rana imram and the mother aren't acting as if the father just died, i thought muslims grieved longer
carla saying coffee her addiction not wine im shocked and why is "chelle" her shadow, annoying cow
Michelle just has to stick her nose into everything Carla does, but anytime her and Rob have issues, or indeed her herself, Carla or anyone else have to mind their own business.
Another thing, is anyone else irritated by just how possesive and clingy Kate is? I REALLY can't see that relationship lasting. It's like if Rana is out of her sight for any longer than a minute she's got to account for her movements, she needs to know where Rana's going, and any potential friends seem to have to be okayed by Kate as well.
On the other hand, I wouldn't trust Rana's mother, but Kate is just TOO clingy.
Peter Barlow thinks he is Sylvester Stalone.
I can't believe it was a paint gun! After all that promotion in TV magazines, soap websites etc it was a bit of an anti climax.
I think there have been a lot of stupid scenes with Henry and the other two characters. Accents were dreadful acting was dreadful and stereotypes over the top.
carla should have called an ambulance or beth for sinead when daniel not answering
Is Jude and Angie the most pointless characters on the street right now?
kate going all liam neeson from taken on rana's mammy, that is the sign of a healthy relationship
I've said it before, I don't think its a relationship thats going to survive, Kate is just too clingy and controlling. In some ways she's as bad as Ranas Mum in the way she wants to utterly control her.
As to Jude and Angie... I think Angie could still have a part in the show, I could see her developing. Jude though, he's just so irritating.
Something occurred to me while watching the disastrous vow renewal this evening - all those guests (not that there were a huge amount in the first place) were there for Mary, not for Jude and Angie. One of the biggest problems with Jude is that he hasn't really interacted with any of the main characters apart from Mary. Angie has been seen getting along with Toyah, and of course, there was her "moment" with Adam but Jude still seems to be on the outside, to some extent.
And now that he's allowed everyone to think he saved Roy's life he's going to be a hero for a little while until it all comes crashing down again... You would think he would try to avoid these situations where he has to lie, given that he's already been lying about his career...
It doesn't help when the actor playing Jude is an expressionless plank of wood!
I was wondering about their parents too - are Jude's adoptive parents still alive? He seemed to begin calling Mary "mum" fairly quickly. And we never see Angie's family either.
I thought that they only emigrated to South Africa a few years ago and came home for Mary's sham wedding to Norris before deciding they would stay in the UK.
As usual I missed the visuals, so who did save Roys life?
It was definitely Ali who used the epi pen on Roy, and hopefully the truth will come out before the big lummox that is Jude gets to dine out on his hero status!
Nice one-liner last night, Peter's sarcastic comment to Tracy ,brought her response " your still getting xmas cards off your court stenographer" Memories of Blanche.
ali needs to spill beans on fake hero jude
You'd think Roy would wonder where Jude got an Epi Pen from, but then again in that semi delirious state Roy can be excused for not thinking straight.
Loved the mention of the Generation Game, love the normal side of Corrie.
how is that tyrone's dad he looks too young even younger than him
The whole business with Billy and Josh is annoying me. I know Billy means well but Josh isn't really his responsibility and I still can't work out what direction the storyline is going in. Is Josh going to be blind permanently?
I'm glad Bethany has found out as it was all getting a bit odd. (Mind you, vicars don't give Hail Marys - why can't the writers do a bit of research?)
And how does Billy have all that time to visit Josh anyway?
