Most of them live next door or opposite to the pub so no need to drive ....

I just meant the idea that Nick could buy in to the factory without any sort of prior meeting or anything with Carla, but also meant that the same principle would apply elsewhere.
For instance years ago I'm sure the Rovers was briefly owned by Mike Baldwin and two other guys, and every time there was a decision regarding any sort of major thing they all had to be in on it.
I just want to shake her and tell her listen to the doctors
Are the calls from the prison not recorded, convenient Sally was able to call Sophie at that time on her mobile
I am still curious as to Duncan's motives, greed or is he working with someone else, either way I want to see his smug lies caught out, the actor is doing a good job, also is Imran still his solicitor as why was he in court?
I think if Tim goes with Gina, another good character is ruined
God Gemma, learn to speak properly, is she really too brainless to say Blackpool instead of"Blakkers". That and 5-0 when talking about the police.
I know she's meant to be a chavvy type, and most of the time she's decent but lately....
That guy who's Brian's superior. Brian is someone I can't stand but I feel sorry for him with that one over him.
so gina believes duncan and is going send sal down to have tim for herself
I've a feeling Gina is just trying to convince herself that Sally is guilty as then she can somehow justify fancying Tim... I really hope nothing happens between them as Tim and Sally are my favourite couple on the street.
Fizz is just annoying me at the moment, blaming everyone else for her daughter's behaviour. The way the deputy head is trying to get rid of the "problem" kids isn't right either but at the same time Hope bit a teacher - she needs to deal with that.
Talking about Hope biting the teacher: Where did she bite him? Right in the middle of his spelling test.
We also had some other good humour last night too:
Gemma explaining about her dopey ex: He had 23 tattoos. not sure if 'Lager' and 'Bitter' on his nipples counted as one or two.
Chesney: Hmm, classy. In that case I won't ask about 'Guinness'.
Some sister Gina is, after Sally and Tim being so kind to her, is she so desparate for a man she has to pinch (or try to pinch) her brother in law, disgusting, and total lack of loyalty.
As for HOpe, why is no one asking why she bit the teacher, seems they are not looking at her reasons!!
If it was that pompous elitist ass thats the deputy head, no one would blame anyone for biting him. He's a smarmy twit that sorely needs punching when he's calling everyone else neanderthal, rabble, talking about rabies shots etc.
I realise by saying he needs punched doesn't put me in the best light, but that's the sort of twit that really needs the pole removed from his ass.
As former headmaster, I cannot understand Brian tolerating the bullying ... he seems to have no confidence which does not make sense. Terrible storyline ...
brian signals one way but goes the other on his bike
gina really believes sally cheated and committed fraud
The thing I found most inexplicable about tonight's episode was Roy saying he gets Balfour and Butler mixed up. Balfour was a Conservative politician of the late 19th and early 20th century, whereas Butler was a prominent Conservative politician in the 1940s to early 60s. I just cannot believe Roy, of all people, would confuse the two.
does gemma not live with rita anymore?
Did anyone think Angie would have preferred Jude to be dead
Yes, she actually said so to Mary.
Why was Gina (the sister) a character witness for Sally?
Rana, take the hint and run.....Kate doesn't seem to think Rana should ever have a say in anything, or an opinion by the looks of things.
Poor Sally. :crying:
Rita's fall - Most unconvincing I've ever seen.
Rana does not want to be a parent so she should say so. She did the same with Zeedan who also wanted a baby. Does she think people will leave her if she does not play along with it all.
Rana said she does not like the idea of a stranger being the father.
Robert is not a stranger, wants to be a father and appears to be sympathetic to their cause and I'm sure the process would not cost anything like what the clinic charge.
I think Rana does not want kids or not yet at least but is afraid to be honest with Kate and is looking for any excuse, Kate is moving fast
I'm honest, I think it'll be lucky if that marriage lasts a year. Kate is a control freak and Rana isn't allowed to have a thought of her own. Ironically Kate is worse that way than Rana's family. If it isn't a baby she'd be controlling about something else.
Robert's life wouldn't be worth living if he agreed to donate his sperm. We'd have Ruari shoved in his face (and ours) forever .
