how awful is the actress playing the female detective, who is as she looks familiar

i laughed at the dan/kerry/chas scenes

please i have had enough of rhona and vanessa

jai still mad at charity for sleeping with declan but he fathers a child with rachel :angry:

liked the scenes with nikhil leaving with mollie. nice scene with david. will miss rik, a superb actor.

how hypocritical is Jai!!!???? Pulling that one face he can manage to do, whenever Charity goes within a mile of Declan, whilst playing 'happy uncles' with Archie!!

I really want Declan to tell all re Jai being the father!!!

So the police bring a picture of Alex into the pub to identify him surely his family would be contacted first and where did they get the photo from?

Also Alex's body was burnt so how was he identified so fast

was Alex burnt?

but still how was he identified? DNA? in which case where did his DNA come from for comparison? did he have a record with the police? poorly explained by soap-plod

We didn't know much about Alex's background before he came to Emmerdale only that he cared for his nana

I thought Cameron went back and moved the body and burnt it

I don't think Cameron burnt Alex - just the evidence (although obviously not his boots).

No idea where the photo came from and I am amazed at how quickly they managed to identify him as he had been dead for 8 months :/

They can identify a body after 8 months in the ground .. but don't recognise that a person has been hit on the head several times from different angles :wall:

both Carl and Gennie should have had a post mortem exam done, as sudden unexpected deaths - and if the clues werent spotted at the time, how are they going to spot anything now!!

also in a murder case I thought - please correct me - that a victims body should not be released for a funeral ( and especially not for a cremation) until the accused is given the chance to request a second PM, independant of the first to assist their defence?

will the SW get that right or bury Alex asap?

I am sure he will be buried pretty quickly, the scriptwriters don't seem to bother about such technicalities. I am still amazed that they managed to ID him so quickly.

Rhona's drug dealer has just snuffed it after an RTA in Holby City Hospital.

If Rhona had all those pills stashed away ... why was she so panicky when Vanessa would not give her a pill when she wanted one???

Because she's an outta control crack head which mean there's never enough. More importantly, using Vanessa's stash means her stash will last longer.

great share for emmerdale for weds episode 37.3%, coronation street was 38.6%.

Laurel sure likes to make everything about her, Rhona didn't arrange the car jacking

zoe henry has been amazing portraying rhona's addiction. so compelling. its makes eastenders and sharons addiction rather pathetic.
