When Sharon first appeared I got the impression she was helping Harvey reluctantly, and I thought that was how it was meant to be presented. But the fact that she carries a tazer in her bag seems to suggest that she is an integral part of Harvey's gang, if not a partner. Where would she even get one, unless she had some serious criminal connections. Her relationship with Harvey, seems in some ways, to be a rewrite of the relationship between Ray and Debbie. Did the hospital know she had been tazered, if so did they call the police. She just seemed to lie down for a while, then get up and go home without any treatment.

Yes, this is what I didn't understand about the whole thing. Did the hospital not do any tests on Jenny? Did they just accept she tripped without investigating further? Did they not look into why she might have tripped? I believe Tasers leave puncture marks and burn marks. Did no-one at the hospital notice these?

I think tasers do leave burn marks, but if Jennie told them she tripped perhaps they did not examine her back, altho' they should have checked for broken ribs. If she hit her head and was unconscious they should have kept her in for observation in case of concussion. Considering people have died after being tasered, she seemed to recover remarkably quickly.
But hey! - why let details get in the way of a good story?

Tasers I believe can also cause complications of the heart partially depending on their power and partially if there are any pre existing heart conditions even if mild or dormant.

Yes, I think most people who have died or were left with pernament damage, were found to have prior heart conditions, even though some of them were unaware of this before being tasered.
