Chrissie did a good copy of Den's signature..Does Amanda know that Den is no more or has she fallen for the story that he has run off with someone else? Or would Amanda cover up for her friend if she knew the truth.

I agree with you, I think she should leave Dennis and Sharon to grieve for their father in peace (when they find out the truth), they should get the vic not Chrissie, it was never really hers to begin with, why should she make profit out of his death. oh come on, really who is going to grieve for Den Watts. look at everything he's done over the years, the lives he tried to destroy. Chrissie and Angie were his wives and were always second best, Sharon was his obsession and that obessesion nearly lost her Dennis and her chance to be happy.

I'm not saying what Chrissie did was right, But she didn't intend to kill him that night. he attcked her and all she did was try to get away from him, you instinctively protect yourself when you feel threatened, she thought he was dead and he grabbed her. what might he have done if she hadn't killed him?

When Sharon last saw Den she told him her father had died years ago, that the man standing in front of her wasn't her father. Theres no way she'd grieve for long for a man she didn't even know. And look what he did to Dennis, he tried to destory him and his life more than once, Dennis never knew him and the side of him he knew he hated. If Sharon and dennis want the Vic then i reckon Chrissie would be more than willing to sell her half but what you have to remember is HALF of that pub is hers. whether she was they're first or not.

I think you under estimate Sharon's feelings for her dad, the last time she saw Den she was extremely angry with him and in shock at what he had done. But whatever Den has done to her in the past, she has never stopped loving him, and I believe it's as true now as it ever was. The people who have read the spoilers will know that Sharon insists on having Den at her wedding (of course he's not going to be, not alive anyway). I don't know if she will let the grief eat away at her like she let it last time, she's got a life with Dennis now, and I'm hoping Dennis will be able to snap her out of the depression she is likely to be faced with. I think she's going to be very upset.

I agree that neither Dennis nor Sharon really knew Den, but I think Sharon probably knew him better. I don't like what the writers did to Den's character, it was horrible to have him hurt Dennis in that way. I think being parted from Sharon for so long made him possessive and spiteful at people who got in the way of their relationship. What Dennis saw from Den was 'front', he wouldn't let himself get emotionally attached to him, because he believed that protecting his daughter was the most important thing. And he thought Dennis was a bad influence on her, I also think there was some jealousy in that rage also. I don't think Den really hated Dennis, and I don't believe Dennis hates him either. I think Den is only capable of loving one person 'Sharon' and everything else just doesn't mean anything to him.

As for the pub, the wife is entitled to half, but whose to say what will happen. Look what happened with Sam! If Chrissie ends up in prison for Den's murder there's not much she can do to fight her case, is there?! I'm sure Den will give the Vic to Sharon in his will. Chrissie wants rid anyway, the only decent thing would be to give it to Sharon and Dennis. Then there's the whole matter of Chrissie forging Den's signiture to sell the Vic, i'm sure the courts wouldn't take kindly to that.

In the magazines out today it say Dennis tries to make Sharon choose between him and Den as he's hurt that she's decided to find Den after all he's done to both of them... epecially all the hurt he's caused Dennis...

Chrissie all ready owns half the pub whether she goes to prison or not. She used the money from the sale of the nailbar to jointly own the Vic with Den, she wanted them to be equal partners. IF she goes to prison for Den's nurder then she won't get his half of the vic unless he's stated it in his will...

If Den was still alive then surely Dennis and Sharon wouldn't have stayed in walford... and we'd have missed all this shannis action... Chrissie didn't mean to kill Den but everyone's better off with out him and i hope she gets away with it.

it dosn't matter really now ,shes another actor deserting the sinking ship,who can blame her,after tonights pathetic excuse for an episode,i'm suprised that i havn't deserted to,if some of us are bored watching how bored are thet reading and acting out the drivel
