oh dear but don't give up,I have stayed the same weight,just keeping an eye on what I eat. At one time every one was posting there weekly loss,but since its been cold I think everyone has given up !.Quote:

Down to 10st now. Off to see the docs about my stomach muscles next week and see what they are going to do about my hernia too, so will have a chat with them and see what they say. But haven't given up, not yet anyway...
