Amy Winehouse has been accused of hitting a man three times in a pub in Camden on Saturday.
Wayne Lindsay, 29, told The Mirror that the singer struck him in the face while he was drinking with friends at the Dublin Castle.
"She was in front of me at the bar and suddenly turned and walloped me three times across the face," he said. "It really stung.
"I couldn't believe it. I hadn't said a word to her or touched her. I was just drinking a pint with my friends... She was wild. She just flipped. It was as if she had voices in her head."
Winehouse was reportedly drinking tequila shots with friends when the incident occurred.
Lindsay added: "Amy stormed out immediately afterwards. I was really angry she thought she could get away with it. But I let it go.
"I'm not an aggressive person. Amy was in no fit state to put up a fight. She looked out of it."
However, a source close to the singer claimed that it may have been a case of mistaken identity, suggesting that she hit back after another drinker grabbed her.
It is the third scuffle that Winehouse has been involved in during recent weeks.
At Glastonbury she punched a fan on the front row after someone apparently groped her, while earlier this week she lashed out at a man who pinched her bottom outside her London home.
Jamie Lynn Spears has given her first interview since the birth of daughter Maddie Briann last month.
The 17-year-old told OK! that she was nervous about delivering her first child.
She said: "It all fell into place. I was right on schedule. I had a perfect pregnancy and a perfect delivery. I was very blessed."
Spears also explained how she and fiancé Casey Aldridge decided on their daughter's name.
"Maddie is a name that Casey thought of, and I really liked it," she revealed. "Briann was because a week and a half before she was born, one of Casey’s cousins, who he was really close with, passed.
"He was in a car accident. His name was Brian. She's also named after my older brother, Bryan Spears. We just added another 'n' to it and made her Maddie Briann."
I like that name and the reason behind it
Just to avoid people getting the wrong idea, I don't mean the reason that one of the cousins died in a car crash but that she was named in memory of him and her brother.
Ex-Blur bass player Alex James has revealed that his wife Claire is pregnant with their fourth child.
James, who has three sons - Geronimo, four, and two-year-old twins Artemis and Galileo - told OK! that he is having a daughter.
Speaking to the magazine, the musician admitted that he wants to continue his tradition of giving his children odd names.
He said: "I think you've got to have a look at them before you decide what they will be called. We quite like Sophie, although I don't think we will get that past the board of censors - especially Geronimo!"
James added: "There's a shortlist now. I quite like Boudica."
Those poor kids are going to be teased something rotten when they are at school :(
Actor Matthew McConaughey and model Camila Alves, 25, have welcomed their first child, a son. Levi Alves McConaughey was born on Monday, July 7th, at 6:22 p.m., weighing in at 7 lbs, 4 oz. In a statement, Matthew, 38, revealed:
A healthy baby boy was born. Camila and I were side-by-side the entire time. We are both tired and elated, and are so happy to have created the greatest miracle in the world — Having a child and making a family. Now comes the greatest adventure — raising one, together.
Releasing their son's name to OK!, Matthew explained that Levi is another name for the apostle Matthew in The Bible, and shared that his birth time holds special significance as well.
Our son was born at 6:22 pm, and this particular time represents my favorite verse in the book of Matthew in The Bible: "If thy eye be single, thy whole body will be full of light."
Levi's middle name is Camila's last, as "we wanted to incorporate her family name," stated Matthew.
ROLLING STONE RONNIE WOOD was last night living with a Russian bargirl less than a THIRD of his age — who is bragging to pals how he has dumped his wife of 23 years.
Muscovite Ekaterina Ivanova, 18, claims shocked Jo Wood begged her not to steal the 61-year-old after he took her home to meet his missus.
But the cocktail waitress told friends she sneered at the blonde ex-model: “I am not taking him — he is leaving.”
Dad-of-four Ronnie, who met the teenager while out boozing, has now whisked her away to his luxury pad in Ireland.
Yesterday Jo, 53, who believed the pair had gone on a painting holiday together, was horrified to learn of the teenager’s boasts — and insisted the conversation at the couple’s South West London mansion NEVER took place.
Jo declared: “She is mad — she is a terrible alcoholic.
“I know her — she’s been here. She’s a friend and he’s a guy — I’m going to call her now.
“And I’m gonna go and call him now and tell him what she’s said.”
Jo admitted she WAS frantic with worry — but said it was because alcoholic Ronnie was hitting the bottle again.
She revealed at the family home in Kingston upon Thames: “He’s drinking heavily — maybe two bottles of vodka a
Jo said boozy Ekaterina had wormed her way into becoming a drunking buddy of her husband — who has earned respect in the art world with his paintings.
The wife insisted: “I was quite all right that she was hanging around with him.
“They have been staying in Ireland and Ronnie’s art man was with them.
“Ronnie told me she was staying there and I said, ‘OK — get on with it and have a drink, go mad. Drink your guts up’.”
Asked if she thought the pair were having an affair, Jo stressed: “They’re not boyfriend or girlfriend — not in that way.”
Ekaterina has been telling friends a different story.
One said: “She is absolutely besotted with Ronnie.
“Whether or not he knows it, she plans a future with him.
“She has told everyone Ronnie has left his wife for her and they are a full-on item. She said she went to Ronnie’s house in London and has met his wife Jo.
“Ekaterina said Jo had told her she knew what was going on and begged her not to take her husband away.
“She claimed she told Jo, ‘I am not taking him. He is leaving’.
“She and Ronnie have been seeing each other ever since.”
Ekaterina used the social networking website Facebook to tell chums she and the guitarist were having a relationship.
In internet chats with them she said Ronnie was her boyfriend and she was quickly “falling in love”.
While Ekaterina has been staying with Ronnie in County Kildare — where he often goes to paint — the rocker has been using her as a model.
The friend said: “She has told everyone she has been posing for her boyfriend Ronnie, and that she only models for him.
“Everyone’s a bit taken aback by the relationship.
“She’s a teenager. Whether or not they are sleeping together is not the issue. It’s a weird set-up and Ronnie’s wife must be beside herself with worry.”
Ronnie met the Russian in a bar after the April premiere in Leicester Square of the film Shine A Light — MARTIN SCORSESE's documentary about the Stones.
It blends archive material of Ronnie, MICK JAGGER, KEITH RICHARDS and CHARLIE WATTS with footage from a 2006 concert by the band in the US.
Despite his rock and roll lifestyle, Ronnie has always declared his undying devotion to his marriage — earning respect for his commitment to a traditional family.
He and Jo wed in 1985 after his divorce from model KRISSY FINDLAY.
Jo has become a successful businesswoman, selling organic beauty products.
A source close to the guitarist admitted last night:
Ronnie is not being his normal self at the moment. He is an alcoholic and he’s fallen off the wagon.
He is drinking two bottles of vodka a day and there is no way he would be behaving like this if he was sober.
He went out and found himself a drinking partner — that is what this girl is.
He has been pushing away the people who love him while he does this. It is typical behaviour for an alcoholic.
He knows that his family wouldn’t tolerate him behaving like this so he has run away to go and drink himself crazy. He met this girl when he was on a drinking binge and now they are drinking partners.
His family just want him to stop drinking and come home. The primary problem is his alcoholism. They want him to deal with that first.
Former hellraiser Ronnie, who co-owns a London art gallery with sons Jamie and Tyrone, last checked himself into rehab before his daughter Leah’s wedding in June.
He hired dwarves to provide entertainment at the nuptials.
His spokesman said at the time: “The fact he checked himself in because it was Leah’s wedding shows, I think, that he is very capable of controlling it.”
I bet it is not his personality that little minx is interested in but the fact he has got loads of money.
Anne Robinson has been forced to make a record £20million divorce payout to her husband of 27 years, the Daily Mail can reveal.
The payment – a third of her estimated £62million fortune – came after a ten-month legal wrangle with John Penrose, sources confirmed last night.
It is an unprecedented sum in showbusiness circles from a woman to her husband.
Mr Penrose, 61, who split from the presenter of BBC's The Weakest Link last October, has been awarded £16million plus an investment property portfolio of four houses worth £4million.
He also keeps the cottage where he currently lives in the Cotswolds.
Miss Robinson, whose acid tongue and knowing wink have become trademarks on the hit quiz show, holds on to the lion's share of her wealth – £42million.
She gets to keep four homes – a townhouse in Kensington, a penthouse apartment in New York, a mansion in the exclusive New York enclave of The Hamptons and a cottage near Mr Penrose's in Gloucestershire.
The 63-year-old also gets to keep a property portfolio of five houses bought as investments.
The couple's marriage began to disintegrate three years ago when Miss Robinson's career took off in America. Such a large award recognises his contribution to his wife's career.
They first met as Fleet Street reporters in the 70s, marrying in 1980. Miss Robinson went on to become a newspaper executive and Mr Penrose subsequently became her manager, brokering lucrative contracts to write columns and later driving her rise to TV stardom in the UK and U.S.
She currently has a two-year £6million contract with the BBC to present The Weakest Link, Test the Nation and Outtake TV.
She is also paid £6million a year by the American network NBC to present the U.S. version of The Weakest Link.
Confirming the decree absolute – the legal ending of the marriage granted this week – Mr Penrose told the Mail: 'The decree absolute has happened this week which ties up the legal niceties.
 Some presenters get paid far too much imo
Angelina Jolie will reportedly give birth to twins next Tuesday.
According to French reports, the actress has agreed to be induced at the Lenval Hospital in Nice on July 15.
However, Jolie would apparently like the birth to come sooner because she's not enjoying her spell in the private hospital.
"She can't wait to give birth because she can't stand the hospital food, and she is fed up to be in this hospital room," said a source.
"If she could be induced earlier she would love it, but the medical team think it's medically better to wait until next Tuesday."
