how much does it cost as i really want carla's but i thought it was dear to send there
It's not too expensive, but you need to put a SAE in with you letter. I've got Carla's.

It depends on how heavy the item is you post. Mine have never cost more than £2, usually around £1.50.
No it's not personalised, i'll post it on here another day. I post one autograph a day.
