I personally cant handle this heat,its got to be the hottest ever! It sure feels like it,thing is that i get dead grumpy and agitated when its like this,it is so unbearable!!!
If its any consolation - anything that is working its way from us isn't anything to worry about - we haven't had anything overnight at all - sun is out too hot again. The only rumbles we had were last night at about 5/6pm ish. Nothing since. There was some off the North Devon/Cornwall coast, but its not a lot. aww, thats always the case when you decide to go out. I remeber sailing once and it was really warm so i didnt bother with a wetsuit. Mega thiunderstorm and i was in a boat freezing with a metal mast. I reckon if i had a wetsuit on it would have been absolutly boiling.

Dont you have summer uniforms at schools now days, back in the days in the sixties, when the hot weather started at easter, we had a summer dress we had to wear from 1st April until 1st Oct, the weather was more settled then,without the global warming, so when it was hot you had on a nice cool cotton dress, most schools had summer wear then.Quote:
