I'm wondering why Josh has had no follow up care from the hospital considering he was blind for several weeks. Why is it Billy's responsibility to take him in? The hospital chaplain could have helped him while he was recovering and maybe found him somewhere temporary to live, it's got nothing to do with Billy.

What a load of complete drivel that was. First of all in situations like that the operator doesn't just hang up, they wait on the line until the paramedics arrive. But worse than that was the paramedics just leaving with a dead body on the floor. There is no way they would have left before the police had arrived. At no time would the family have just been left alone with a dead body in the room. Complete and utter nonsense.
