Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't imagine that Joe would have gone to prison, or even been charged with anything, for faking his death, if Gail had been open from the start and told the police everything. If Gail had told the police everything of course Joe would have been arrested for trying to commit fraud. Tha fact that Gail didn't go through with it doesn't alter the fact that Joe's intentions were a criminal act.Quote:
