rihanna continues her chart dominance as previous number one 'Only Girl (In The World)' and her David Guetta collaboration 'Who's That Chick?' hold steady at the back end of the top ten.
Looking beyond the upper section of the chart, Willow Smith's 'Whip My Hair' and Take That's 'The Flood' slip out of the top ten after losing four and seven places respectively to finish at 13 and 14.
The depths of the top 20, however, are this week home to three climbers in the form of 'The Flood' by Cheryl Cole, which is up 12 to 18, 'Raise Your Glass' by Pink, which rises from 21 to 19, and Alexis Jordan's 'Happiness', up four places to 20.

Bruno Mars has blasted his way to the top of the UK singles chart with new track 'Grenade'.
The Los Angeles-based performer netted the title of fastest-selling January single for 15 years, after shifting close to 150,000 copies of his sophomore solo effort. The last song to achieve bigger figures in the first month of the year was Babylon Zoo's 'Spaceman', which sold 383,000 back in 1996.
Only Help For Haiti charity track 'Everybody Hurts', Matt Cardle's 'When We Collide' and Cheryl Cole's 'Promise This' posted greater first week sales in 2010.
Settling for second place this week is Jessie J's 'Do It Like A Dude', a track which landed at five last week and the week before lingered at 18, while previous number one 'What's My Name' by Rihanna is bumped down to three.
Meanwhile, Adele leaps a massive 20 places to re-enter the top ten at seven with 'Make You Feel My Love'. The emotional ballad, first released in October 2008, has enjoyed a resurgence after being covered by several contestants on last year's X Factor and peaked at four back in October.
The reality show connection continues further down the rankings, as JLS and Tinie Tempah land at ten with 'Eyes Wide Shut', which in its current position becomes the boyband's lowest-charting single to date.
Tempah, who was this week nominated for four Brit Awards, also appears on the other side of the top ten with his Kelly Rowland collaboration 'Invincible', which is up one to 11.
Just behind is a triple bill of former top ten tracks - Rihanna's 'Only Girl (In The World)', Ellie Goulding's 'Your Song' and Katy Perry's 'Firework' - which slip to 12, 13 and 14 from last week's nine, six and seven respectively.
Additionally, Cee Lo Green climbs into the top 20 with 'It's OK', which is up four from last week's 24, while Martin Solveig and Dragonette also climb into the upper half of the chart after 'Hello' soars 11 spots to this week's 18.

Bruno Mars has topped the UK singles chart for a second week with sophomore song 'Grenade'.
The Hawaii-born songwriter secured himself a rare chart double, after his debut LP Doo-Wops & Hooligans also exploded onto the album chart at pole position.
Mars becomes the first male solo artist to top both rankings since 2007, when Mika's debut album Life In Cartoon Motion joined his mega-selling single 'Grace Kelly' at number one.
This week's runner-up spot belongs to Adele and her comeback single 'Rolling In The Deep', while rap legend P Diddy and his R&B collective Diddy-Dirty Money enter at four with 'Coming Home'.
Following immediately behind are new entries in the shape of Wretch 32's 'Traktor' at five and 'Hold It Against Me', the record-breaking new release from pop icon Britney Spears, at six.
The mass of debuts in the top 10 come to an end with 'Like U Like', a collaboration between I'm A Celebrity star Aggro Santos and Girls Aloud's Kimberly Walsh, which is straight in at eight.
However, just missing out on a single digit entry is Roll Deep guest vocalist Jodie Connor, who lands at 14 with Wiley reunion 'Now Or Never'.
Meanwhile, the peak of the chart is reflected in the depths of the top 20, as Bruno Mars and Adele slip together to 18 and 19 with 'Just The Way You Are' and 'Make You Feel My Love'. Neither can replicate the crash of X Factor champion Matt Cardle, who plummets 15 places to 20 with winner's single 'When We Collide'.

Bruno Mars has soared to the top of the UK album chart with debut studio LP Doo-Wops & Hooligans.
The 'Billionaire' collaborator dragged Rihanna's Loud from pole position and battled a strong new entry in the shape of Ritual by White Lies to reach number one.
Plan B's The Defamation Of Strickland Banks and a climbing Ellie Goulding round out the top five, while Rumer's Seasons Of My Soul dives down six spots to ten with their arrival.
Also taking a heavy fall are chart veterans Mumford & Sons, whose Sigh No More falls from five to 11 in its 68th week of release.
By comparison, Mayhem by Imelda May, Olly Murs's self-titled album and Good Ol' Fashioned Love by The Overtones all experience a healthy boost, leaping a combined total of 20 places to become this week's 15, 16 and 17 respectively.

Ke$ha has scored her first UK singles chart number one with latest track 'We R Who We R'.
The 22-year-old star, who previously reached a chart high of four with her 2009 debut 'Tik Tok', zoomed to pole position after selling over 90,000 copies of her fifth release as a main artist. The song peaked at 95 in previous weeks based on downloads alone.
Meanwhile, two new entries grace the upper section of the chart this week, Chase & Status's 'Blind Faith' at five and 'Yeah 3x', the twelfth UK top 40 hit from R&B singer Chris Brown, at ten.
Elsewhere, positions 11-20 display risers aplenty, the most notable of which are Tinchy Stryder's 'Let It Rain', which is up 11 places from 25, album chart champion Adele and her 2008 ballad 'Make You Feel My Love', up four to 15, while Taio Cruz and Kylie Minogue's appropriately-titled 'Higher' lifts 20 places to 17.
Just missing out on a spot in the upper half of the chart is Pink, whose 'Perfect' is a new entry at 21, while Aggro Santos and Kimberly Walsh prove to be the lone exception to the largely unchanged top ten, as 'Like U Like' plummets to 22 after debuting at eight last week.

Adele has soared to the top of the UK album chart following record sales of her sophomore album 21.
The star's latest LP became the biggest-selling January release for five years after moving 208,000 copies in just seven days. The last record to better Adele's number was Whatever People Say I Am That’s What I’m Not, the 2006 debut from Sheffield band Arctic Monkeys.
Only one album in 2010 managed to match Adele by breaking the 200,000 sales barrier, the phenomenally successful Progress by Take That, which shifted over half a million copies in its first week.
In addition to her new entry, Adele's 2008 debut album 19 also makes a reappearance at the top of the chart, shooting from eight to four in its 98th week of release. The last act to boast both a number one album and a second LP in the top five at the same time was Irish band The Corrs, who sat in pole position and the runner-up spot on the album chart in April 1999.
Beyond Adele's dominance at the pinnacle of the rankings, Irish vocalist Imelda May and opera star Alfie Boe both peek into the top ten for the first time with their respective albums Mayhem and Bring Him Home. May is at seven from last week's 15, while Boe climbs 11 spots to nine.
By comparison, last week's highest new entry Ritual by White Lies takes a mighty tumble down the chart, crashing from three to 14.

Critically-acclaimed newcomer Jessie J has scored her first UK number one with sophomore single 'Price Tag'.
The 22-year-old, who in January was crowned the BBC's Sound Of 2011, rocketed straight to the top of the chart after taking the unconventional move of releasing her latest track to radio and retail on the same day.
The song's success also gives featured artist B.o.B his third UK chart-topper, following last year's 'Nothin' On You' and 'Airplanes'.
The second-highest new entry this week belongs to Enrique Iglesias, who scores his ninth UK top ten hit with Ludacris collaboration 'Tonight (I'm Loving You)' at five.
Jessie J also occupies a second spot in the top ten with her first single 'Do It Like A Dude', which drops one place to seven. The song made a somewhat underwhelming debut at 25 upon its release in November 2010, but has since reached a peak of two and clocked up sales of over 300,000 copies.
Just behind Jessie J are Taio Cruz and Kylie Minogue, who jump to eight from last week's 17 with 'Higher', while Chase & Status round out the top ten after falling five places with 'Blind Faith'.
In the double digits, Pink and Tinchy Stryder both celebrate massive advances up the rankings, as their respective tracks 'F**kin' Perfect' and 'Wonderman' gain ten and 26 spots to become this week's 11 and 14.
Rihanna manages to place three songs in the second quarter of the chart, as her former number one 'What's My Name?' at 15 and David Guetta team-up 'Who's That Chick?' at 16 are joined by her new release 'S&M', which rides the tide of controversy caused by its music video to this week's 20.

Adele has retained her place atop the UK album chart with her second LP 21.
The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer held strong at number one after posting impressive second week sales of over 135,000 copies, while her 2008 debut 19 is also a non-mover at four.
Second place this week goes to Chase & Status and No More Idols, while a posthumous Eva Cassidy collection, released under the title Simply Eva, lands at six.
Meanwhile, Rumer's Seasons Of My Soul continues to zip up and down the chart, this week climbing back into the top ten at nine after falling to 12 last Sunday.
Elsewhere, Plan B's The Defamation Of Strickland Banks, which arrived at number one back in April 2010, begins to plumge down the chart after falling six places to 16. By contrast, Take That's Progress and Katy Perry's Teenage Dream both enjoy minor boosts up the rankings, bumping up two spots to 12 and 17 respectively.
In the outer limits of the top 20, new releases from Skepta and Roberta Flack make themselves at home, with the former's Doin' It Again settling in at 19 and Flack landing right behind with Love Songs.

Jessie J's 'Price Tag' has fought off competition from Chipmunk and a phenomenal return from Lady GaGa to stay at number one on the UK singles chart.
The BBC Sound of 2011 winner had finished in second place to Chipmunk and Chris Brown's 'Champion' when the chart update was announced on Wednesday, but later retained the lead by a margin of 5% to achieve a second Sunday in pole position. Both tracks shifted over 90,000 copies this week.
Meanwhile, Lady GaGa's long-awaited comeback track 'Born This Way' soared into third after clocking up 60,000 sales in just 34 hours of release. The song had originally been due to come out today, but was unveiled on Friday afternoon at the 'Alejandro' singer's request.
Outside the top five, 'Champion' guest vocalist Chris Brown's comeback continues to gain momentum as 'Yeah 3x' climbs three places to this week's six, while former number one 'We R Who We R' by Ke$ha slips behind him at seven from its previous position of three.
Despite holding steady at the top of the chart, Jessie J sees her debut single 'Do It Like A Dude' fall back out of the top ten to 12, one place behind the artist it was originally intended for, Rihanna, who advances nine spots with the controversial 'S&M'.
Other fallers this week include Chase & Status with 'Blind Faith', down four to 14, Tinie Tempah and Ellie Goulding's 'Wonderman', which is at 18 from last week's 14, and 'Traktor' by Wretch 32, which crashes eight positions to 20.

Adele has notched up a third week at pole position on the UK album chart after outselling the rest of the top five combined.
21 added another 130,000 copies to its tally over the last seven days, making Adele the first UK female artist to have an album at number one for more than two weeks since Susan Boyle and her 2009 debut I Dreamed A Dream.
New entries on the chart this week include Computers And Blues, the final album from The Streets at eight, while James Blake - who finished runner-up to singles chart champion Jessie J in the BBC Sound Of 2011 contest - lands at nine with his self-titled debut record.
Just behind them is the phenomenally successful Progress by Take That, which climbs up three spaces to return to the top ten in its 13th week of release.
Elsewhere, the run-up to Valentine's Day sees Roberta Flack and Michael Bublé experience significant boosts in sales, as the former's Love Songs jumps nine places to 11, while Bublé's Crazy Love is at 20 from last week's 25, 69 weeks after its release.
Sandwiched between them is another romantic record, UB40's 2009 compilation Love Songs, which makes a triumphant return to the top 40 at 16.
However, Ellie Goulding and Cee Lo Green both take mighty tumbles down the chart, as Lights and The Lady Killer fall seven and eight places respectively to 14 and 18.

Adele has snatched the UK singles chart top spot away from Jessie J with Brit Award crowd-pleaser 'Someone Like You'.
The London-born singer soared to pole position with the 21 track following her tearful performance at Tuesday night's ceremony, which sparked a mass of downloads significant enough to knock last week's number one 'Price Tag' and midweek ruler Lady GaGa down the rankings. The rendition also helped pull her comeback single 'Rolling In The Deep' up a spot to four.
As well as Adele's Brits-inspired success, several of the night's biggest winners have experienced significant surges in popularity on this week's chart. Reaping the biggest reward is Rihanna, whose 'S&M' is launched into the top ten for the first time at six following her 'International Female' win, while Tinie Tempah, who took home two prizes at the event, sees his JLS collaboration 'Eyes Wide Shut' reach a new peak of eight, seven weeks after its debut.
Over 90,000 downloads of the ceremony's live performances - such as Take That's 'Kidz' and Plan B's 'She Said/Praying' mash-up - have been purchased in the four days since their release.
Geoff Taylor, chief executive of the BPI, stated: "This year's Brits showed that Britain continues to shine brightly with new musical talent. Adele's breathtaking performance has deservedly taken her to number one, and all the winners and performers have seen a boost in sales.
"This is good news for the business, but also for good causes, as all proceeds from the Brits performances go to charity for the first month."
Meanwhile, former number one Ke$ha drops out of the top ten with 'We R Who We R', which is this week's 11, and Far East Movement score the second-highest new entry on the chart with 'Rocketeer' at 14.
A good showing at the Brits also helps Cee Lo Green rise 16 places up the listings to 19 with 'Forget You', while You Me At Six & Chiddy just miss out on a place in the top half of the chart with 'Rescue Me' at 21.

Adele has fought off competition from a slew of Brit Award winners to keep 21 atop the UK album chart for a fourth week.
The singles chart champion also sees her debut LP 19 return to the top five at four following her Brit Awards performance on Tuesday, making her the first living artist to have two top five hits in both the singles and album charts simultaneously since The Beatles back in 1964.
Martin Talbot of the Official Charts Company commented: "It is a fantastic week for both Adele and the Brits. For Adele to match a record of the Beatles is an extraordinary, historic achievement."
Also benefiting from this week's Brits are Mumford & Sons, who score their highest chart position to date with 'British Album Of The Year' Sigh No More, which leaps 17 places to two. Similarly, double winner Tinie Tempah zooms 19 positions to six with Disc-Overy, while Plan B celebrates picking up the 'Male Solo Artist' gong by seeing The Defamation Of Strickland Banks leap to seven from 24.
Just behind them at eight is a new entry from PJ Harvey entitled Let England Shake, while Cee Lo Green capitalises on his Brits win and Paloma Faith duet by hopping seven places to 11 with The Lady Killer.
Finally, re-entering the chart this week based on their awards success are Arcade Fire, whose 'International Album' gong sees The Suburbs land at 14, and 'British Female' winner Laura Marling, whose I Speak Because I Can rockets to 21 from last week's 80.

Adele has once again dominated the UK album chart, as her latest release 21 and debut LP 19 finish in first and second place on this week's rankings.
The London-born singer - who last Sunday became the first living act since The Beatles to appear twice in the top five of both the singles and album charts - notched up a fifth week in pole position with her sophomore record, while 19 climbed two places to the runner up spot in its 102nd week of release.
Adele becomes the first act to hold the top two places in the album chart since The Corrs in March 1999, when Talk On Corners and Forgiven, Not Forgotten landed at one and two.
Just behind Adele is the fourth compilation album from the Glee cast, which is the week's highest new entry at four, while Cee Lo Green, whose song 'Forget You' featured prominently in the Fox comedy's latest UK episode, climbs two spots to nine with The Lady Killer.
Rounding out the top 10 is Outta This World by JLS, which leaps comfortably back into the upper half of the chart after finishing at 20 last week.
Also bumping up the listings this week are Chase & Status, advancing one digit to 11 with No More Idols, while Pink makes it four climbers in a row with her Greatest Hits So Far, which is at 12 from last week's 19.
Brit Award favourites Take That slip six places after a temporary return to the top 10, landing one spot ahead of a new entry from Justin Bieber, Never Say Never: The Remixes, at 17.

Adele has continued to hold strong atop the UK singles chart with Brit Award show-stopper 'Someone Like You'.
Sales of the 21 track ran into six figures for a second consecutive week, eventually clocking in at an impressive total of more than 110,000 copies.
Martin Talbot of the Official Chart Company said: "Adele is proving to truly be the star of 2011. Her album has already become the must-have release of the year and for 'Someone Like You' to top 100,000 sales for two successive weeks demonstrates what a huge hit it is."
Former chart-topper 'Price Tag' by Jessie J is unmoved from the runner up spot, while Rihanna's S&M achieves a new peak of three after advancing from last week's six. Adele's first - and so far only - official single of 2011, 'Rolling In The Deep', is just behind them at four.
The highest new entry of the week belongs to Alexis Jordan, whose sophomore single 'Good Girl' makes an impressive arrival at six. However, Lady GaGa's much-hyped comeback appears to have got off to a faltering start, as 'Born This Way' crashes five places to eight in its third week.
Pink's 'F**king Perfect' finally cracks the top 10 after eight weeks by climbing three places from 13, while Cee Lo Green's 'Forget You' advances from 19 to 14 in its 22nd week on the chart.
Meanwhile, the Glee cast and guest vocalist Gwyneth Paltrow just miss out on a place in the top 20 with their 'Singing In The Rain/Umbrella' mash-up at 22, but the track becomes the show's highest charting UK release since season one's 'Halo/Walking On Sunshine'.

I bought the cd at the weekend.
Adele has finished at number one on the UK singles chart for a third consecutive week with 'Someone Like You'.
The second release from the star's mega-selling album 21 posted its strongest sales figures yet in the last seven days, shifting over 116,000 copies to stay at pole position ahead of 'Price Tag' by Jessie J and Rihanna's 'S&M', both of which are also unmoved from their places last Sunday.
Elsewhere, Lady GaGa's 'Born This Way' returns to the giddy heights of the list after a temporary tumble, finishing at four from last week's eight, while Adele is down a place at five with 'Rolling In The Deep'.
Also turning up in the top ten for a second time is Jessie J, whose 'Do It Like Dude' climbs three places from 13 in a result fuelled by the release of her long-awaited debut album Who You Are.
Lower down the numbers, Tiesto vs Diplo and Busta Rhymes shoot 21 places up the chart with 'C'mon (Catch 'Em By Surprise)' at 13, while Dr Dre comeback 'I Need A Doctor', which also features Eminem and Skylar Grey, is up nine places to 15 in its fifth week of release.
However, the reverse is true for JLS and Cee Lo Green, as 'Eyes Wide Shut' and 'Forget You' fall six and four places respectively, landing together at 17 and 18.
Finally, just beyond the top half of the chart are the Foo Fighters, who score the highest new entry of the week at 22 with 'Rope', their 25th UK release.

Adele has succeeded in sustaining a sixth week atop the UK album chart, as sales of her sophomore album 21 pass the million mark.
The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer made the milestone after adding another 180,000 copies to her tally this week, breaking the record for the quickest album to make it to seven figures between January and March. In addition to the unprecedented feat, Adele's debut record 19 continues to hang within the top five at four, while her track 'Someone Like You' remains at number one on the singles chart.
"We are witnessing a real superstar in the making," Martin Talbot of the Official Charts Company argued. "A million sales in six weeks for one album would be impressive enough but to have another album and two singles continuing to sell so strongly, plus heading both the Official Singles and Albums Charts simultaneously is truly exceptional."
Despite being unable to topple fellow Brit School graduate Adele from the top spot, critically-acclaimed newcomer Jessie J manages to make a strong impression with her debut LP Who You Are, which lands at two with first-week sales of 105,000.
Also arriving high on the ranking is former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher's new band Beady Eye, who make it to third with their first album Different Gear, Still Speeding.
Other significant new entries on the chart this week include the debut records from Clare Maguire and Alexis Jordan, both of whom manage to blast their way through a strong top ten. Maguire's Light After Dark is straight in at seven, while America's Got Talent alumnus Jordan makes it to nine with her self-titled effort.
Further down the listings, a top ten full of newcomers results in every spot between 11 and 20 being occupied by a falling favourite. The most significant loss is collected by the Glee cast, who only recorded a single week in the upper part of the chart with their fourth compilation album, down seven to 11, while Tinie Tempah's Disc-Overy also stumbles out of the top ten, settling for 12 from last Sunday's seven.
Also suffering a substantial drop are Plan B, JLS and Rumer, all of which head down six places with their respective albums The Defamation Of Strickland Banks, Outta This World and Seasons Of My Soul - this week's 14, 16 and 19.

Adele has retained pole position on the UK singles chart for a fourth week with 'Someone Like You'.
The Brit School favourite held firm at the peak of an unchanged top four also containing Jessie J, Rihanna and Lady GaGa, while Wiz Khalifa rounds out the top five with his debut track 'Black And Yellow'.
However, 'Rolling In The Deep', the lead track from the London-born singer's album 21, drops out of the top five for the first time, after slipping four places to nine.
Just beyond are two climbers in the shape of 'I Need A Doctor' by Dre Dre, Eminem and Skylar Grey, which rises four places to a peak of 11, and Tinie Tempah's 'Wonderman', also progressing four at 12.
Gathering pace too is Avril Lavigne's 'What The Hell', which is up nine places to 16 in its eighth week of release, while the title of biggest climber this Sunday goes to Noah And The Whale and 'L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N.', at 19 from its previous finish of 31.
Right behind, and just missing out on a spot in the upper half of the chart, are the week's second and third highest new entries, 'Heart On My Sleeve' by Olly Murs and 'Till The World Ends' by Britney Spears, which settle in at 21 and 22 respectively.

Adele has celebrated a seventh successive week at number one on the UK album chart.
The 'Someone Like You' singer shifted another 160,000 copies of her sophomore album 21, which last week crossed the million sales milestone.
The seven-day total is double that of this week's runner up, Elbow's fifth studio album Build A Rocket Boys!.
Also finishing high up on the rankings are veteran rockers REM, who score their 11th top ten album with Collapse Into Now, which is straight in at this week's five. The 'Everybody Hurts' hitmakers have sold almost 10 million albums in the UK alone throughout their extensive career.
Indie stars Noah And The Whale also clock up an impressive debut with their third studio album Last Night On Earth at eight, while the comeback record from Avril Lavigne, Goodbye Lullaby, lands immediately behind.
Meanwhile, Liam Gallagher's latest musical venture Beady Eye drop from three to ten with Different Gear, Still Speeding, finding an unlikely bedfellow in Daniel O'Donnell, whose Moon Over Ireland is a new entry at 11.
Olly Murs's self-titled debut album makes a hefty advance further down the double digits, rocketing 12 places from 29 to 17, while Tinie Tempah and Chase & Status are both down six with respective records Disc-Overy and No More Idols at 18 and 19.
Also slipping this week are Alexis Jordan and Clare Maguire, who both plummet into the 20s after arriving in the top ten last Sunday. Jordan's self-titled album is down to 22 from nine, while Maguire's Light After Dark loses 17 places to settle for 24.

Nicole Scherzinger has notched up her first solo UK singles chart number one with 'Don't Hold Your Breath', which ends Adele's four-week stay at pole position.
The X Factor guest judge, who last appeared on the rankings in December with top three hit 'Poison', became the first artist to outsell 'Someone Like You' since its release last month.
Scherzinger has topped the UK singles chart twice before as part of the Pussycat Dolls, who reached number one with their first two singles 'Don't Ya' and 'Stickwitu' in 2005. The girl group went on to have eight more top 20 hits in the UK before Scherzinger's departure last year.
Follwing Scherzinger and Adele are The Wanted, who score their third top five hit with Comic Relief single 'Gold Forever' at three, while Jessie J's 'Price Tag' and Rihanna's 'S&M' are bumped down two apiece to round out the top five.
The last single digit spot is snapped up by Dr Dre, Eminem and Skylar Grey, who take 'I Need A Doctor' to a new peak of nine in its seventh week of release, while up-and-coming girlband Parade make a respectable debut with 'Louder' at 10.
Dropping five places each to 11 and 12 are Chris Brown's 'Yeah 3x' and Alexis Jordan's 'Good Girl', but the biggest tumble in the top 20 belongs to Chipmunk and Chris Brown, who are down from eight to 14 with 'Champion'.
Meanwhile, The Black Eyed Peas ascend 12 positions with 'Just Can't Get Enough'. The song's video was shot in Japan a week before the country's earthquake and tsunami, and has been dedicated by the band to victims of the twin disasters.
The final new entry of this week's top 20 belongs to Snoop Dogg and 'Sweat' at 16, while George Michael's comeback release 'True Faith' fails to crack the upper half of the chart, settling instead for 27.

Adele has snatched an eighth week atop the UK album chart with 21.
The 'Someone Like You' star claimed the top two positions on the rankings this week after her debut LP 19 climbed back to the runner-up spot from last Sunday's four.
Adele's sophomore collection has now added another record to its wealth of achievements, beating Lady GaGa's benchmark for the most digital sales in the UK.
The 'Poker Face' singer became the first artist to break the 300,000 digital sales barrier in March with 2008 release The Fame, while 21 has shifted 320,000 downloads in just two months.
Martin Talbot of the Official Charts Company said: "Adele's 21 has achieved in just two months what took Lady Gaga's The Fame over two years. This really is a coming of age for digital album sales."
The highest new entry of the week belongs to London band The Vaccines, who finished third behind Jessie J and James Blake in the BBC Sound Of 2011 contest, and their debut LP What Did You Expect From The Vaccines? at four.
Right behind are The Overtones, who rocket 31 places up the chart with Good Ol' Fashioned Love after featuring in the Dancing On Ice quarter-final, and last week's runners-up Elbow, down to six with Build A Rocket Boys!.
The top ten is rounded out by veteran performers Daniel O'Donnell and Michael Ball, as the former steps two places to nine with Moon Over Ireland, and Ball arrives just after with Heroes, the 16th top 40 album of his 27-year career .
Further down the list sees R.E.M's Collapse Into Now plummet eight places to 13 from last week's five, while Bread And Circuses, the third studio LP by The View, is a new entry at 14.
Also crashing to the back end of the top 20 are Avril Lavigne and Mumford & Sons, who are down eight and seven places respectively with Goodbye Lullaby and Sigh No More at 17 and 19.

Adele has regained pole position on the UK singles chart with 'Someone Like You'.
The 21 star scored a fifth week at number one after knocking previous chart-topper Nicole Scherzinger and her track 'Don't Hold Your Breath' down to two.
Third place this week belongs to 'Just Can't Get Enough' by The Black Eyed Peas, which gains a hefty 12 spots from last Sunday, while The Wanted's 'Gold Forever' and Jessie J's 'Price Tag' complete the top five.
Adele's debut release 'Rolling In The Deep' also continues to hang within the single digits at nine, as Lady GaGa rounds out a largely unchanged top ten with 'Born This Way', down three from last week's seven.
Outside the top sellers, Peter Kay's Britain's Got The Pop Factor... alter-ego Geraldine McQueen and Susan Boyle win the second highest new entry of the week with their Comic Relief duet 'I Know Him So Well', while Snoop Dogg nestles in behind them at 12 with 'Sweat', which is up four from 16.

Kanye West and Rihanna collaboration 'All Of The Lights' also sneaks its way into the top 20 by climbing 13 places to 19 in its tenth week of release, while the Glee cast score the second biggest hit of the show's second season with their 'Thriller/Heads Will Roll' mash-up at 23.

Adele has clocked up a record-breaking ninth week atop the UK album chart with her second studio LP 21.
The mega-selling singer has now managed the longest reign in pole position on the chart this century, and has matched Madonna's record for the most consecutive weeks at number one by a female solo artist, which the legendary popstar set in 1990 with compilation album The Immaculate Collection.
Adele's sophomore album was last week confirmed as having racked up the most UK downloads ever, and previously became the fastest LP to sell a million copies between January and March.
By returning to the top spot on the UK singles chart with 'Someone Like You', Adele also celebrates achieving the chart double for a fifth week. Her 2008 debut album 19 also holds steady in the runner-up spot, making this the third week in the last five that the London singer has managed to occupy the top two spots on the ranking.
Elsewhere on the chart, The Strokes secure the highest new entry of the week with their fourth studio album Angles at three, while Ronan Keating and Burt Bacharach are close behind with When Ronan Met Burt at five.
Also debuting within the top chunk of the chart are Nicole Scherzinger and Chris Brown, whose respective albums Killer Love and F.A.M.E. touch down at eight and ten.
The new entries continue further down the listings, as Duran Duran's All You Need Is Now and Joe Bonamassa's Dust Bowl land at 11 and 12, while Awesome As F**k by Green Day and The Drifters' best of record Up On The Roof are at 14 and 17.
Sandwiched between the latter two newcomers at 15 and 16 are mighty fallers, in the shape of The Vaccines' What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?, down 11 from last week's four, and Daniel O'Donnell's Moon Over Ireland, which crashes seven places from nine.

Adele has made it an astonishing 11 weeks at number one on the UK album chart with her sophomore record 21.
The seven-times platinum LP, which was today named as the most downloaded album of all time on Amazon.co.uk, has now spent the most consecutive weeks in pole position for a solo artist's studio album.
Adele's effort previously became the fastest album to sell one million copies between January and March, and broke the record for most downloads in the UK.
The London singer also dethroned Madonna as the female artist to have spent the longest time at number one on the album chart.
Sandwiched between 21 and Adele's previous album 19 is Katy B and her debut LP On A Mission, while Jessie J completes the Brit School reunion after climbing four places to five with Who You Are.
Also shuffling upwards this week are Michael Buble's Crazy Love, which advances five spots to seven in its 77th week of release, former number one Doo Wops & Hooligans by Bruno Mars, up three to eight, and Elbow's Build A Rocket Boys!, which is at nine from last Sunday's 14.
The top ten is rounded out by a new entry from Scottish indie rockers Glasvegas entitled Euphoric/Heartbreak, while Mother's Day favourites Ronan Keating, Mary Byrne and Eva Cassidy all tumble into the double digits in the aftermath of the special day.

LMFAO, Lauren Bennet and Goonrock have climbed to the top of the UK singles chart with 'Party Rock Anthem'.
The trio's dancefloor favourite, which debuted at 22 on the rankings three Sundays ago, pushed Jennifer Lopez's comeback track 'On The Floor' into the runner-up spot after a two-week reign at number one.
The next two places see Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg inch forward a respective two and five spots with 'E.T.' and 'Sweat', while Adele's former chart-topper 'Someone Like You' misses out on the top five for the first time after falling three to six.
Meanwhile, buzz over Rihanna's "sexy" new 'S&M' team-up with Britney Spears propels the original track back into the top 10 at seven, next to Chris Brown and Benny Benassi's 'Beautiful People', which glides to eight from last week's 20.
In the double digits, Cee Lo Green hitches four places higher with 'Bright Lights, Bigger City', this week's 13, as Lady GaGa's long-awaited new single 'Judas' arrives at 14 despite having only been released little over 48 hours ago.
Finally, Katy B's 'Broken Record' crashes eight places to 19 in its third week of release and 'I Need A Doctor' by Dr Dre, Eminem and Skylar Grey follows suit, plummeting from 13 to 20.
