I keep saying this, but the second they find out there is a body buried on the land they will not want to use it. The same with the land Seth was buried on, it becomes a toxic area that would need thousands of pounds to sort out.

What is happening to Emmerdale, it is becoming as bad as Eastenders. Why are the Dingles standing out in the cold protesting when the appeal has not been heard yet, nothing can happen until after that. I am a bit confused by the council involvement, if the golf club is a private development why are the council so involved surely their role would just be administrative. For a family that is always short of money, Lisa walks all the way to the cafe for food and drink when they are on their own doorstep and could just make it in their kitchen.
