I don't dislike her as such, I just think she is really overhyped. She's a pretty face and adds to the image of The X Factor, but I wouldn't say she is overly talented. She seems like a nice woman now, casting aside the whole toilet attendant incident.

It's just when I hear words like "Cheryl's a genius" or "she's the nation's princess" where I really, really cringe. I'd call someone like Shakespeare a genius, not a talent show judge.

The "nation's princess" comment makes out like the whole nation loves her, when that isn't the case.

I don't know where it came from originally, but I've heard lots of people over on the DS forums use it. It is completely ridiculous if she is described as the nation's princess.
