Leona Lewis, Beyoncé and Justin Timberlake are among the stars rumoured to be filling Michael Jackson's O2 tour dates.
According to The Sun, tour promoters AEG are planning a benefit gig in honour of Jackson, who died on Thursday.
The 'Man In The Mirror' singer had signed for a series of gigs at the O2 arena in London prior to his death.
Diana Ross, Sir Paul McCartney and Usher have also reportedly been approached for the tribute.
Earlier this week, it was reported that AEG Live could face a £300 million insurance liability.
From all the reports over the last few weeks we knew he was not a well man and 50 dates would have been too much for the fitest man let alone someone weak like Michael. His medical team or PR team have to be held responisble for his ill health they should have stopped him agreeing to perform if he wasn't at full health.
Has he ever been in full health?
I think most seemed more concerned about the money that was going to be made from the concerts then the actual man. I think even in death he has found no peace as the media is still speculating on his life.
does he still own neverland? and why was he living in rented accomodation?
I thought he owned the mansion in LA he stayed in when he died, he reportedly did buy one there in addition to Neverland. We will never know, the press will mainly speculate by allegedly getting information close to the source.
my sis said today that he apparently didnt own neverland anymore. also i heard he was in loads of debt that was why he was doing the uk tour
He - according to the papers, sooo its not gospel, said he was renting that mansion where he died for $100,000 a month.
DM - that's what Ive read, that he was doing the UK concerts to help pay off some of his debt, because otherwise he was facing financial ruin. THough, I very much doubt whether he could have managed to get through 5, let alone 50 concerts... the shape he was in.
lets face it if he was skint and in that much trouble with money then he wouldnt be able to afford to rent a place like that
