I know in those circumstances people can freeze and be unable to react, but Ben has been portrayed as a gangster, taking part in robberies, running about with guns and beating up people in the streets, so it seemed out of character for him to just lay their and "think of England". it's hard to have sympathy for ben, used too much in storylines and not liked, maybe if doing a male rape use someone else like callum jay martin or zack or have phil attacked in prison
