There is no hype but you must be lucky enough to be the right weight. I through 8 family deaths witnin 5 years and ate myself silly and got to 16st 10,so I should accept myself over weight, with high blood pressure and high colestral. I don't think so. I joined the others on here and lost over 4 and a half stone, I now have got perfect blood pressure,low cholestral,and I wear a size 16 instead of a 24.I am willing to accept what I am now.A very happy healthy 52 year old.Quote:
