I don't see him breaking up with her, he was so worried about her when Noel told him about her suicide attempt. I think he will stick by her.:) Jay isn't that cruel I don't think

true. if you look on the casualty S24 highlights, you can see when she collapses he looks really worried.
I think she miscarries it and never tells him :o
