i just think of those boys wondering why they cant live with mummy...so sad
Same. It would be horrible for Jade if the boys asked her to tell the angels that she didn't want to go.
I'm sorry but this is too much - somethings should remain private - her death is turning into a circus :thumbsdow
your right her death is turning into a circus...jade is wanting the whole world to feel sorry for her! some things should remain private and to be honest everyday you read about it on the net and in the papers and im thinking not this again... this particular thread alone has 22 pages.....this is all too public! its ridiculous
Jade Goody is reportedly too ill to be visited by her former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Shilpa Shetty.
The Bollywood actress missed Goody's wedding ceremony last month and planned to visit because she "desperately" wanted to see the dying star.
Goody, 27, found out that she was suffering from cervical cancer when she appeared on the Indian version of the reality show, which is hosted by Shetty.
Max Clifford said: "She is not well. Shilpa totally understands that."
It emerged yesterday that Goody has finalised the schedule for her funeral, including plans for large television screens outside the church so that fans can watch it.
While I have all the sympathy in the world for this person that is dying, I personally am not interested in viewing her funeral on a large screen. Who does she think she is? A Daimler, a Rolls Royce, a convoy of seven cars? Royalty have less than that. She is dying a horrible death and she is leaving two young boys behind, which is terribly sad, but there are million of other people in the same situation and they don't get this treatment. In my eyes she will always be the shouting bully from a reality show, not the super celebrity she has been made into and what she obviously thinks she is.
i agree with you. i feel sorry for her friends and family especially her little boys and her mum cos no one should have to lose their mum so young or bury their own child. however i dont know her so why would i want to see her funeral? i know some people might but personally i couldnt care who the person was if i dont know them although its said why would i want to see the funeral. its not just her, but celebs, royalty etc to me are just like any other person who dies, its sad but i dont personally know them so im not gonna be upset over it
yeh that would be sad, it must be difficult for little kids when they dont understand what is going on. when my sis friend died her parents told her little brother that she had gone to live with the angels and he told them to stop being sad as she would be back in a few days as she liked living with them :( although they tried to tell him nicely, he just didnt understand why she wouldnt be back
Perhaps it makes a difference if the children see their parent poorly. As young as Jade's boys are, they surely know that their mummy in bed all the time and with nurses and doctors around means she is not well.
Fans of Jade Goody have travelled to her home in Upshire, Essex to show their support for the terminally ill reality TV star.
Goody is said to be entering her final hours after she left hospital for home last week and is reportedly slipping in and out of consciousness, Metro reports.
One fan, Jade Cunningham-Cox, said: "I was just drawn to Jade's house. For her to be in such distress, I felt as a fan I should be closer to her.
"She is the new princess of the people and it's tragic her life is going to end this way."
Goody is said to be "at peace" and sleeping deeply as she succumbs to her battle with cancer.
FFS, people, get a life. Goody is NOT the new princess of the people just because she is dying at a young age.
I have lost any respect and remorse i had gained for Jade - she is totally exploiting her situation and it does not paint her as a good mother leaking pictures and stories of herself dying to every media outlet - what kids would want to see that :thumbsdow
Jade Goody has said that she is no longer afraid of dying.
However, the reality TV star told OK! of her sadness of leaving her family when she finally loses her battle to terminal cancer.
Goody said: "I'm not scared of dying anymore. I believe in heaven and spirits, so I'm not scared of death.
"I am so scared and so, so sorry to be leaving behind my sons and my husband, and my mum and grandparents."
She added: "That's what scares me the most. Having to leave them and never see them again."
I have only sympathy for those poor little boys, I agree with some one Jade will only in my mind be remembered as a loud mouthed cow.
When she does die, who is going to ensure that the MONEY that she MILKED from the media will be used to take care of her two sons..I personally think those kids are the ones who will be suffering the most after all this is over. Jack Tweed??? has she made sure HE is going to be taken care of ?? Her mother ?? I am sure there are a few other fingers in this pie that Jade has created. I am sorry but I think this has turned into a media circus and this is a very private family time. And yes she is not ROYALTY.
BTW.. has she left any IMPORTANT messages to WOMEN about having themselves checked for this disease, or is she going to leave that until after she DIES and do the same thing as Bob Monkhouse did.. and leave a video for people to see after he died warning men to have themselves checked for prostrate cancer ??
This whole thing about Jade Goody has gone WAY TOO FAR:searchme:

OK! magazine has defended its decision to publish a tribute edition to Jade Goody even though she is still alive.
This week's copy of the magazine carries a black border, the banner Jade Goody Official Tribute Issue 1981 - 2009 and the strapline In Loving Memory.
The 27-year-old reality TV star, who has terminal cancer, is spending her final days at home with her family.
Her friend and publicist Max Clifford said the star was "very weak" but that she had "put her house in order".
In a statement, the magazine said: "OK!'s tribute issue is a celebration of Jade's amazing life.
"Jade's family have spoken to OK! today to reiterate that they understand the tribute issue and view it as being very kind to Jade.
"They would like to also state that they are extremely grateful for the support that OK! has provided during this distressing period."
Goody has been open about her desire to use media interest in her illness to secure the financial future of her two sons.
It is understood OK! paid around ??700,000 for rights to her recent wedding to Jack Tweed and the boys' christening.
Mr Clifford said Goody would be "present in spirit" at a rally to press for the minimum age for cervical smear tests to be reduced from 25 to 20.
Bob and Lynn Walker, who lost their daughter Claire to cervical cancer last year at the age of 23, were handing a petition in to Downing Street.
Mr Clifford also praised Tweed for his unstinting support: "Jack has been incredible. He has been nursing her every hour he is allowed to be there, brushing her teeth, holding her hand.
"For a 21-year-old to do what he has done is incredible. We all know the other side of him but in this he has been absolutely amazing. To be able to sit there day and night watching somebody you love die, it is very hard.
"He has done everything possible to make things as good as possible for as long as possible for Jade."
The reality TV star is also being nursed by mother Jackiey Budden at her home in Essex.
whatever next
Shilpa Shetty has said that she was sad to have missed Jade Goody's wedding and added that the reality TV star is in her prayers.
The Bollywood actress wrote on her website that she brought forward her visit to London to visit Goody but was unable to after her health deteriorated.
Shetty said: "Little did I know that the last time I spoke to her would actually be the last time.
"[I] am happy in a way I haven't got to see her, it would've depressed me no end. I always want to remember her smiling, the feisty strong gregarious Jade, a true trooper!
"This is the dance of life. Enjoy every moment of the dance, 'cause you never know when the music will stop. You are in my prayers Jade. You are destiny's child!"
She added that she "discovered a new Jade" when the pair met again on Big Boss two years after their falling out on Celebrity Big Brother, and that she admired her spirit and how she coped with her illness.
Jade Goody has decided not to celebrate Mother's Day with her two young sons, her publicist Max Clifford has revealed.
According to family friends, the terminally ill reality star has chosen not to mark the occasion with Bobby, five, and four-year-old Freddie.
Instead, Mother's Day cards hand-made by the boys will be delivered to Goody by a relative.
Earlier this week, the star informed her children that she was "going to heaven soon", but reportedly told family and friends that she did not want the boys to witness her death.
Clifford has confirmed that the family have made no plans for Mother's Day, which falls this Sunday.
Yesterday, OK! defended its decision to publish a special tribute issue in memory of Goody while she is still alive.
i thought they celebrated mothers day last weekend?
They might have celebrated it because OK magazine wanted to get their last lot of photos for their 'Tribute Edition'. As Jade is meant to be asleep most of the time now, she probably would not be aware of the boys being with her.
I am getting sick of seeing her to be honest and i know that sounds really harsh, but i feel that this should be a private matter, and it shouldnt be put all over the media, i feel for her poor boys and the rest of her family they should be able to say goodbye in private
Yesterday, OK! defended its decision to publish a special tribute issue in memory of Goody while she is still alive.<< then why did it look so FUNERALY:sick:
What exactly was their defense ??? So they paid her for exclusive rights of her death???.. so they have the right to publish WHENEVER THEY want to ?? OK magazine is getting seriously MORBID !!!!!!!!!!!
That photo of Jade was horrible.. OK should have at least waited till she was DEAD...:hmm:
Is nothing scarce ?? I would at least hope that she was able to retain some dignity...But OK magazine as made sure that her death is exposed like they would expose some one cheating on their spouse..
That PUBLICTIST is going to be raking in alot of money, being the mouth piece of the family,,, Wonder how much his cut is in this Media Pie that Jade has created ???
I think OK took a big risk sending that issue to press. I do believe OK honestly thought she would have passed on by Wednesday. Max said on Sunday that Jade was in her final hours so OK immediately thought they could get in first with a world exclusive of her death. Shame she was still alive on Wednesday otherwise it would have been a success
Max has a lot to answer for in all of this. He's been saying she had hours to live since last week yet she's still alive. I know death is an unpredictable thing but if what he's been saying is true then Jade should have died days ago.
I've never liked him, he's a money grabbing slime ball.
I must admit, I was rather shocked when I saw the headline. I dare say Jade will die this year, so the headline will probably be correct, but I think they should have waited until she actually passes away.
I just thought it was in BAD TASTE:sick: ..granted OK paid for the rights to use the story but still the woman has not croaked yet..dying yes but dead no....:thumbsdow
OK! magazine could reportedly face an official inquiry after publishing a tribute issue to terminally ill Jade Goody while she is still alive.
This week's edition of the glossy magazine has been marketed as 'Jade Goody Official Tribute Issue 1981-2009' and carries the tagline 'In Loving Memory'.
Speaking to Mail Online, a spokesperson for the Press Complaints Commission confirmed that the industry watchdog had received 60 complaints to date.
"Quite a few of the complaints refer to the impact of the magazine's [coverage] on Jade's family," said Stephen Abell.
"We need to discuss the matter with Jade's family to see if they want us to take the complaints forward to investigate."
Speaking to Radio 1's Newsbeat earlier this week, Goody's publicist Max Clifford admitted that the reality star's mother-in-law Mary Tweed had not been happy.
"If they've got it wrong then they should apologise for that, as I'm sure that they will because no-one has handled Jade Goody more sensitively in recent times than OK! magazine," he said.
Yesterday, OK! defended its decision to publish the issue, saying that Goody's family understood and were "extremely grateful for the support that OK! has provided during this distressing period".
Jade Goody's mother Jackiey Budden has spoken about the emotional turmoil at the reality TV star's bedside as she succumbs to terminal cancer.
Budden has been at Goody's bedside in recent days after she returned to her Essex home from hospital, The Sun reports.
Of her time spent with Goody, Budden said: "We laugh, we cry, we laugh, we cry."
Budden reportedly took a short break from looking after her daughter to visit a beauty salon for a fake tan treatment.
"I'm feeling better now I'm brown," Budden is said to have told a woman who handed her flowers on her return.
Goody's son Bobby was taken to the house to visit his mother after repeatedly questioning why he could not see her.
A family friend said: "Bobby is just old enough now to understand he doesn't have long with mummy.
"He has been asking why they are not staying at the house with her and he just wants to see his mum."
the whole thing is PATHETIC!!
My heart goes out to Jade and her two sons, no-one deserves to suffer from this horrible disease and I do admire Jade for having the guts to let the public see the horrendous effects Cancer has but it is now just turning into a circus and I don't know if it's jade, Jack and her mum or Mr Clifford who is milking it but it's getting to the stage that whenever we hear she's near the end we don't know if its the truth or not and you feel a complete sh*t for wishing they would shut up. Let's hope when Jade does finally pass away that Jack will go back to jail and not try and milk anymore publicity.
I doubt it's Jade feeding the media all this now. According to reports, she can't stay awake for more than a few minutes and she can't speak anymore, so it's probably someone else keeping the media circus going.
Hopefully when Jade does pass away, Jack will fade into obscurity and the media will have the sense not to follow Jade's children around as they are growing up.
Tragic Jade Goody is desperate to live long enough to treat her boys to a Mother’s Day “miracle”.
She dreams of one final happy day tomorrow with Bobby, five, and Freddy, four, before she dies.
The terminally-ill young mum has told her family: “I want them to have happy memories of me and to wish them a proper goodbye.”
It is this burning wish that has driven her to summon up her fading strength to defy death a little longer.
Jade had been determined that her boys would not see her suffer – but she has hated being apart from them.
And she has also hated the thought of her sons feeling lonely and upset as they have been kept away from her as her life slips away.
Bobby has been allowed to see his desperately sick mother and give her a cuddle after becoming deeply distressed about her plight.
Now Jade, 27, is willing herself to rally so she can see the boys – who have been staying with their dad Jeff Brazier, 29 – tomorrow.
A source said: “Jade has been determined her boys would not see her suffer. However, they’ve hated being away from her and want to see their mummy. They know something is wrong and just want to give her a cuddle.
“Jade has already defied medical opinion by surviving so long – she’s really proved what a fighter she is.
“Much of her willpower has come from the desire to see her boys again.
“A week ago, you’d have thought it would need a miracle for her to still be with us on Mother’s Day, she really did seem so ill.
“However, now that miracle will hopefully happen and she will feel well enough to have time with her sons.”
Well-wishers have been leaving flowers and notes for cancer-stricken Jade outside her home, a £750,000 barn conversion at Upshire, Essex.
Her mum Jackiey, 50, took a brief break from nursing Jade yesterday to visit a beauty salon for a fake tan.
On her return, she told a woman who handed her flowers: “I’m feeling better now I’m brown.”
Jackiey said of the emotional turmoil at Jade’s bedside: “We laugh, we cry, we laugh, we cry.”
Jade, who was diagnosed with cervical cancer last August, has spent the past few days under heavy sedation, drifting in and out of sleep.
She has indicated that she wants to be buried in the £3,500 ivory silk wedding dress she wore at her wedding to Jack Tweed last month.
Her funeral cortege is expected to travel through Bermondsey in south London, where she grew up, before a service at Buckhurst Hill, Essex.
It was revealed yesterday that Jade has arranged for a charity foundation to be set up in her memory.
She wants the foundation to play an active part in high-profile fundraising and to donate money to as many different charities as possible.
Just heard on BBC that Jade has passed away
yeah its true i saw it on sky news, that she passed away in her sleep.
Could you choose a more sensitive title in future please alan? RIP Jade x

Reality TV star Jade Goody dies after cancer fight
By NANCY ZUCKERBROD, Associated Press Writer Nancy Zuckerbrod, Associated Press Writer – 46 mins ago
http://d.yimg.com/a/p/ap/20090322/ca...3o4qrPcgIYhQ-- AP – British celebrity Jade Goody arrives at the international airport in Mumbai, India, in this Friday, Aug. …
LONDON – Jade Goody, a dental assistant turned reality-TV star whose whirlwind journey from poverty to celebrity to tragedy became a national soap opera and morality tale in Britain, has died. The 27-year-old had cancer and died in her sleep early Sunday at her home in Essex, southeast England, her publicist Max Clifford said.
Goody gained fame at 21 in 2002, when she joined the reality television show "Big Brother," in which contestants live together for weeks and are constantly filmed. Loud and brash, she became a highly divisive star — initially mocked as an ignorant slob, then celebrated as a forthright everywoman by a hungry tabloid press.
It was a pattern of praise and condemnation that followed her for the rest of her life. Goody became a national touchstone who sparked debate about race, class and celebrity in Britain.
For some, Goody was a survivor who had overcome a tough childhood on a London housing estate. Her father was absent and often in jail, and her mother struggled with drug addiction.
But she also was reviled in the press during her stint on "Big Brother" for her weight, her big mouth and her apparent lack of general knowledge — she branded the English region of East Anglia "East Angular," and asked whether it was abroad.
She didn't win the show, but she did become a celebrity, earning millions through television and magazine appearances, an autobiography, a perfume and a series of exercise videos.
It was during a follow-up stint on a celebrity version of "Big Brother" in 2007 that Goody was labeled a racist bully for her treatment of another contestant, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. Goody bad-mouthed Shetty's cooking of Indian food, mocked her accent and referred to her as "Shilpa Poppadom." While complaints against the show skyrocketed, so did ratings.
Goody's treatment of Shetty sparked anger in India and Britain — even becoming the topic of debate during a House of Commons question-and-answer session with then Prime Minister Tony Blair. A major sponsor suspended its advertising deal with "Celebrity Big Brother," and a chain of perfume shops pulled a Goody-endorsed fragrance, ironically named "Shh..."
After television viewers voted to evict Goody from the show, Goody — herself of mixed race — insisted she wasn't a racist. "I argue like that with everybody. It wasn't just because of the color of her skin that I was that aggressive," she said during an interview on Britain's GMTV.
After the eviction, the Indian Tourism Office invited Goody to travel to the country. She did, visiting charity projects and later agreeing to appear on an Indian version of the show.
"The people of India have only seen a small part of me and I'd like to show them that there is more to me," Goody said. "I'm a mother of two, a businesswoman. I can't be all that bad."
It was during filming of the show in the summer of 2008 that Goody received a diagnosis of cervical cancer by telephone from a doctor in Britain. The camera captured the deeply personal moment, which was shown repeatedly on TV in Britain, though not in India.
The progress of her illness was chronicled in detail in the tabloid press and weekly magazines, to the unease of many.
"Goody isn't rich or famous because she won the lottery: she's rich and famous because we bought all those papers and magazines and ghosted books with her on the cover, because we watched her television series, because we cheered when she was good and booed when she was bad, because we sat around discussing her over lunch," wrote columnist India Knight in The Sunday Times. "Now she's dying, she's making us all feel bad so we want her to go away, like a broken toy that's stopped being fun."
In February, a bald and frail Goody, married fiancee Jack Tweed in an elaborate event staged at an elegant countryside hotel outside London. She reportedly sold the photos for more than $1 million.
Goody defended being paid for interviews and photo shoots.
"People will say I'm doing this for money," she said. "And they're right, I am. But not to buy flash cars or big houses — it's for my sons' future if I'm not here. I don't want my kids to have the same miserable, drug-blighted, poverty-stricken childhood I did."
Before her rise to fame, Goody worked for a period as a dental nurse. She had an unhappy childhood in a poor south London neighborhood. Her father was a heroin addict who served jail time for robbery and died in 2005, her mother a former crack addict who lost the use of an arm in a motorcycle accident.
While many empathized with Goody as she underwent surgery and chemotherapy in the public eye — filming part of the experience for another television series — she still inspired vitriol in others. A Web site was even set up, devoted to predicting when she would die.
In February 2009 Goody's publicist said the cancer had spread to her liver, bowel and groin.
Goody is survived by Tweed and her two sons Bobby and Freddie, with an ex-boyfriend, television presenter Jeff Brazier. She also is survived by her mother, Jackiey Budden. Budden told reporters Sunday: "Family and friends would like privacy at last."
