Good news guys :) I found the ring!!! I was sorting out washing the night before last and it must have slipped off my finger, went upstairs for another look last night and checked by the ironing and it was under it all. So i took it in to get resized today and ive gone down from a R to a M since ive lost weight.
Weighed today and i lost another lb too :)

Wow - that is fantasic news Myra about both the ring and the weight loss. I am so pleased :D :D

How is everyone getting on with the original target? has there been much weight loss since the start of this thread??

Siobhan, I weighed 16 stone 12 lbs when i 1st started and now im 12 stone 5 lbs :)

When i can find my camera lead ill post some before and after pics.

Im hoping to lost another 2 stone though then keep it off :)

Thx Siobhan :) Hazeys done really well as well, not quite sure how much shes lost but i know its loads.

i got weighed today and i had lost 3lbs which i was pleased about!
