After watching todays episode (Paige and Tyler stuck in the lift - UK) I think Paige and Mark are just filling a gap in their lives at the moment. She did play girly games to get him in the first place as there was no other man around at the time. And it took other people to tell him she was interested - he did'nt switch on to it naturally.
I don't think Mark would be eternally single hes got too much to offer as a long term partner, but it certainly isn't Paige. He would have a lot more fun with someone closer to his own interests - but hes not being given the chance to find out with the whinging clingon around his neck all the time.
