Had a really bad day today, one of my friends was diagnosed with cancer of the lymph (sp?) nodes today, she's said the prognoisis is good, but she's in for an op on friday, and has to go for radio therepy every day.

oh sorry to hear about your mate jude. i hate hearing things like that cancer is the one thing im terrified about.

Yea me too, she's being really positve about it but I dont think its sunk in yet.

no it probablyy hasnt! although maybe being positive is the best thing to do.

being positive is really helpful, its due to releasing happy endomorphines - helps keep the body healthy, and aides recovery when the body is sick/attacked by cancerous cells. Wish your friend all the best.
