I like Flora, she has more chemistry with Daniel than Sinead :p
The Jenny and Johnny scenes were very well acted but I hate that she has become his "punching bag" as he is grieving, he should confide in her

I can understand that he is grieving but being vile to Jenny then opening up to Liz . Not on.
It is not, however, I felt Jenny was too much in his face .. we all grieve differently and Liz listened instead of having a moan at him. Then of course it also shows that deep down Johnny is not that much in love with Jenny and an affair and subsequent break-up has always been on the cards for me ..
was kate's on the lash party just around the corner on victoria street but sophie was getting taxi back home and did zeedan stay watching from afar?
I was confused... but it seems the guy followed them back to Corrie not that the edit showed that just the verbals from Kate.
Z .. is in deep doo doo.. if he or the girls dont go to the Police now! There will e CCTV of the fall out in Town, plus a witness plus the twisted complaint of the bloke who got punched.
Not sure about the “Speak & Save” campaign – well the name anyway.
Perhaps it’s just me, but the first thing that went through mind when I saw it, was that of an old style dictating machine. The one you spoke into and it saved your voice message in order for the secretary to type your letter.
I had to laugh when Yasmeen was teling Steve and Tim about the pigeon that Tim’s dad produced during their date. Steve’s concern was solely about the health & safety aspect – keeping a live pigeon somewhere about his body.
Eileen back in the cab office, Steve gave her a Rubic’s cube: “A bit knackered and rickety, but it still works – much like yourself.”
Eileen looked overwhelmed.
Tim: “I did hear she experiences human emotions, I never thought they were real.”
Steve: “Like a robot sneezing?”
A good episode, mainly back to general day-to-day stuff, along with some decent humour.
Hate the faces Steve MacDonald pulls, he reminds me of Beaker from the Muppet Show.
Am I the only one who REALLY dislikes Alya and Kate.
Alya always seems to have that deaths head grin, and the way she acted with Eileen wasn't on, and I wish almost that Zeedan had slapped her back even though I am totally against violence against women, I think she's a totally unlikeable character.
Kate also, her attitude to Johnny, Carla and the like. I can't see her relationship with Rana lasting, she's far too clingy. It seems she is the only one allowed to talk to Rana with her possesive attitude.
I was hoping Steve would show some empathy to Johnny and talk to him or someone about his own battle with depression and loss of his son with Michelle but no instead he makes crap jokes and stupid faces  I still cannot find any sympathy for Eileen and has any of her sons and one time "surrogate son" Sean contacted her?
I think Summer needs to start being a teenager and having some fun
Is Rana on leave from the medical centre, I thought she was the only nurse there and Rana, Kate and Sophie all going out, is this soon after all the cheating?
I must admit, I agree with those thinking there must be a way to challenge the will. I just do not like Alya, and I don't see why the hell she should end up with the factory. If anything it should default to the family somehow. Even before Aidens death, and back when Carla was running the factory, Alya was constantly trying to take over.
Here's hoping that Pat Phelan doesn't get dragged out yet again. I remember thinking at the time, "thank god that's it finally dealt with", but oh no, the show had to have him survive.
Sorry but if I was Johnny, the last thing I wanted to do was talk to Jenny .. too much in the face, like Johnny said, he wants time to grieve, she is too eager to help him, I guess but needs to give him a bit more space. If this was not tv and a soap opera, I doubt Johnny and Liz would happen but we need the drama of a tragedy to split a newly wed couple up ..
Who is that phoning Eileen?? Seb??
Faye
so seb has not realised his girlfriend faye is tormenting eileen, is faye back in living with tim and sally?
the acting from alya kate and michelle, is just awful
Thought Fiz ranting to Izzy about Abbi being a junkie was very judgemental since it wasn't that long ago Izzy was buying/smoking weed and did time for drug possession.
Ah yes Fizz, the lady that helped her murdering other half drag a decomposing corpse from the Canal to be buried under the factory, then pretended to know dead body so she could rip off thousands from the relatives said party.. she then went to prison where she went nark and nearly got her baby's head stamped on in retribution.
Eileen refused to listen to all warnings, but the second she is confronted with Pats bad side she kills him, really not sure which of them is the most evil.
if this assault storyline is leading to zeedan exit, it is awfully done
You know, maybe Robert is getting a heart attack because of Michelle constantly bitching at him.
She wasn't two minutes involved with him and then started a takeover attempt on his business, she's constantly in your face, she sticks her nose where it's not needed.
I would REALLY like Robert to just turn round and tell her to sod off one of these days.
ali very reliant on michelle now, washing his clothes and taxi
michelle big mama :p
Ryan Prescott made a good start as the new Ryan Connor. Not sure if he is making a fleeting visit or staying longer. A good choice imo to cast as Ryan. A good actor who has done theatre, film and tv. Many will remember him from Emmerdale and more recently Doctors.
If Phelan has one more killing left in him - PLEASE let it be Fiz!!
And Maria, Brian, Alya, Kate and Sinead :p
Certainly all of the above particularly Michelle and Fiz , but I would also add Eilleen ,Robert and Jenny and not forgetting the biggest knob head of all, Brian.
Am I the only one who gets consistently annoyed by that stupid smug grin that Alya constantly seems to have?
I know some would like it to be Michelle but that would mean that her parents will have lost all three of their children. I know they're only occasional characters at best but still, would the writers do that? I'm also hoping it won't be Carla as it could push Johnny over the edge after losing Aidan. Whatever happens, someone (or several people) will lose a relative or friend but those two examples seem like the most tragic scenario. I have a feeling it might be Nicola - maybe Pat shoots her by accident and is overcome by remorse for once?
I too think it would be Nicola as she has no real part in the street and I don't think the three parent family would work either.
I was hoping that the actress who plays Faye had some drama lessons while off screen, sadly she seems worse than ever.
id be happy now just watching phelan in the caravan park, all the rest was tosh
why did gary not call the police
faye sent anna to prison too, calling police on anna for seb
zeedan missing rob's epic stag with what 5 people
Has Seb's hair bobble altered his manner of speech and attitude?
