So Tanya did it
what a boring episode
clearly lying
Busy so going to say this quickly..
I REALLY don't think it's Tanya! x
i think she is covering for lauren, the way lauren was saying the truth will soon come out and catch up with HER
then why was Tanya apologising to Lauren then? Why would she be sorry that Lauren had done it?
Yeah, I think Tanya is covering for Lauren.
1. Too quick for the truth to come out - it's a soap after all!
2. Too obvious to be Tanya.
3. If it was Tanya, wouldn't Lauren have been slightly angry? Sure she isn't Max's biggest fan at the moment. But if her own mother had tried to kill her father, surely there would be some kind of angry emotion?
yeah but when her and Lauren were alone and talking about it Tanya was saying "i'm so sorry" why would she say that if it was Lauren and not her???
Yeah I think same as Rooney.
I think it was more of a... "I'm so sorry it's come to this. What have I done to you." Because if you think about it, all the arguments between Max and Tanya would have caused it. Caused Lauren to hate Max etc.. or a
"Sorry I'm going to have to leave you while you're left here feeling guilty, etc.. but I've got to do it, got to protext you".. sort of thing
My opinion anyway.
Not really poor scriptwriting. If it does turn out to be Lauren, then I think it's clever. It's been put in to make the viewer think exactly what you're thinking. I think I'll be more disappointed if it turns out to actually be Tanya.
it's not clever, its an insult to the viewers if it's done badly, which i have a feeling that was if it's anyone other than Tanya. In the context of that scene there was only one was she could have meant it. ah i'm probs looking into it too much, but that's my job as a screenwriter to look these things over like this.
I don't think it's an insult. It's inviting viewers to think deeper. Read between the lines. Think outside the box. This isn't a show for children after all. There is more than one meaning to what Tanya said - and the tone in which she said it.
I agree I thought it was quite clever
I mean I dont what to go off topic here but if you look at lost which they film scenes in many different tones as we never know the full picture and the way things are said can mean many different things since we dont know everything about their past and at the time the future is unclear
It could be someone else the way it was done otherwise there was no point in doing it that way
its not tanya, story guaranteed to drag on until xmas :rotfl:
i really don't think its her at all, she is definitly covering.
Not l;iking Suzy, can she not go on another holiday again!
I would agree with the poor scriptwriting line if it turns out to be Lauren...unless the scriptwriters can come up with a convincing story about how Lauren learned to drive like that.
I thought it was Lauren and Tanya covering but why? Surely Lauren would have a better chance of getting away with it and Tanya wouldn't lose the kids... I reckon is it as it is... Tanya did it.. they did say we would find out yesterday.. I don't think they would have a Lauren twist in it... she herself said that secrets catch up with you so she would have come clean
thought we were going to FIND OUT who did it.. it was sorta of vague,, Lauren never said SHE ACTUALLY DID IT,, Tanya never said she was caught doing it ,,its driving me nuts.
She must have told Jack, and Jack was trying to talk her out of doing what ever it was she was going to FESS up to the cops,,another thing folks,, CAN TANYA DRIVE ???? Never saw her do it
Lauren said it was her fault for showing the video.. she would have come forward...I stil think it is Tanya.. she has tried to kill him before... Lauren wouldn't be able to drive like that and if it was anyone else why would tanya risk losing her kids? Why would Abi be upset if it was anyone else?
WTF who is the actual culprit? Is is really Tanya and what did Lauren say?
What a crap episode
Could Suzy be more bloody annoying :thumbsdow
Lauren by her actions seems to be the culprit and Tanya is covering for her
Abi really is a Daddy's little girl she is only worried about him and not her mother who is in jail
So it wooden spoons at dawn for Suzy and Shirley (for sexy beast "coughs" fat baldie beast Phil) as they bake a cake for little specky Ben
Stacey the witness !
I think that stacey's taking the Tanya confession as a way to protect Bradley.....
Jack seems to have verrrrrry deep pockets,, where is all his moola coming from, I knew he was a bent copper, so I presume hes got one hell of a pile of moola stashed away some where???Or I guess the EE Blackhole bank extends to the Branning Brothers too :hmm: :rotfl:
I am so bored with Suzy,,I think Phil would be so much better off with Shirley,,I was waiting for Sean to take pop at old manipulative Archie,, I am surprised he hasn't already ( are they making Sean an old softie before he leaves ???? )
I loved what Bradley said about his feelings for Max,(I think Charlie Clements has come a long way since they called him the Ginger Ninja:ninja: )
Funny thing I had not even thought that Stacey would be a witness,,I sure did not see that one coming:searchme:
Massood,, I sure hope he did not ask his older brother for money,,,,,,,,,
although they havent said that stacey witnessed tanya driving the car they said that stacey saw the car hit max, the same way that abi saw the car but not the driver.
I think she used to drive her own car when they first arrived in Walford.
I was sure that they were going to say Lauren was the witness, was shocked it was Stacey.. would explain why she was looking all suss!!
Could this storyline get anymore confusing
Everyone is looking and acting guilty
Who do you think Masood phoned to get the money for the new business? Could it be his brother Inzamam Ahmed, who gave Zainab such a hard time earlier this year? :hmm:
You mean the one we have yet to meet? Could be, you are right.
What did the cake look like that Jane's mum made lol. Not enough ended up in Ian's face though  Me thinks there will be a catering war in Walford. Bring it on, the Masoods. :cheer:
Christian and his mum seemed strangely alike in today's episode, maybe that's why they don't get on!
Nice to see that someone remembered that Ian and Ben were half-brothers
yeah it was nice that fact hasnt been forgotton, i have to admit i felt really sorry for Roxy tonight. I really don't like Archie.
no me neither, no matter how much you dont think a guy is right for your daughter, you shouldnt go out of your way like he does to keep them appart when they love each other and as far as every one is concerned sean is the father of the baby.
Archie's definately a control freak. He wants complete control over his daughters but Ronnie is wise to him and he controls Peggy. I thought Phil was getting wise to him over his dad's boxing trophy being a fake but he seems to have swallowed Archie's rubbish explanation and now thinks he's the bees knees again.
I like the fact that this is a slow burner - I'm looking forward to seeing this story unravel and find out exactly what Archie is up to. I certainly don't believe he is now resident at the Vic because he is in love with Peggy.
are you suggesting he might marry Peggy and somehow get control of the Vic? i do like the slow burner thing too. when he first came in i was wary of how much Ronnie hated him but its very interesting to see how things develop. oooh, i know who will see through him- Janine!
