The Jay/Phil storyline is utter boulder dash. If memory serves me right, Jason was beaten to a pulp by a gang and Billy was hiding in the shower scared stiff. The guy in the car lot was a tramp? How would phil know the tramp was Jay's father? So many holes in this storyline already, it is like a bar of Aero. It comes across as very Emmerdale. Emmerdale and Corrie Street can get away with messing their history up, EastEnders can't. We expect much more.
