im hoping to get my half stone sticker tonight i had 3lb to lose this week to get it, ive been dead good so should be ok

what a shame, you will have to think what you ate that was wrong,as if you are cutting down you should lose weight, did you know you have to eat 500 calories a day less to loss a lb in a week

I went for my pill injection today and ive lost 20 lbs since my last one 12 weeks ago :) My weigh in is tomorrow so i'll ley you all know if ive got past 12 stone.. wish me luck :thumbsup:

i lost 1lb this week but as long as its a loss i dont mind too much! at least its weight coming off!

Well done Pookie :) I also lost a lb this week which makes me dead on 12 stone, i'm happy cos its better than putting on a lb but i so wanna be 11 stone something and its taking forever :(

Just checked and I first started posting in this thread on the 19th of July 2005, I was 15 stone 8 after losing a stone and 4 pounds in the weeks before. That means Ive lost close to 5 stone in 6 months, i'm so pleased with myself.... Hazey youve done amazing too :cheer: and I have to be honest if it wasnt for you, Debs and a few others I wouldnt have done it.
